I wanted to love it but it was very underwhelming. It was great that there are stories behind each dish, however the food was not top quality. A quick rundown on some of the food - the emu liver toast was probably the best dish but still didn’t make you go wow, there was barely any flesh on the Marron Head, and with the Roo Frites dish the fries were over salted and the rest of the dish was bland. The winter camp theme to kick off dessert was a nice touch but having a slice of warmed basque cheesecake as part of a $360 meal felt cheap. The alcoholic/non-alcoholic pairings were well matched and the service was excellent. I just wish the food was better!

For the price you pay this was the most underwhelming experience of my life. Didn't come close to Vue de monde. Genuinely don't understand how this is rated 4.8 - I would rather eat at Old Beijing at QV than here. Ants as a starter was interesting, but Attica's special honey ants instead of caviar in a caviar tin was a joke. What was amazing: crocodile ribs What was ok: seafood dishes, basque cheesecake What was underwhelming: second ant dish, the final dessert trolley. And the rest of the dishes. Service was nice. Ice cream was too sweet.

I had been eagerly awaiting our trip to Australia, and thus, to Attica for many months. We, like everyone else, had watched the Chef's Table episode and were really excited about all of the opportunities we were going to have to try interesting and different food. Unlike a lot of the comments, I was not put off by the variety of the food and eating things like ants or bugs that I don't typically eat. My dinner date had two things on his food list he "was never going to eat" (blood sausage and bugs), and after this, he's eaten both and survived. I also am not put off by the price--it's not the most expensive meal I've paid for and it won't be the last. The staff, as many mention, are super friendly and do the work to make an expensive upscale restaurant feel casual and not stuffy. They were happy to joke around and made our dinner enjoyable and lighthearted. I love when restaurants have you get up during the meal to either wander into the kitchen or (in this case) head outside, so that was a welcome component of the meal. A couple things that cost them serious points (now, keep in mind, this is based on the fact that they *are* an upscale restaurant--if I'm paying good money my standards are going to be higher than if it's a bean burrito from Taco Bell). 1. I ordered sparkling water. It was offered to me. And they chose to charge me $8 for it. My date ordered a coffee, and a cup of black coffee added $5 to our tab. Now, I'm not annoyed because of the $13. I'm annoyed because it was a meal in which I spent hundreds of dollars (we also got a wine pairing for two), and dislike the feeling of being nickle-and-dimed for a couple of beverages that are extraordinarily cheap to produce. It irks me a bit. Just throw those in, eat the couple cents you spent on bubbly water, and give the cup of coffee for free. 2. Several of the items were served at temperatures that were too hot to eat. Again, because I'm going to a restaurant of this caliber, the attention to detail was missing. I would expect to be able to enjoy and dig in to my food when it arrives at my table, not several minutes after receiving it. 3. Finally, the meal was acid-on-acid-on-acid-on-acid. Many of the flavors were served in the first course and then again almost every course for the rest of the dishes, which means that by the end of the meal I've had 17 courses and my tongue was almost raw. Add that to mostly white wines with high acid content and I really was just tongue-tired by the time I finished. Overall, the meal was good, and I got to try some items I never would/have before. I wouldn't go again, but I'm glad I went the first time.

We’ve been wanting to try Attica for a long time so decided to book a few months in advance. Honestly we walked in with high expectations for a 2 chef hat restaurant, but was instantly disappointed when nobody attended us for 5-10 minutes and ended up asking for service ourselves. The ambiance this restaurant has wasn’t really our style as well. Food - It tasted good but nothing more than that. Being able to try the exotic Australian food was a great experience but not one dish was exceptional and a few questionable dishes especially for the price you pay. Service - Again, good but nothing exceptional. Different waiter/waitress every dish, can’t hear them clearly at times and compared to the table next to us we felt that we received shorter descriptions. In comparison to other restaurants with similar prices our experience at Attica was underwhelming in every aspect. Yes a very interesting experience getting to taste emu, crocodile, ants and more but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectation.

A magnificent journey across Australia with native foods. There is lots of interaction and gaiety throughout the meal which adds a fun element. We loved trying things we’d never had before like emu liver, sugarbag honey and pearl oyster. The service was notable in that our wait staff were friendly and worked incredibly well together. An enjoyable evening worth waiting for. Highly recommended.

Amazing and unique dining experience! The dishes were creative plays on classics using unknown and uncommon native Australian ingredients. The most unique and one of a kind menu I've ever seen. Love it or hate it, no other place serves the same level of unquie food or ingredients served at Attica.

