👍👍 Environment is very upbeat, fun, and carefree. The place is very colorful; literally, which adds a nice touch to the location. The menu has plenty of options for everyone. The food was pretty good, and a plus was the big servings, plenty enough for sharing. The servers are super pleasant and helpful... People often mention good, prices, time, restaurant,

Decent food in a bar like atmosphere. I think I should have gotten the wings like everyone else seemed to be eating. But - literally the worst margarita I ever had. It was cheap, so maybe I ordered the bottom shelf stuff by mistake.

The location was a bit hard to find but nevertheless, excellent all around. A great place to chill at for a nice dinner or drink.

The place was a bit hard to find, but is on the second floor of a pink building with a small sign outside. Location was very good, not far at all from the cathedral plaza. Inside, there are quite a lot of seats but there seem to be customers throughout any time of day. There are wven some who start enjoying some beers right after opening at noon. Prices aren’t expensive but they aren’t particularly cheao either. However, the taste of the food definitely makes up for it - so much so that it took a lot of effort not to go back even if we only had a few meals we can enjoy in Merida. We especially enjoyed the Sopa de Mariscos, Burritos Puercos, Ensalada Cesar con Pollo. All serving sizes were huge too! Non-alcoholic drinks come in either a glass or pitcher. Highly recommend this place either for drinks or a hearty meal!

What a place! I’m loving it. Prices are unreal when comparing to other restaurants. And for a good price you get big portion of delicious food. I loved their enchiladas. In the evening it is full of locals.

Nice local spot with reasonable prices and average food. Fish was seasoned well and tasty. Beef was a little tough for fajitas. Guacamole tasted good, but some may prefer a little salt with it. Beers were cold and looks like they have a special by the bucket. Polite staff and very helpful.

Great local spot. Food prices are really good for what you get. Drinks are pretty cheap too. We got the chicken wings, came with Buffalo sauce and BBQ sauce. And poc chuc, came with all the trimmings and lots of tortillas. Looked like the pork would be dry, but it wasn't, nicely spiced.

Local restaurant with traditional Yucatán food with good vibe and Latin music. The food has a big portion and the prices are quite good. If you want to try local dishes this is the place!

Delicious food, huge portions, quick service. Everything was at a very good price and it had a nice atmosphere to have a beer and sit and relax while you eat. Staff were lovely too. Wings and poc-chuc (also comes with tortillas, of course) in pics!

It's a great little restaurant bar! Upon entering the building, you are facing a cava/cellar with a snake/dragon carved into the stone overhead, careful not to descend in to the dungeon, the bar is upstairs. Service at Las Vigas was friendly and the atmosphere good, of course it was, they played 80's rock music the entire time we were there. The booth benches were fairly comfortable and close overhead are the enormous, antique wood "Vigas", that the place was aptly named for. The nachos with arrachera meat were delicious, the ceviche was lacking salt and lime juice, but since both were served along with a couple of beers, we were covered. I would absolutely recommend this place, the prices were more than reasonable for the large portion sizes.

We came to this place on a Saturday afternoon to have some food and a couple of drinks. The place has central location, where close to the plaza of independence. To reach the restaurant you need to take the stairs - not very obvious at first. Once we were in, we saw quite a large space, it was full of customers. We took a place on a cozy sofa. The waiter came shortly. We ordered chicken wings with BBQ sauce, Lima soup, naranjada and a beer. Our order came shortly. Everything was tasty and fresh. The price was more than affordable- around 230 pesos; we could pay by card. Overall the atmosphere in the place was nice and friendly. The waiter was fast and polite. We could understand each other with our basic Spanish. The place has a decent toilet and a basin to wash hands. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated with bright colors, lights, flags. TV screens on the walls play international music hits. All in all, we had a good time here.

Very informal restaurant and sports bar on the first floor of the building. A bit hars to spot. Loved the seating which is diner like with booths. Lots of TVs showing American football and basketball. Service super fast and to the point. Vegetarian burrito was veganized in a flash. Food came out within minutes, so did the drinks. People chatting a bit louder than in other places, but fit right in. Portions are generous and food is delicious, prices super fair! Will definitely be back

Go inside and take the stairs. We arrived at 21.00, the kitchen closes at 10pm, but we had enough time to order. First time I had a really really good vegetarian burrito. Wow! Friends who had meat dishes also loved it. Really good portions, also good prices.

Beef burrito $115 was perfect and good-sized. Chicken enchilada $95 could have been better. Busy place, everyone was ordering the chicken wings which must be a house speciality. Going back for another beef burrito!

Surprisingly delicious as the place doesn’t look too good. The food was great, the fajitas and enchiladas with shrimps were really good and fair priced

So nice we came here twice!!! Come for their impeccably priced margaritas, their burrito, their fish, their enchiladas, their jalapeño rellenos. Their food is soooo good, it was worth the 20 min walk there every time! Plotting my next chance to go there already. Also if you’re American, this food aligns with Tex mex fairly well, so if you’re missing a taste of home come here!

A gem of a place! When it’s full of happy locals, you know it can’t be bad. The prices are so low, but the quality is just good! I had some amazing chicken wings, and a super good piña colada which cost only 40 pesos! Try it out

😐 Beautiful setting, very helpful and excellent staff. Their menu has just about every dish for which the Yucatan is known. 👍👍 Excellent! I ordered three of the pastor tacos. My wife ordered two chicken tacos. Best we've had in a very long time and we're loaded with meat. Two classic Margaritas each. Both were tasty and potent. I wasn't done so I ordered two of the bistec (steak) tacos. Also yummy! We will definitely go...
