The portions are good at this price range.

Like their food and vibe. It is less crowded and we liked it that way. Loved the selection of beers and alcohol. Wouldn't mind going there multiple times.

I'd have given it several stars for the food but as it only has one beer on tap (tennents) I struggle to even give it two.

I reckon kitchen Crew and chef has been changed, don’t expect the quality as before, i ordered the lamp which I loved it before but this time even I couldn’t have a bite of it, so smelly.

Down a lane way and this is what we found! Nice place with a lot of character. Great atmosphere for a drink and catch up with friends.

Value for money is great, especially for the lunch burger deals. Burgers however could be better (found mine to be very saucy). Service is good and can cater for groups which is great too.

Unfortunately closing down, good place for locals and wanderers by alike.

Amazing Scottish bar in the CBD! For all Scottish ex-pats like myself, it's a welcome taste of home. There's tennents, irn bru, and even Bucky! Just sad I only discovered it on the last day it was open this year but I'll be back on the 9th January when they reopen for sure :)

I’ve been past this fine establishment too many times and I haven’t had the opportunity to stop. Well when in the area my partner and I called in for a pre dinner drink. The crowd appeared friendly enough and the service was alright too. This place has more specials than you can poke a stick at haha. They have daily food and drink specials meaning I’ll have to go back to check this out. I ordered a British/Scottish beer given that this pub had that theme but unfortunately a lot of the beers were local commercial. But I understand that they have a lot of scotch whiskey and a good Scottish beer that I tried. I’m definitely going back again just to try some of the food and maybe a tipple haha.

Great bar and fantastic bar staff. I went in for a drink with a colleague and the bar tender made up an amazing cocktail for me based on 3 things I liked. I told him sweet, sour, and citrus and the cocktail was perfect thanks.

Choice of seating from enclosed booths, to long benches with bar stools or squat padded stools in secluded areas. Basic but tasty and delicious meals and an ambience fitting a 17th century traditional Scottish pub.