Throwback to my reservation on 16th August 2022. Prior to the day of my reservation, Amy from Attica assured me that they got my special request and whether we have any dietary restrictions. On the day, we were greeted and ushered by a friendly staff from the door to our sofa seats located on the left. One thing that makes Attica special is the way they introduce Australian food through their food creation that is locally sourced. Food were surprisingly good despite using “exotic” ingredients. Everything was made to perfection. Some chefs would come and briefly introduce the food and ingredients inside the food that we are eating. The lady on the backyard (Basque Cheesecake) was also friendly. She’s very warm as the fire pit and always keep the conversation going when we are there. At the dining hall, Jon was very attentive with our table and would come by to check if we need anything or something’s wrong. We took a photo with him too to end the fantastic night 🤩 Overall, great dining experience here at Attica. Definitely would come by again when we visit Melbourne🤩

It has been ages since I've dined here and the menu has definitely changed by leaps and bounds. Showcasing the finest Australian ingredients, you'll find kangaroo, crocodile, emu liver, crayfish and various native fruits and nuts on the menu. And ants too, yes you read that right, ants! Can't fault the juicy and succulent croc ribs, and the meaty and tender roo definitely gave it a run for its money. Crayfish was beautifully cooked, letting the subtle sweetness shine. Crispy and rich emu liver toast also knocked my socks off. And don't forget deserts. Have it at the Summer Camp (used to be the garden) and highlighted by a wonderfully fruity, and chocolatey, selection of tarts. So much food, it would take too long for me to list and describe everything. Just know that it's a meal that you have to experience for yourself.

I was lucky enough to get a table at Attica during my short trip to Melbourne, even though it was initially fully booked. I have to say, the acclaimed restaurant lived up to my expectations and I enjoyed every dish. It's not a typical fine dining restaurant, and I would recommend watching Season One of Netflix's "Chef's Table" as a crash course to appreciate the creative native dining. If you were to ask most people what local Australian cuisine is, they probably wouldn't be able to answer. However, this restaurant truly showcases Australian food by using native ingredients from different parts of the country. Interestingly, there was no kangaroo served, which most people might have expected as an Australian dish. Instead, I tried crocodile, emu, marron, and many local plants that I had never heard of before. The dishes were beautifully plated, and the restaurant incorporated various cooking techniques from different parts of the world. My favourite dish was the Marron, which was perfectly cooked and showed how much people should appreciate clean river products. The two desserts were also really delicious. However, I did notice a hint of sourness across the dishes, which was fine until the last chocolate treats that were too sweet and sour for my taste. Don't forget to ask the sommelier to recommend wines to pair with your food. I tried the reds by the glass, which complemented the food perfectly without overpowering it. One of the pinot noir was only available at Attica. As for the service, it was a mixed bag for me as different staff members presented it differently, although it was clear that all staff made an effort. While some were superb, others came across as stressed and scripted, which felt less genuine. Perhaps this was a way to showcase the First Nations and First Food problem by being serious.

Well curated menu and super educational regarding Australian native produce. Quality of everything was superb as you would imagine and the service also on point. The only downside for me personally was that the flavour palette of the whole course was quite sour with lots of vinegar and citrus flavours. I was surprised especially when all main desserts were sour. Disappointed in myself for not liking sour tastes as much, but everyone else really loved it! I wonder if the season changes it will be different

This is a review of Attica at home. As foodies, we were unsure how good this would be, however we were pleasantly impressed. Well packaged and came with detailed instructions. It tasted amazing with great flavors and good portions. Then there was the burnt cheesecake, wow! if you love cheesecake, it doesn't get any better.

The best produce of Australia prepared and served in a fine dining setting. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Interesting ingredients with all indigenous flora and fauna. The third course outside in the carnival themed garden was a fun extra. Very memorable experience with great food and service.

Have been meaning to try Attica, amongst worlds top 50 restaurants, for a long time, nearly 6 years maybe but really disappointed with eating a boiled potato with curd. I was expecting to be blown away with flavours but sadly potato was bland, curd had a lot of flavor, costs cheese and probably what kept the dish together but overall for me dish was a let down. I had eggplant dish for mains which was cooked really well, had side spinach salad and a puree but i made the mistake of adding the sour vinegar sauce on top which completely unbalanced the flavours and once again was left with unpleasant combinations of flavours. Dessert was a trifle, not too sweet and not overpowering; sponge cake was nice and soft with with gorgeous fresh red berries on the top. I truely wish I had enjoyed my meal but just missed the mark, I will however, try to dine in one day too see if I enjoy the food as much as other people and hopefully give them 5 stars.

