Not the nicest KFC, Pretty grubby inside.. the chips looked like they were cooked in dirty oil, the buns were stale the bacon was hard like plastic and with so much staff you would think that one of them would clean up after customers are finished with a table, but this is hardly happening, lift your game, I'm sick of lazy fast food restaurants... it's disgusting.

Another KFC outlet where I love ordering my takeaways from. The service is quick enough.

Arrived at midday to get lunch. Only 2 on the 6 self serve terminals were operating. Queued and ordered at the counter with a staff member who barely spoke English. Wait time was rediculous and staff seemed to be confused and disorganised. Got the order wrong. I went back to the counter and had the order fixed. The chicken was dry and overcooked and there was 3 pieces of breast(white meat). I thought had had guidelines for this. Store is filthy and service is appalling. There is a Nandos, McDonalds and a Hungry Jacks on the other side of the street. Don’t know how they are still in business. Pity you can’t give 0 stars.

The store has reduced its seating capacity and offers limited options for customers who want to eat on the premises. It is also noticeable that the tables are not cleaned regularly, which creates an unpleasant dining experience.

I opened the box when I got home, but there was no coleslaw. It supposed to be two of those. There have been mistakes like this in the past. Check more carefully. please!!

The chicken was not crispy, so as the chips. I’m not sure if it’s over cooked or under cooked, or sit there for too long. Tables are dirty, filthy. Not really suit for sitting and eat. Forgot to give me tissue. Anyway, I was eager to have fried chicken. kFC has disappointed me this time. Maybe only on this shop.

8:20 pm . Felt like eating some KFC so went to this nearby outlet. I should have taken the hint when my KFC app refused to work. I ordered the ultimate box at the counter and went to look for a table. OMG so dirty. Every table had rubbish and dirty surfaces, chicken bones on one seat, chips on another, split drink on the other. No sooner did I decide to go take away, my number was called. Surprisingly fast I thought. On return to my hotel room, 5 min walk, I discovered the chips were cold. The rest of the meal was at correct temperature. So obvious the chips were not freshly made. Overall a very disappointing experience. If I was a health inspector I would have shut them down for the disgusting dining area.

not salty chips, bad service, employee was casually dressed in a singlet with armpit hair and smelt like Body oder, yelled at a group from church who were ordering. slow machines and rude workers

Terrible service! Multiple employees weren’t wearing uniforms and smelt horrible, one of the employees wearing a singlet was yelling at customers. I ended up chucking my food out Because of their terrible lack of standard hygiene. I love KFC and this location is usually fine, but this one employee on shift has completely put me off. Will not be eating at this location again.

We’re potato ‘n gravy lovers and this KFC actually had it 👏 The Chicken was actually freshly cooked unlike most of the other KFC’s we’ve tried. Victoria Gardens also excellent KFC.

One of the best and busiest KFC you'll find in the city. They make mistakes sometimes with the food because it's a busy restaurant so keep that in mind. Other than that excellent environment and services.

These guys were working harder than any KFC ive ever seen. In 15 minutes they knocked out 40 orders at 11pm on new years eve.

What a shame I can’t rate it zero. Go and eat there if you want gastroenteritis. Filthy tables and floors. Oil dripping from chicken. My son got food poisoning after eating there.

They gave me all drummettes not a single winglet :(

We ordered a promo in the app cheap as chips the order was 8pc chicken, mash potato, 2 dinner rolls, chips & mash potato. There was 1 missing pc of the chicken it only had 7pcs in it, then the fries was so salty, and also the mash potato had a plastic in it I was half way through eating it luckily I didn’t swallow the small plastic. Employees should always be careful when doing the mash potato always double check it before serving to guests hopefully this will be the last time.

Great KFC had some random old guy come up to me and ask if I had any coins love the loud noises coming from the kitchen and looking at people in the window. Would come again

Nastiest place ever. Server guy was touching food with his bare hands and asked him to make again he gave me the attitude. Chips was so soggy.

