Used the Groupon deal. Decent the course meal, crumbed veal is great. Desserts have a good selection but are lacking in taste

First time visiting this restaurant and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. We had a glass of wine while ordering our food. We both had the beef and reef. The steak was cooked perfectly, very juicy and tender. The lobster and prawns were delicious too. Our main course was just spotted on. For dessert, I had the lychee mousse cake and my partner had the trio of ice cream. They were not just beautifully displayed but also very nice. We loved it. The staffs were friendly and attentive, special thanks to Jessa who served us. Such a fantastic birthday celebration dinner with my partner. Thank you Encore!

Cosy ambiance and excellent chai latte. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed when we arrived but were gracious to accomodate us for a bowl of chips which was perfect as well. The staff are very friendly and nice. Definitely coming back for a meal.

Top class! The food was amazing and the service was above expectations. Highly recommend the steak and turf. Good atmosphere and very generous portion size. Ps. Probably a bit biased review since we use a groupon which provided GREAT value. Great service, good food, good portion. A bit pricey hence not sure if we'll come back without a voucher.

Attentive and friendly staff. Very accommodating as we didn’t have a booking. The steak was cooked medium rare, which is what we asked for, however, after a few bites it was definitely more rare. Steak could’ve been more seasoned, red wine jus lacked a bit of flavour. Had the Salmon as entree which was delightful and full of flavour. For the price, it was pretty good but you can find better steaks in the city.

Ordered a barramundi with grilled veggie and onion rings and it was among the best I had. The fish had crispy skin that didn't feel oily, succulent texture that's soft throughout. The veggie had the taste of grill in every bite. The onion rings are so well balanced that I finished every crumb. Definitely a place I'll come back.

Great food and great service! Starter - the breads and charcuterie were yummy Main - reef and beef, beef wasnt as tender and lobster claw was slightly undercooked but the rest including all the sides were delicious (We were full by this stage!) Dessert - lychee and ice cream were the highlight, so good! (Always room for desserts :p) Wine - house red Shiraz was surprisingly smooth and a great addition to the steak or drink by itself, was so easy to drink! Top it off with good and friendly service by all the waiters/waitress, great job guys :) Will definitely recommend to others :)

We stayed at the hotel and went for drinks and desert at Encore. Bruno was behind the bar and was amazing. Everything A class here.

The service is great, the food not as much. I've had the ribeye steak. Ordered as medium-rare it came in medium. Unfortunately underseasoned, same as the grilled mushrooms. While not terrible, it was indeed underwhelming.

Had a lovely evening at Encore the food was delicious, we shared the soft shell crab and zucchini fritters with soba noodles both where delicious but the orange brûlée with coconut and orange icecream was amazing.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience, primarily due to the utterly unprofessional and shockingly rude manager(Manish). It was my sister's birthday, and we were hoping for a memorable evening, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The service was subpar, with only one waitress being nice and helpful, which was a stark contrast to the manager's appalling behavior. The manager's utter lack of professionalism and shocking rudeness put a significant damper on our celebration. What shocked me the most was the restaurant's policy of not allowing takeaway boxes, a decision that seemed arbitrary and inconsiderate to customers. Furthermore, when I requested a change of sauce because I didn't like the one served, I was astounded to be told there would be an additional charge. To add to the absurdity, when I asked for some chili flakes to adjust the sauce to my liking, I was told it would cost an additional $3 for what appeared to be an insignificant amount of chili flakes. This lack of cooperation and flexibility in accommodating customer preferences, especially on a special occasion, was truly disappointing. Overall, I couldn't have had a more disappointing experience on my sister's birthday, and it was primarily due to the manager's utterly unprofessional and rude demeanor. I sincerely hope my feedback helps the restaurant reevaluate its management and policies to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future customers.