Incredibly good value fine dining in a hella comfortable, well sound-dampened, unpretentious dining room. I've sat in cold sterile uncomfortable 2 Michelin star joints, Attica is not like those. The food was excellent. Technically perfect, new inventive.

Nestled discreetly in Ripponlea, Victoria, Attica presents itself with a modest facade that belies the gastronomic wonder within. My wife and I recently embarked on a 3.5-hour culinary journey at this fine dining establishment, and it turned out to be a feast for the senses. From the unassuming entrance, we were ushered into an atmosphere of understated elegance. The ambiance spoke volumes of sophistication without overwhelming the senses—a perfect setting for what was about to unfold. Our taste buds were taken on a rollercoaster ride through 11 courses, each a carefully crafted masterpiece. The culinary wizards at Attica showcased their artistry with a perfect blend of flavors and textures, leaving us in awe with every bite. One unexpected highlight was a pitstop at a 70's-themed pub during one of the courses. It was a quirky twist that added an immersive touch, transporting us momentarily to a different era. The creativity and innovation demonstrated during this unexpected detour were a testament to the chef's ingenuity. Attica's attention to detail extended to the presentation of each dish. It wasn't just about the taste; it was a visual spectacle. The dishes were a canvas of colors and arrangements that showcased the chef's dedication to not just cooking but also to the art of dining. The team at Attica were not just waitstaff; they were knowledgeable guides on our culinary adventure. A special shoutout to a young lady who expertly navigated us through the wine pairings, offering suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. As we left Attica, we found ourselves already anticipating a return visit. The promise of a fall season menu filled with new flavors and culinary delights is too tempting to resist. Attica isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience that lingers on the palate and in the memory, inviting us to return for more.

The overall experience at Attica was truly wonderful. The highlight for us was the opportunity to enter the kitchen and witness the chefs' craftsmanship, fostering a deeper appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work. As we transitioned to the enchanting outdoor setting, it felt like a journey through time, perhaps due to the carefully curated ambiance or nostalgic decor. The dishes served were a delight, with a perfect balance that orchestrated a symphony of flavors. From the tantalizing sweetness to the savory richness and subtle bitterness, each bite felt like a carefully choreographed dance for the taste buds. Notable dishes included Tart 3K, sunrise splice and the wandin yallock tomatoes, eggplant and fermented pinapple. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Attica team for turning my partner's birthday into a truly special occasion. From start to finish, the experience was a pleasant gift in itself, and we look forward to returning to create more cherished memories.

Attica delivered a memorable dining experience. While the seating arrangement felt a bit cramped, the friendly and attentive service made up for it. The culinary journey was marked by creative dishes featuring native Australian ingredients. The crocodile dish stood out as our favorite savory delight. Special commendation to the dessert chef; the dessert was nothing short of perfection. However, not every dish hit the mark for us; the smoked emu and lasagna were a bit on the salty side. Overall, Attica offers a unique and creative culinary experience.

This place is an experience. I don’t think I’ll ever get anything like it for years to come. The service is on point, they are super knowledgeable and clearly enthusiastic about the food that they serve. It’s all native ingredients such as emu, crocodile, quandong, green ants, kanagaroo etc. Amazing. 10/10 would recommend if you have the budget for it or would like to have a dining experience that you’ll remember forever.

Celebrated my birthday after a waitlist of about 2 months; the hype was real. As an avid degustation-er I did expect a lot more from this world renowned restaurant and unfortunately it did fall short of my expectations considering the hype, price and atmosphere. Good food and an experience worth doing if budget is not an issue

Really disappointed! The restaurant, service and staff were outstanding however the food was below average. We have eaten at Lumi, Dinner by Heston, Six Penny and Momofuku. At each of these restaurant it was hard to pick a favorite dish. At Attica we struggled to choose a dish we liked. The finger lime and honey dessert was inedible as was melon juice.

Awesome setting, great service, fun wine list, food just a bit too experimental. Have been to other Top 50 restaurants around the world, which I enjoyed more. Focus on local ingredients is great, but some of the dishes were unbalanced and not tasty.

Attica At Home: was very surprised at how small the portions were. The food was 30 mins late, was cold, and the ice cream had melted. Wanted to contact someone about delivery status but the phone number on the website only manned until 5pm. No way of contacting anyone. I'm sure the dine in experience will feel much more luxurious, but the take away experience is quite different to what is presented on the beautiful pictures on the website.

