Conveniently located in the Pacific Epping Plaza and have wide variety of cloths and kitchen items reasonably priced. The kitchen items are the best. Have lots of branded cutlery etc. The clothing and shoes are for men and women only. Sadly no kids items. There is always a sale going on upto 40 percent at least. Have good quality Christmas ornaments near the season. Staff are friendly.

Great choices of home-ware, kitchen-ware and clothing. Very good layout, except I still don't really like the location of the checkout counters, Prefer the previous location which was closer to the entrant. Overall still a good place to shop with lots of bargains.

A great store with lots of variety of daily essentials and clothing. Good price and customer service.

The only negative thing that I noticed was there was only staff on the register and no one to help you if you had any inquiries. The change rooms were unmanned and was positioned in the ladys area only. Was not sure if it was a unisex change room and staff at register were very busy and did not want to line up just ask a simple question.

Great place for some good clothes and wonderful deals to go along. There is a large selection of clothing for women, men and kids too. The quality is great and you get plenty of bargains, especially during may and june. Winter wear and warm clothing is in plenty. Definitely recommend it to one and all.

Currently they are having sale you could get good items like shoes Kitchen wear cloths crockery etc. it is the good time to go in when they have sale you definitely get something.

Seriously underrated range of quality brands at low prices. We paid 130 for contoured bamboo pillows elsewhere, scanned for 50 here. Better knife sets than a certain other kitchen store who claims 50% off for over a thousand dollars less (yes, you read that correctly). If you are a person who cooks, appreciates quality homewares, fashion, electrical and is on a budget you need to go look at their website at the very least. Nearly went under during Covid but thankfully didn't.

Harris Scarfe has very good Manchester. The only thing is there is still a lot of pricing missing on items. Very hard to find someone to ask how much things are. Also the bra section I always find is hard to shop which is sad because they have the best brands there.

Quality products at reasonable price. You can get branded kitchen products and clothes. Nice collection of branded shoes as well.

I spent $500 bought 60 dinner crockery plates. The staff was very rude. Not provided any packaging of the plates. They said they run out of packaging stuff because they do not want to pack the plates. I managed so hard to get the plates at home. Some plates have been broken during travel because plates were not packed.

I wasnt too impressed with the prices or selection of goods, but their homewares have some nice unique items for gifts

Came today for some pillows and had the pleasure of the worker named Zac to help me! So helpful and knew everything about the product I was purchasing. Saw him help another 3 customers after me and even managed to say bye after I left. Thank you Zac, keep up the great work legend.

Went to Harris Scarfe as I was looking for a good topper for my Mattess. The range was very good and the prices were good. Only down side was the un availability of floor staff to answer questions about the different choices. Ended up talking to other customers who were also looking to make a purchase, none of us were totally sure of the best choice, finally we all agreed on the same product which we all purchased. So far we are very happy with our choice, the availability of having staff on the floor would have made the whole process easier.

Too long waiting in the registers. Need more people to help customers on the floor. Had to spend 10 minutes searching for someone to help with a product related question.

Reception desk poor service. Can't guide the customer to find the store as it's epping plaza , I called on reception desk to ask best parking closest to the store, they said car park😃 hang up

Good store. Plenty of specials can be found in store at different times. Prices are not overly expensive. Wide range of stock available.

A pretty good store to visit. They sell good products. Whenever they offer good discounts from time to time, I surely do not want to miss out on any of them.

I been to HS lots of times but unfortunately they did have in stock what I was looking for. The re-socking needs to be more efficient.

Used to be great but has difinitely gone down the tube. They are closing down so no point in pointing out their issues with stock, store layout, ect.

Decently sized Harris Scarfe. Got so many things for our new home from here. It's great that they have promos and discounts pretty much all throughout the year. The layout of the outlet is pretty organised. Staff are helpful as well. I wish they had more brands in the kitchen appliances section such as Kenwood, Philips and so on.

Good variety of household items. Found the discount on men's underwear really reasonable.

Bargain prices

Very good store for bedding, all sorts of doonas, covers, sheets, mattress covers, electric blankets, pillows etc. They also have kitchen and laundry wares etc.

Prices are high, even when they have a Sale!

A good place to find quality items at heavily reduced prices however it is hard to find staff on the floor if you need assistance and a lot of unmarked (prices) items requiring a price check makes shopping difficult. I will buy what I am looking for but as for impulse purchases I have not got time to try to find out the price of all the items I might be interested in therefore I will not waste time looking and this might explain why this place is closing down.
