This is literally one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely amazing. The ingredients were extremely fresh and every single item we ordered was on point. We ate - homemade curry puff (must have), spring roles, turmeric fried rice(my favourite), mee goreng. My husband and I also devoured the mango pudding and it’s safe to say, it’s the best I’ve ever had. What makes this place even more special is the chef and his wife ( Yun Lee). They made us feel warm the moment we walked into the place. This place will quite literally become your go to place and I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!!! Excellent vegetarian place in Heatherton. Service was great with a pretty expansive menu. Ordered the Laksa and the Migoreng and was very happy with the food. Can be bit hard to find but highly recommend.

The Vegieria team offer some of the best food and service in Melbourne’s south-east! I wish they had a more visible location because I feel like this place doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. You can tell the food is made with love and fresh ingredients, the flavours are authentic, serving sizes are generous, and dietary requirements or requests are honoured. Highly recommend the enoki sushi!! It tasted surprisingly like a tempura prawn maki roll and Yiu Lee made the sushi vinegar herself. We can’t wait to go back to Vegieria again.

A small cafe surrounded by shops & factories in Heatherton Vegiera has become my new favourite. A mostly vegan menu (with a few that can be modified to be vegan) I had the Laksa (Vegan option) and it was great. I like that this cafe doesn't use mock meat in their dishes. The staff are friendly and happy to make your visit memorable.

This place is so perfect. Everything on the menu is spectacular and these small business owners know it! They made us feel like family; enthusiastically giving away their secret recipes and showing off the enormous fresh vegetables chef had picked from his garden that morning.

Yum, yum, yum! Amazing food, excellent customer service. Yuli is so sweet and friendly. Curry puffs and spring rolls are a must-have, so flaky and crispy. Salt and pepper tofu, tempeh rendang, and the sweet and sour balls were tasty. The chickpea potato curry and the basil chilli eggplant were standout dishes. All the food is lovingly prepared, and it's evident in the taste. We got takeaway, and the food was packed perfectly, so it held up well for the ride home. This was the first time I didn't crave meat after trying a vegetarian meal, as everything was so flavoursome. Will go back for sure.

Amazing vegetarian food

We went to DFO and it was evening so we decided to go somewhere and at vegan restaurant. I found this was at the nearest nearest distance.we ordered chai latte though it was good to have once but the presentation was awesome and had a thai dish. It was really good to have one. The lady and man were so kind to prepare the food according to our taste and serve so sweetly. There is no crowd as well u can go there and sit and enjoy your self alone. Good place to go.

Absolutely lovely place, so glad I stumbled across it. The staff were super accommodating and helpful and the food was nothing short of nourishing- I seldom buy curries when eating out because I often make my own but was very much impressed with the tempeh rendang. It was a welcome treat for there to be so many clearly outlined vegan options for me to try and to not have to ask a ton of questions to make sure all my dietary requirements were being met. Every dish I have tried so far I've loved- highly recommend the tempeh rendang and the king oyster mushroom skewers in satay sauce. Amazing vegetarian food, the best fried rice, tempeh I have had in a long while. The sever and cook were attentive and friendly, and I can’t help but notice the nice firm chairs.
