    Smoothies are not blended all the way, they taste as if they are slushees. The quality of food has just gotten worse at this location.

    Excellent smoothies, try the jalapeno corn it was delicious. Service was a little slow but well worth the wait. Even the kids loved it, which is saying something.

    A young man at the counter not in uniform. He was In an Eastern Flordia shirt did not greet us when we went to the counter. Only used a head movement to either "greet us" or "ask us how he could help us" He mumbled while talking to us did not repeat the order back and then just went to the back without saying anything to us about our transition being completed. Not to mention had an earbud in his right ear the entire time. How unprofessional. I'll go to Rockledge for tropical smoothie from now on.

    I can't stand the service at the Merritt island location. Every time I come in for a smoothie, I stand at the front counter for 5+ minutes listening to kids playing in the back. I only received service when peeking in the back to get someone's attention. Once I was attended to by a gentleman named Logan I ended up just walking out because his attitude was horrible it made me feel like I was in very careless hands and by the looks of the faces on customers in the lobby everyone had already been waiting longer than expected. I love Tropical smoothie but the management at the Merritt island store isn't good and hasn't improved in some time. Someone come to the rescue!

    we live an hour away and decided to stop otw home to get a quick lunch. after we get home and start eating, my boyfriend finds chicken in his hummus veggie wrap (we’re both vegetarian) so i call the store and ask the young guy on the phone if there’s anyway we can get a refund or even store credit and i got told there was nothing he could do and that’s completely out of his control and we would have to come all the way back and speak to a manager. i just left it at that because i didn’t wanna be a karen but seriously? why couldn’t a manager speak to me over the phone? i’ve worked in customer service for a long time and the least he could’ve done was taken a phone number and told me a manager could contact me soon. we spent over 30$ and tipped too. very disappointed and the last time i’ll ever give my money to them

    Such a poorly run operation. Tropical Smoothie should look into this franchise. It really does give the brand a bad name. Shame on you (owner of this franchise), you really don’t deserve to represent this brand. It’s obvious you either don’t care, or don’t know how to run a business like this. This was our first time in, and it will be our last. The reviews speak for themselves.

    Omgosh!!! I love their Bahama mama's and grilled cheese sandwiches!!! So far I have been here every day of my vacation to get a large smoothie. 10/10

    Love tropical smoothie but wanted to give a shout out to the girl with the cute pink hair ...I observed a customer be a little cantankerous about his smoothie, first having her try to fix it and then remake it. She was polite, professional, and very sweet about it.

    To the store manager: the new girl was awesome. The rest of the crew was a bunch of kids just goofing off and playing in the back. Not good for business or customers.

    I have went there almost everyday for a week straight and spent $24 (including a 15% tip they think they should get) totaling over $160 for lunch for my husband and myself. Being vegetarian I always order a veggie hummus wrap since it is all they offer. My husband stopped today and picked me one up and brought it home. I was so disappointed to see it had no rice on it, one of the main components of a veggie wrap. So basically lettuce, hummus, and red onion. We are over 20 min away so I wasn’t driving back. I called and politely explained this to them and asked if they would make it right in the future. Not unless I brought it back and with an attitude to boot. So since my money is valuable to me and the gas it would have cost me to drive back would have been more than a free wrap in the future I will instead be going to buy $160 worth of groceries and I will just make it myself. In this economy you do people right that choose to patronize you repeatedly. Do better.edit to add: please don’t insult me with your scripted spiel. I called and gave them a chance to make it right. They chose not to. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I was asking to be made whiole with what I paid for. Of course I ate the wrap. I was hungry and food is expensive.

    My family enjoys Tropical Smoothie but this is the worst location of this chain by far! Whoever handles the scheduling set your employees up for complete failure. Sunday lunch rush and you had 3 employees total, one of whom was on her first day. No manager on site to assist. Customers were rude and verbally abusive to the staff, I wouldn't be surprised if they have no desire to return. Shame on others for not realizing they were trying to do their best. 45 minutes for an online order. 30 minutes beyond the pickup time. The owner clearly doesn't care as previous reviews have told them what is wrong and the managment response says please let us know what we can do to get better... READ and make changes. As long as they are making money, nothing will change.

    Just visited here...I would like to have ordered...but, there's NO MENU in print/paper that you can read what they have. Not even 1 available...the attendant did go to the back to find one...but came back and said there was none available...I said that I can't see the really high/small printed menu on the high wall...he then said that I can go online to view the menu...Really?? I have perfect 20/20 vision and don't need glasses...and still couldn't see what their menu says.....I didn't have my phone there...so I couldn't get the menu online....how pathetic this is.

    I came here 2 days in a row the first time was later in the day around 630 and the smoothies were super runny like too much liquid was added food was good. The 2nd day was earlier around 145 and there was a different staff and ordered exact same smoothie as I don't change from the island green. This time was absolutely perfect.

    The breakfast burrito was micro-waved making it almost impossible to chew as it cooled, the person at the register had an important text message I guess as she could not look up from her phone as she put my order in wrong , the smoothie was very good.

    Last week went to this location to pick up lunch. The cashier would not allow me to add peanut butter to my sons smoothie even if I paid extra for it. Also i was told I couldn’t order the retired smoothie that i have gotten for years at this same location. I said okay, and placed my order. As I was waiting I hear another customer order the exact smoothie as I did for my son and she was able to add peanut butter. I was in disbelief but said nothing. A young lady handed me our order and i noticed chips were picked for us. I asked if i could please change the chip flavors and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed grabbed the chips i said thank you and she just walked away. I get my order and leave to take it home to have lunch with my son. To our surprise they gave us the wrong smoothie. A smoothie that i did not order. I called and a female answered the phone would not get manager and hung up on me. I continued to call; no answer. I did fill out the tropical smoothie online and was told someone would reach out. I was hoping to have this handled and not leave a negative review. And again, nothing. Customer service is lacking at this location. ** To the owner that replied** the first thing I did was fill out on tropical smoothie online.** Updated : 4 starts because corporate gave us a gift card to get the correct smoothie. Thank you