I ordered 1 zenger box meal and one more piece extra chicken for 30 dollars but I didn’t get drink no extra chicken and etc, Uber driver doesn’t respond and store same and didn’t follow my request

Was ok for a KFC in the middle of Melbourne. Bit dirty. Lots of tables. I would go back. So that's a recommend I suppose.

So this is only the 2nd time I've ordered from the Elizabeth St store via Uber. The delivery time was acceptable and the food arrived hot. The one thing that stands out as it did the first time I ordered from this store was the bitter after taste of the chicken. After a google search I found out that if the oil used to fry the chicken burns, it releases free radicals and chemical compounds that make chicken taste bitter. I will be ordering from another store in the future.

Very slow and unprepared for lunch. Ordered on the app as I left my office at 367 Collins and still ended up waiting 20 minutes for my fast food

Service was very slow but the chicken was good when it came out.

Look, we know why you're here. You want the dirty bird. Last time I was there, it was just before 8pm on a summer's eve. I ordered a three piece feed as is my want. As I finished my order, I could see the staff stacking chairs and cleaning up. I was getting takeaway anyway and shrugged it off. An absolute unit of a dude came in just as I was waiting for my fries and complained to these poor workers about the fact the chairs were up. Broke my damn heart. These folks are tired, weary and wish to go home. Anyway, food was good. Ate it on a bench in the park as the sun set.

Lovely service. They got my order wrong initially but quickly fixed it, then recognised my face the next day and gave me free food. Very kind of them, they didn't have to do this - the people at this KFC are often inundated with orders so they work very hard, make sure to be nice to them! Definitely recommend

This place struggles when it gets busy, a huge lack in seating or even just space to wait for food to be cooked. The food itself is as good as any other KFC, but you have to really want KFC to go to this one.

The dingiest and busiest of all the KFC's that I have been to. You'll be lucky to get a seat around meal times. Despite this, the staff are hard working and efficient and the food is every bit as good as you would get elsewhere. The Council could do their part and clean up the rubbish tip end of Elizabeth Street and this would improve the experience immensely.

This KFC was amazing, the food wait took a while, but eventually it was worth it, me and my friends dug in to the food and it was just so good after a long days work. I'd say this place is good if you go at a good time.

Terrible! Walked from melbourne central just to be here quick. Starving and reached here 20 minutes ago before the store closed for the night and can't even order burger or a twister. Felt like being served whatever the trash left to clear up. Not a best policy!

KFC is and will always be one of my favorites fast food places. There is just something about biting into a Zinger on a Friday night that really makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. However, sometimes the chips are a bit soggy but most of the time they are nice and crisp. But on the other hand, I think KFC prepares the best tasting chips compared to McDonald's etc.

Can't fault it, felt like the customers were giving the staff a hard time. However, I just wanted to give some positive feedback where it was due. The girls were doing great in what was obviously a very busy period of the day. My food remained hot until I got home in Collingwood. It's KFC, you know what you're getting and they got it right.

Dishonest staff who don't care about their customers. My brother got the incorrect number of Wicked Wings, and my 2x "Zinger Crunch Twisters" only had chicken, lettuce and mayo.

Fast food is always a cheaper meal option, ordered zinger burger set and 3 pieces fried chicken set. Food was not bad (except chicken drumstick size too small). Dining area was too dirty with rubbish everywhere on the table (not everyone will clear their own trash) and on the floor, believe there's lack of staff to support quite a large crowd during dinner time on a weekend, hardly have space to stand while waiting for order. Most people would opt for take away.

terrible experience. gave me wrong order twice. and also tried to replace with simple chicken pieces gave me the smallest rubbish possible. had to ask for refund.

Was obviously busy and understaffed. The seating area was covered in food and rubbish, rubbish bins were full. The chips were overcooked and had no salt. The chicken itself was average. The female toilets were average and the tap in the sink had the pressure of a fire hose and soaked my daughter... Overall wouldn't go back. Also we are from out of town and went there because google maps said it had drive-thru. Which it clearly did not.

Food taste good however the staff at here cleaning the table with the annoyed and had an attitude towards me when I walked away when I hadn't said anything
