Because everything was just perfect, from the time we arrive, we were treated like Royalty. My family and I will not settle for anything second best, this place is the best. The staff is great, the distance to the Holy Mosque is only a few steps away, the rooms are excellent, the linen is very comfy & the breakfast is superb with a huge variety. We needed time to decide what we were going to eat because of the wide spread. Mrs Suhad, the guest relation manager was great. She upgraded us to a luxury suite, that was the cherry on the top. This hotel is a home away from home for my family. We love it & will most definitely return. Keep up the service & management, u guys are doing great.

Luxurious hotel, with impeccable service and amenities. Spacious rooms, exquisite cuisine, stunning views. A perfect getaway for relaxation and romance. Worth every penny. Amazing hotel in a prime location close to the Haraam. Staff was attentive and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant. This is truly a hotel that exceeded my expectations. Everything was top-notch, from the check-in to the check-out. Beautiful decor, cozy bed, delicious breakfast. Best hotel experience ever, a true 5-star hotel.

Convenient location. Advertised as 5 star but the room was more of a 2 to 3 star. Paid for full haram view but the window was blocked by shutters which can't be opened. No way to open the windows. The breakfast buffet is that of a 2 star. The concierge with the huge muscles was really nice and should be given credit. The breakfast buffet staff were also really nice.

Hotel was great. Room were spacious and clean. But rooms or bathrooms weren't handicap friendly. They can definitely improve on that aspect. Breakfast had excellent service. Friendly wait staff was present every minute to help. Thank you.

Throughout my stay i had to switch hotels due to Availability and the Intercontinental was definitely the best of them all. Wonderful staff, wonderful service from the moment you enter till you checkout. Great for families and very accommodating, and any issues are promptly dealt with. The gate to the Prophet’s Mosque is quite literally at the door, you can leave at prayer time and be there within 2 minutes maximum. The breakfast buffet is incredible, and it offers underground parking, a blessing if you’re renting a car. Would stay here again 10/10

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed. Location is hard to but, just across the Prophet’s mosque. The room was large with clean and comfortable beds. Hotel stuffs were also very friendly. I’ll recommend this hotel to any one coming to visit the Prophet’s mosque.

The service is something more than excellent, the staff are friendly. Whenever you ring them for something they quickly respond. The rooms are large, well designed and clean. The breakfast is awesome, and has a vast range of food, the waiters regularly check up on you. Overall it is excellent and a good value for money.

The hotel is great. Rooms are nicely sized, clean and well stocked. The restaurant staff is extremely polite and so friendly. Fahad and Tariqul Islam were the best at making sure we were well taken care of at breakfast time. Best servers there!

The stay was like no other. Hotel staff was always accommodating and pleasant to speak with specially guest relation office Miss suhad was very kind and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was especially one to never forget with a great selection. The hotel was very clean and had many amenities. Location was great,very near to haram.Definitely will be coming back.

We didn’t stay in this hotel. We only came here for Dinner Buffet and was blown away by their lovely hospitality. The staff and their service was exceptional. Loved the tomato soup and the desserts. Big variety of all the dishes. Even my kids enjoyed the food. Very clean bathrooms. Noha, the restaurant manager was lovely. Their staff even asked us if they can bring Fries and nuggets for my kids which weren’t on the menu. We just said no as we didn’t want them.

Rooms very good. Beds were very comfortable and service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to make the stay as comfortable as possible especially for my father who has back issues. Food was excellent as breakfast had amazing variety and food was fresh and tasty. Overall washrooms could be updated as per modern design. During our 3 day trip, Mr Muhammad Al Blooshi, Guest Experience Champion, was very cooperative and helpful. He personally ensured we were looked after very well and was very friendly and responsive. Keep up the great service!

Everything was excellent. The rooms were spacious. The staffs were super friendly and polite. During breakfast, Fahad served us excellently. His smiles and warm gestures makes us feel home. I had breakfast at the open buffet that was offered with my stay today and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. I had a lovely conference with a staff member named Amina Ahmed and she was great! She explained and educated me on the food and the hotel. I believe that conversation and the great food makes me want to come back 10x more now!

This hotel was great! Location is amazing. Masjid Nawabi is right outside the hotel which was great for my parents and there is a strip of stores on the same street to go shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff made sure that we were always taken care of. One of the friendliest hotel staffs we’ve encountered. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety, and great service. Would definitely stay here again!

The food was surprisingly very satisfying. It is a buffet with an assortment of delicacies that could keep me here for a long time. Arman was my server and extremely patient and asked often if i needed anything. He was commited to making sure I was having a great time.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days, and it was a great experience. Excellent location, only a few steps from the Alharem. Staff are very polite, responsive and helpful. They are always ready to support. I am highly impressed. Room is clean. Food is very good, wide range. Lots of shops, take-aways, restaurants around. I highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent Hotel. Very central, close to the mosque, shops and the airport. What makes them standout is the level of service and care provided by the staff. I have nothing but good things to say about the floor manger, room services teams, restaurant staff reception staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, when you walk in the smell of jasmine captures you. The breakfast buffet was diverse. I had the waffle, the beef bacon, and 1 sunny-side up egg. I quite enjoyed it. The coffee was good too (fresh batch).

Best experience in this hotel. Located in the gate to masjid nabawi. Excellent location. Food spread is good and all food iteam top quality. I specially liked their chicken kebab and white rice.though its white rice its very flavourful. Rooms are big , very clean , and has haram view. Toilet had toiletries. Loved shampoo had a very unique and long lasting smell. Staff very good and can speak English. Best is they had karak chai in the buffet. Only drawback is that they charge for car parking separately. They take 100SR per night.and no attendent for valet parking.

Best part of the hotel is it’s location, it’s perfectly located, few steps from Haram. However, the hotel itself is a bit old and not well maintained. More attention needed to the cleanliness of the hotel. Iftar buffet was mess and crowded, and very limited time. Booked a room with haram view but can barely see anything and can’t open the window.

Luxury, comfortable, few steps from alharam, reception so cooperative and polite, good Breakfast quality. I would like some more cooking utensils in the kitchen. A washing machine would be so practical, one consume a lot of clothing even though it is all about only few days stay. I am a single Doctor and have no children.

Siful provided excellent room service and house keeping service. Breakfast was delicious and buffet had a lot of options. Exceptional and attentive service by our server Mr. Fahad. Tea was refilled without having to ask and kids got their coloring books and pencils as soon as they were seated. My daughter also requested chocolate croissants and she got a fresh order of flaky, delicious croissants. Muhammad Hamid also provided excellent service at breakfast with swiftly cleaning the table and asking for refills. Thank you for having us. And we enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend the hotel and the breakfast.