Ordered the 3 course meal: potato, lamb and the trifle. I picked it up and it was ready 5 min earlier which was a surprise, well packaged. The savoury portions were smaller than I expected. In terms of flavour; the lamb tasted nice (slightly dry, difficult to say whether related to being takeaway), the potato didn't really taste like a potato (the outside tasted sweet??? I'm not sure it was supposed to be that?). The trifle ruined it though - was extremely sweet! Difficult to finish the one portion of trifle. Jury's out; given the amount of money I paid for it. Probably wouldn't get takeaway again. I was however comparing it to the takeaway meal from Epocha the day before which was reasonably priced and extremely tasty!

Usually ceebs to give a bad review but it's been 2 weeks and I'm still hung on it. Spending $700+ for 2 people on food that's just sub par it's disappointing. Serving me steak and fries with split bernaise and corn dog? Like really? Would expect better from the creativity of the chefs to be honest. Using exotic ingredients which isn't even exotic enough, to me it is not good enough, most people eat crocodile and kangaroo on a daily basis. I think desserts had the most technicalities with preparation/cooking method etc and the rest of the meal was just normal basic cooking. Service was amazing but food was a waste of my time. 2 stars was just for service the staff was lovely.

11 courses with wine pairing left us in foodie heaven. I have meant to visit and experience this little gem in Melbourne for years. Overall well done team ATTICA. Amazing service, especially our friend from NYC. 👌🏽 We loved the little surprise trip to the back pub. Highlights are the use of many native many ingredients and the 🐊 ribs are yum and fun. My only con was the overuse of sometimes overpowering finger limes in some of the courses. A must experience for any dining and food lover. 🕺

Of course you know the food is world class, otherwise you would not be searching, and your wallet does too. What we loved was it is very different dishes, the chance to try Australian animals: hot smoked emu, glazed bbq crocodile ribs, mudcrab and ants. We went with a newborn and they were great. Amazing service in a very down to earth ambience. Eat here at least once and if you can once a year.

Wonderful experience at Attica and stoked I finally got to try the best restaurant in Melbourne! Moreton bay bug was a standout - got my claws right into that bad boy 💅 dessert was extra special in December (I won't ruin the surprise) 🙌 Lovely ambiance. Wonderful focus on native ingredients with informed staff who explain each element to you. Left without feeling bloated or overfull which means that the balance is spot on. Wonderful for a special occasion👌

Attica was an amazing experience! Food was delicious, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely! My favourites were the starter dish, pearl oyster meat, the killer salad and creme brûlée tart with finger lime. The grapefruit and emu berry mocktail was amazing as well! The green ants were also surprisingly tasty! One of the best experiences was going on a the walk, the warm tea mocktail was delicious and the Cosy atmosphere with the open fire and cold night made it unforgettable.

A boundary-pushing, exquisite meal, with fantastic service. This modern Australian restaurant focuses on the unique and unusual in showcasing flavours native to Australia over a 10+ course and 3+ hour tasting menu. Well deserving of the crown of Australia’s Best Restaurant. 5 stars!

I finally ticked Attica off my bucket list 🎉 This renowned restaurant in Ripponlea is known for serving innovative and contemporary Australian cuisine using only the best locally sourced ingredients. I made sure to book two months in advance for my birthday and boy, was it a celebration! From crocodile ribs to big bird pastrami, mud crab to wallaby, emu liver to kangaroo and even green ants for dessert (yes, you read that right), the 10-course dining extravaganza was a wild ride. They even took us outside for a bit of Melbourne Showgrounds magic! I won't spill too many details, but let's just say the dining experience was absolutely exceptional. It's very different from the usual caviar and lobster fine dining, but defs a 5/5 ✨ one-of-a-kind experience. With accolades such as being listed in the World's 50 Best Restaurants, and awarded two hats by the Good Food Guide (2023), Attica is a must-visit for an extraordinary Australian dining experience. An amazing exhibition of Australian produce. Every dish was cleverly put together and wonderfully imaginative. This is one of the best fine dining experiences in Australia and the world. If the Michelin Guide was in Australia, Attica would receive 2 to 3 stars. I highly recommend a visit, it's special. My partner had the pescatarian option and the changes to accommodate her requirements were very well dealt with (i.e. the dish is redesigned, not just a protein swap).

