Good but crowdy. Organizataion need to be rechecked again, I ll not stay hours shouting for the service guye to bring my order which is I already paid. For me its nit a civilized himan behaviour. This could be my last to come here.

The chicken was totally tasted apart from regular chicken. Must try items are thigh burger, chicken nuggets and fish nuggets. Kids loved the chicken nuggets as they had a full chicken piece rather than having processed minced meat.

I was eagerly anticipating my visit to "Al Baik" in Madinah, but the experience fell short of my expectations. The ordering process was disordered and noisy, complicating communication with the cashier. Ordering two Shrimp Sandwiches, I wasn't informed of the extra wait they required. Retrieving the order was chaotic, with customers pushing to hand over their receipts. Despite having ticket number 190 from 20.12.2023, I waited excessively, even as later numbers like 211 were served. The prolonged 20-minute wait, amid loud shouts and machine noise, was frustrating, especially with a taxi waiting outside, causing the taximeter to increase. The Shrimp Sandwich itself was a letdown in both size and quality. It was remarkably small, offering just 1.5 bites, and at 21 SAR (about 5 euros), it paled in comparison to the larger, better sandwiches available in Switzerland for a similar price. Moreover, I only later discovered that Al Baik is part of Carrefour from my credit card statement, a fact I wish had been more transparently disclosed.
