First time trying these authentic Asian flavours with famed LA street style dogs and definitely won’t be the last! Such a convenient location too, right opposite the train station and they have other stores around Melbourne too in Chadstone and Braybrook. On the day we got: - Floss like a boss - Ebi prawn - Furi - Bulgogi cheesesteak - Hustle fries - Onion rings My favourite would be the floss like a boss, anything with sweet pork floss I’m sold. The Ebi prawn was equally nice with the refreshing slaw. And I love their brioche hot dog bun, so nice and soft and it wasn’t soggy with all the loaded fillings on top which was surprising. The furi was a bit too spicy to my liking but if you like spice, it has your name on it. Their sides were yummy too, fries and onion rings were nice and crunchy. Highly recommended to all!

Hot Dog Hustle will never fail you. Best tasting hot dogs in Melbourne and inarguably the best food truck in Melbourne which is how they landed this permanent store. Have tried all their hot dogs, specials, chips, you name it. If it wasn’t for my conscious changes in diet, I would be here every week to chug down a glizzy. Their original menu items will always be the best from their selection, such as the Hustler, Bulgogi Cheesesteak, Hustler fries with their HDH creamy chilli mayo sauce. Got their Fried Oyster Special which as expected, did not disappoint. Juicy and plenty of oysters crumbed and fried to perfection. Please bring back the truck! My partner was craving a simple hotdog so we googled what was nearby and we caught this shop..fantastic service from the young boys, awesome sausage and great taste. We really enjoyed and look forward to returning.

Why does it only open every blue moon for 30 minutes??? like I'm sure it's delicious but like the opening hours are like 5pm - 5:01pm???

I love spicy food and I had to try FURI 🔥 Was so so good, the flavours and the spice worked so well together. If you love spicy definitely have to try this one out. I also loved the Japanese slaw, aw that dressing was soooo good. What I love about @hotdoghustlemelbourne they started out as a food truck and now have three stores. How amazing is that 👏 Locations are Footscray, Braybrook & Chadstone. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest out. i love this place, i been eating their fries for a couple of days now and im so obsessed. The food is amazing and so flavourful. It's their anniversary so they also gave out free fried chicken and put little thing like this in my order as a surprise lately and i just cantttttt, i love ittt.10/10 highly recommended!! Will be leaving tips next time. Well done guys x

The 2-1 sauce to dog ratio masked the quality of the dog. Exterior chewy beyond belief. The dog bun? Moist, to the point of becoming a gluey paste. The fries although a good texture and perfectly cooked, were over seasoned.

Best hot dogs in Victoria. My wife and kids live the bulgogi cheese steak and my personal favourite is the furi, which has a sweet and spicy combination of ingredients and sauce.

These are the best local hot dogs I’ve found! Delicious fluffy buns, deliciously cooked and a great choice of toppings.

Wasn't too hungry so came here for a light snack. Their chilli wings are 🤤🤤🤤 Very interesting take of the spicy combination and it's so crispy. Will come back for another thing on their menu.

Not exactly cheap eats at $15 but the chilli dog I got was really good. Good quality bun. Dog had a nice snap and the chilli was very flavorful. I will be back

Hot dog sounds like meat, non-veg. Being vegetarian today I've decided to try a Vegetarian Croquette. Honestly, it was so yummy. The bun was nice & soft, the vege roll was soft, hot & crispy, the salad was very tasty as well. Overall it was a well-balanced dish. The boys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work guys..

Onion rings were super crunchy. Hot dog was yummy but be prepared for food coma afterwards.

Finally, a hot dog where the frankies doesn't slip out if the bun. Tastefully loaded with the flavours we love. Bulgogi hot dog's awesome. Crips onion rings. And you can grab a bubble tea from Chatime next door while you chow down your hot dog. See you folks soon!

Great hotdogs! So good, great options. The classic is tasty, the cheese steak Dog was outstanding, the vegetarian Dog is top notch too. They also had some great fried chicken when I was last there. It's also fun to see them use a blow torch on your cheese. Get a train out to Footscray mate, it'll be worth it.

Delicious dogs! The toppings are generous and the wait after ordering wasn't too long, although we got some walk-in takeaway during a quieter time. Worth noting there's only 4 seats as it's a small shop, so you may need to take your food elsewhere to eat. Not a problem though, the onion rings stayed crispy... only wish there were more of them 😅