If you are someone who loves the whole dining experience this is the place to go, if you can find a reservation. Attica has everything. Great flavours, great service, great ambience. I didn't even know that finger limes could be tasted in so many combinations until they put it out in front of me in every third course. Open the door and come inside to culinary heaven. I could describe each dish that was put out but you need to experience it for yourself. You have to dine here for the whole experience and not just the taste. Savour!

If I could sum up Attica it would be delicious wonderful dining experience but not worth the price point. The food is delicious, but not at all mind blowing. The ingredients are native and showcase Australian produce, but I highly doubt this is how the First People prepared it and most definitely not at this price point. Feels a little bit like they’re gatekeeping native food by putting that price on it. I understand what they’re trying to achieve, but how many indigenous customers do you realistically see visit this restaurant. On my night I don’t think there was a single one. Anyway, the food. I love the crocodile ribs, and the condiments that contributed to the most wonderful DIY sandwich. That was my highlight, I actually also tremendously enjoyed the crocodile fat caramel green tree ant sundae, as well as the basque pillowy cheesecake by the fire. An exquisite experience really. The emu pastrami was not a favorite but I’m those with a stronger palate with love it. Same goes for the emu liver parfait. The mud crab course was cute in terms of presentation but incredibly faint and delicate in Terms of flavor. I enjoyed their seafood platter tho, and Africa’s version of kangaroo steak and frites was delightful, we really liked the little perfume bottled vinegar. So much so we wanted to take it home. Attention to detail in terms of plating and presentation is genuinely second to none, and you can definitely tell staff are well trained. However, for the price point, I was expecting mind blowing gastronomical food, and service that didn’t require me to hail a water 7 times throughout the night to fill up our water glasses….

Came here for my partner's 25th birthday. Amazing food, drink and atmosphere. Loved how they gave us a special birthday cake made using Ben's grandma's recipe! Awesome to see Ben dining on the day there as well! Vegetarian degustation was amazing and full of weird, wonderful and expected flavours! Wish the vegetarian degustation was slightly cheaper than the non vegetarian counterpart but still well worth the trip and dining experience.

The modern meal for two is probably worth 3 stars as it was solid without being outstanding (the portions are small and the flavours are on the bland side), but the sticky pineapple pudding was amazing. The flavours were sophisticated and unique. I don't usually like cake but isn't just any cake. If the rest of the meal had flavours like this then it would have been 5 stars all round

We had the Attica tasting menu last night at home. We've wanted to go to Attica for years and this was our chance. Living in Point Cook we missed out the postcodes for delivery, so met our delivery driver in Port Melbourne. She was 2 mins early, and she must be Attica's usual wait staff as her customer experience delivery was exceptional; she was friendly, went out of her way to be helpful and described what to do with eat meal. She was brilliant! We got home, followed our instructions and put on the 'Attica at Home' spotify playlist and poured ourselves the cocktails. Well done on 'pivoting' during the pandemic, and providing such a wonderful experience. We wish you all the best during covid and hope you continue to grow and thrive. And to the others leaving negative reviews about trivial things such as the temperature of meals, please stop and consider what a small business is going through in the current climate and maybe have a chat to them first before giving them a kick in the guts online.

We did the Attica at home for our anniversary last night and every detail was thought out. It was a wonderful experience and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go in person when things open back up.

Attica at Home is an amazing experience. Delivered by wait staff wearing masks, detailed instructions to heat and serve. Food portioned nicely and obviously delicious. Incredible value.

very nice At home menu, the cocktails were great, the instructions were perfect with minimum work needed but the main was a relatively small portion (specially compared to the size of dessert).

We have fine dining tasting menu with wine matching at home. Everything is great, and instruction is very clear. We love the food and drink.

Visited on a trip to Aus from the UK with my mum. So excited to get a reservation and lived up to our expectations. Excellent food and we got to try lots of unusual things. Loved being taken outside. Great drinks and friendly relaxed service. Highly recommended.

We got the Attica At Home for a special occasion given the lockdown restrictions. Great idea being taken up by these top restaurants, I’ve tried a few and Attica executed it especially well. I picked it up from the shop together with an explanation of what all the bags they provided are for (which ones go in the fridge etc). Everything was so easy to do with minimal effort, some dishes are served where you can eat straight out of the bowl and others you need to plate yourself. The instructions you are provided are detailed and easy to follow (given even I managed it), they tell you the order to have everything including the drinks. Overall it was a really fun experience that we made last over a few hours, very different than being in the restaurant and the dishes were all still exceptional. It’s definitely on the pricier end but it also includes drinks and the red wine that is provided is quite a good drop. Unfortunately we got to the end and realised the tea was missed out the bag but it was quite minor in the grand scheme of things, I expect because we were one of the first to try this pack. In summary, would highly recommend Attica at Home if you’re looking to do something special during lockdown that doesn’t require much effort but tastes amazing.

