As someone who can appreciate a restaurant, not just as a consumer but as someone in the industry - this place was one of the best meals I've had. The space was beautiful and open. The wine list and liquor choices were intentional and delicious - it was wonderful to see such amazing Mexican viticulture available. The food was also spectacular - everything from the Huitlachoche and Carrot Koji, the Chione Clams, the Conch with Aguachile, the Black Tempura Shrimp, and Coconut dessert. The modern twist on Yucatan classic ingredients and intentionality of it all was on par with what I'd expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. Everyone was passionate about what they do and it shows in everything they do. Come in with an open mind ready to try something new and you won't leave disappointed. If I could fly in to Merida every week to eat here I would. Thank you Valerie, Adrian and Chef Luis for the most amazing time! Keep doing what you're doing - much love from the ATL wine & food community.

We Accidentally discovered this hidden oasis. The staff was thoroughly engaged and presented their efforts with dedication. A quality experience all around. Meticulously crafted cocktails with artesinal prepared fresh local seafood dishes. Congenial and tasteful environment with friendly and courteous staff. In short EXCELLENT 👍

We ended up here because we walked by and what a wonderful surprise it was. The service was on point and the food was so flavorful, complex, and delicious. Let me cut to the chase: get the tostadas and aguachile. We’ve already planned our return trip to this restaurant.

Such an amazing place for a foodie. The combination of flavors was amazing. My girlfriend and I went the NYE at 330pm, the place was empty. This is a jewel in this town. The ability to do this well is rare. The waiter referred to 2 similar places that offer regional foods, experimented with, in Tulum that have recently closed. Go here and eat well!

A MUST visit in Merida! The food led by Chef Luis is sooooo special. It is rare to see Mexican cuisine like this, transforming traditional but complex flavours into something more elevated and modern. Every dish was perfect. I wish this was in London so I can bring all my friends and show them how special this place was.

Stumbled into this newly opened restaurant in Merida while walking by. Almost missed it from the outside. The concept is all organic, seasonal and fresh local ingredients. Presentation and decoration are modern fitting the concept surrounding respect. We weren't going for this new gem in town, but wanted to give it a try and honor the concept. A must stop to witness what local gastronomy in Merida is all about and more.

We stumbled upon this natural wine bar, and we are so happy that we did. An amazing selection of Mexican wines, with lovely attentive servers. A gem in Merida and surely they are ahead of their time offering natural wines !

What a hidden gem this place is - we stopped in for a drink after eating a huge dinner (sadly, as the menu looked stellar!). I was so excited to see so many wines from Mexico - as someone who works in the fine food & bev industry in the US, the wine world of Mexico is not something that gets a lot of attention, at least where I am based. The vermouth I ordered was amazing (the presentation! Perfection!) as was the orange wine and cocktail we ordered. We ordered the smoked tomato salad despite not having much more room to eat, and I’m so glad we did - the flavors were so intense yet balanced, what a great experience! Hope to be back next time we are in Merida to taste the whole menu!

Food was good - loved the local ingredients and fusion cooking. But the service was pretty bad. Our server was impatient the whole time and did not hide it. He took my wine before I could finish it because they had to close. Had I had like 30 seconds of warning I’d have been able to finish the wine that I paid for. It’s true that we arrived close to closing time but I’d have preferred if they told us they couldn’t seat us than to receive bad service the entire time.

Such a great surprise! Wasn’t coming up on any “best of” lists but ended up here one night after walking by! Another couple finishing came up and said “you’re going to be so happy with everything he suggests” and it was true! Interesting natural wines, amazing seasonal food, and great service!

Amazing food & cocktail experience in Merida. The most experimental restaurant in town. Go soon before you will have to stay in line to get in.

An awesome wine bar with a range of Mexican natural wines and a great food menu too! It is a really good example of a broader move we have noticed during our travels in Mexico towards slow, seasonal and local food and wine and working with smaller scale producers through building relationships rather than trying to maximise profits. We really enjoyed the way Adrian introduced us to a range of Mexican natural wines. A really special and exciting place for Merida to have.

Excellent food, excellent drink, friendly, skilled service. We popped in here by chance and enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in the Yucatán. Delightful. ¡Muchas gracias!

We had a great night. We had all mexican wines by the glass and enjoyed them a lot. The food was insane! We were 3 weeks in mexico and this is the best we ate. Fresh, smart and with a lot of heart! Amazing.

I came here with family, opted for the 6 course menu and then it was just an absolute delight to the end. Local ingredients, exquisitely put together , cooked to perfection. We have been to the Yucatán and Mexico City before, and this is no doubt one of the best restaurants we have been to.

😐 Beautiful setting, very helpful and excellent staff. Their menu has just about every dish for which the Yucatan is known. So this might be a good first stop for you to get an idea of what food you will find on the rest of your trip. Our food was just OK. I would not recommend this restaurant if you...

👍👍 Excellent! I ordered three of the pastor tacos. My wife ordered two chicken tacos. Best we've had in a very long time and we're loaded with meat. Two classic Margaritas each. Both were tasty and potent. I wasn't done so I ordered two of the bistec (steak) tacos. Also yummy! We will definitely go...
