Great spot for a live concert. The doorman says 900 tonight and tomorrow solar out for Maisey Peters. Awesome.

WILL NOT ATTEND TO ANY FUTURE EVENT HOSTED AT THIS VENUE. 1. Horrible sound quality: The sound system was probably last updated in 1970s. If you stand from a distance closer to the bar you’re pretty much hearing broken static noise. 2. No air circulation: Sweaty arm pits + your oily guy next door you name it. 3. No self-serve water taps at bar: A long queue of people waiting at the bar just so the poor bar man can pour water whilst attending to heaps of orders. 4. Way too over crowded, needs a much bigger venue to host the amount of people who showed up today (not a sold out event). Stayed for 15 minutes then walked out. An abuse of ears and a waste of time. Not worth 40$ per person.

Good live venue to watch bands. Bar prices very reasonable. The Arts from Sydney and Faster Pussycat (USA)

I’ve seen many a great gig here. My only criticism, every time I’m in the premises in left thinking “would it kill them to turn on the freaking fans?” So stuffy and people sweating and vaping, pretty foul. Otherwise I love this venue.

Glamfest sounded great, had a friendly atmosphere, and was a great day out. Awesome place for more intimate gigs. Drinks a bit on the expensive side but to be expected in St Kilda. Will be back 🤘

I came here for an after show (after the listen out festival) to see Doja Cat. She came outside before the show and talked to the crowd/sang with the crowd from the balcony. Very intimate setting for the concert which I love. I could see her from all angles at 5”1 this is important to me.

Melbourne pub rock institution Great sound. Excellent visibility of the stage. All in bustling Fitzroy St. Rockin spot.

Racists on the door, I'm intoxicated because of my accent. Absolutely disgraceful door staff.

The organization of the event was an absolute joke. The staff were unhelpful and it felt like a maze trying to find where we supposed to go. I haven't been here on a regular night but after that experience, I don't plan on it

Great venue, plenty of space if you don't want to be jammed in and the sound was excellent. Just watch out for all the teenagers trying to bum smoke from you outside

Really disappointed at the lack of concern about the safety and comfort of patrons at this venue. The lack of egress, barely any security (apart from around five out front I could see on exiting early), a clearly oversold night despite tickets still being available several hours prior.

The space was not large enough for the volume of patrons OR the number of tickets sold for event on 18/11/23 exceeded the capacity of the venue - either way, a safety hazard!! The air quality was shocking - with the temperature of the room hot enough for patrons to be sweating even if sitting down. Everyone I spoke to (including security) complained about the lack of air circulation, heat in the room, and the volume of patrons. The cherry on top? The venue ran out of water bottles - the only option was to wait in a line with just 2 water jugs on rotation for a venue full of sweaty people.

I was at this venue for Maggie Lindemann, last night and to be honest, I don’t think it is the best venue for live music. There were many people placed in a spot where they couldn’t see the stage at all, me being one of those people. It was also very claustrophobic with the amount of people that were in the room and it was sold out which means there was 950 people in the one space. I think the owners of this venue need to decrease their capacity, because there a venues like “forum” that hold about 1,000 people and it much bigger. I also couldn’t hear her singing very well.

😐 Food tastes great 👍 they sure love their spices and I like the kick of it. Fish and pork tacos were great but chorizo taco wasn't good because of the rubbery texture skin. It was unpleasant to eat. Corn chips were a bit stale and guacamole was bland. Service was okay. We gave the feedback to a sta...