A sensational restaurant. The best Melbourne has to offer and one of the world's best fine dining experiences. This was my second visit after 3 years and it's better than ever. One to add to the bucket list and enjoy on any occasion to want to make special.

OMG. Dear God that is good food!! We had the full “at home” degustation. Ben Shrewy you are a genius. Your team is exemplary. The meal was amazing. Easy to assemble. Wonderful experience. My wife’s favourite was the pumpkin. Mine was the potato. Holy Toledo!!!

One of the top restaurants in the world. Using unusual Australian local ingredients to create an unique dinning experience. Although it is a degustation menu, each dish comes out reasonably fast and well presented. The water cup and most plates are very different to what you can find in a normal restaurant hence enhance the experience. At dessert time, you are invited to visit their "backyard" where chef creates custom drink and ice cream dessert. Services are very good to honour the world top restaurant title.

Absolutely beautiful meal with Attica at Home that my husband treated me to for my birthday. So fortunate we can still have such an amazing food experience in these bizarre times, thank you Attica. We popped each dish in the microwave for 30 sec as recommended and it was perfection.

ATTICA at home is a superb way to treat yourself (and others) to an unbelievable meal during lockdown. We consumed the Chicken and Chill ! It was very easy to assemble at home. Each part of the meal was colour coded We also divulged the most AMAZING baked cheese cake, to die for! Most importantly Eddie was so friendly helpful and generous. Truly a fun decadent delicious family affair at home. Sorry no pictures ..we dug in too quickly YUM !!

Absolutely love this place, the service were great, super attentive to details. The 12 courses are very filling, walking out super full. Love that green ants caviar. Love that little tour at the end for dessert. Great place for special occasions.

Loved the home delivery. Lamb shoulder was succulent, sauce delicious, accompaniments provided the usual earthy flavours we have come to expect from Attica. Feel criticisms of temperature are a little unfair, as very hard to keep food hot for travel. Acceptable temperature achievable without spoiling, with few minutes in oven and well warmed plates.Flight of the Bees trifle version worked well with delicious honey flavours.

Attica is not just fine dining. It's a magical journey for your senses. The twelve courses were expertly prepared with every detail designed to heighten the experience, from each flavour to the cutlery. I strongly suggest the pairing option especially the non alcoholic as every drink is house made to perfection to suit the dish. The staff were amazing, our every needs tended to and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Some of the dishes seem simple but the flavours burst through and surprise your pallet. The dessert journey is perfect. It not only allows you to move around and make room for your last few dishes but is an art exhibit as well. It is an experience of a lifetime.

What an extraordinary dining experience with exceptional down to earch service. Every course was an adventure for the eyes and an extravaganza for the taste buds. Loved the bush tucker theme and always partial to a few ants!

Incredible indulgence using local produce, with amazing staff. Expensive, of course, but an experience not to be missed if you love fine dining and wonderful, rustic, Aussie cuisine.

Compared to many other fine dining restaurants, Attica staff weren't over-friendly and didn't pay too much attention. The proper distance made me comfortable. What can I say about the food, it's perfect. It's fun! And it's healthy. 近乎完美的体验。

One of only 3, 3 hat restaurants in Melbourne Attica did not fail to impress. It had changed ambience and format since we were last there but the innovation and quality of cooking and presentation remain of the highest order. Our favourite dishes of the 14 on offer were the emu pate, the Marron and the kangaroo. The most unexpected was the Sous vide crocodile ribs with honey. Service was good although lacked continuity.

We did the Attica Modern at home and the serving size was remarkably small. We had to get a pizza afterwards as we were still starving. Premium wine was ok but quite young considering the price tag. Would certainly recommend saving your money and supporting a different local option

Definite a must visit if you live in or visit Australia! To dine in Attica is to experience Native Australian elements at its core and understanding our land as well as the unique produce it cultivates. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Native ingredients are harder to work with because they are more difficult to harness and there’s a huge lack of information on them.⁣ Attica strives to provide the experience of discovering what Native Australia has to offer ✅ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Wanted to say a special thanks for Ben and Attica for this memorable experience and it was great to be more cultured with what Australia has to offer.

Ordered takeaway & they arrived at 6.30 ON THE DOT! Lasagne was awesome but the real stand outs were the garlic bread & baked cheesecake, I’m still dreaming about them!
