Very impressed! The hotel was clean, rooms are clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, a coffee and wine bar, staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there for two days and we had our pets with us and the hotel is very pet friendly with designated areas for pets needs. There is a golf course next door which is very nice and though the freeway was next to the hotel too, which makes it convenient, we couldn't hear the traffic at all, very quiet. Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit!

Very nice for business trips or just a short stay. Service was excellent and the room was clean, updated and modern feeling. The air conditioning is a bit loud in the room. The bar on the first floor had a nice atmosphere. A plus to this hotel is that they allow pets and it has quiet hours. The pool wasn't freezing cold which made for a nice swim. Absolutely love the cookies that come to you warm from the front desk. Would stay here again!

I would do 4 and a half stars, but it did come shy of 5 and wouldn't be accurate to round up. I was there for a conference. We were well taken care of. The rooms were beautiful and the place looked very clean, but when some water spilled on the carpet and I went to wipe it up, the gray carpet was actually quite filthy. The washcloth turned brown and black, and I was only wiping up water. So that was gross enough for me to not want to walk around barefoot in the hotel room. This Doubletree is in a great location! Easy to get in and out of and has free parking in a giant lot. That was such a relief. Everyone was nice, but I did notice that there was rarely anyone at the front desk. I didn't really need them during my visit, but their absence did make me wonder what someone is to do if they needed to stop by the desk and it's all dark like that. Lots of space. I love the 8-storey-tall atrium and the clear elevators! Kinda makes it feel like a cruise ship. :) It was a worthwhile weekend in a nice place!

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The lobby was extravagant and even had a bar and a place to get tons of snacks. The elevators were very cool- they had a window to see as you went up/down and we're actually quite fast. The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety- eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more. I stayed in a junior sweet. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows. The entire room was very clean, to the point of which if you looked you wouldn't be able to find even a speck of dirt. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would love to stay here again.

No complaints about the hotel itself - the staff were nice and the room was clean and large. Not a lot around the area, though. I wouldn’t stay here if you want it to be super walkable. The gym was also pretty nice albeit small.

The furniture in the room was dusty. There was a lamp on an end table but the cord didn't reach an outlet. There was a shower comb hanging in the shower that must have belonged to a previous guest. The refrigerator was not level on the floor and the freezer door was broken. The warm cookie was awesome! Didn't get to enjoy the pool, workout room or breakfast.

We booked online, needed a last minute room after coming to town for a Baby Shower. Parking was close, well lit, plenty of spots. Safe area for your car. Check in was fast, had a surprise $40 room key charge at check in. Thought we paid in full online? Read the full print! Breakfast is $12 for cold $17 for hot- FYI

I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotel stays I've had. Maybe it was the company I was with (trip with friends to a writing conference), but we had a great experience. A lot of restaurants were within walking distance (10-15 min), there was a convenience store in the lobby which had a microwave and anything one would need (either free or for purchase), the free cookies were delicious, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, the Hilton Honors app was useful, the iron & ironing board in the room were full sized and worked well, and even the blow dryer worked great. A fantastic stay overall!

Great service. Free parking. Pet friendly with reasonable fees. Good area to walk your dog and grab coffee in the morning and and night. Near shops and freeways. Generous size rooms. Very pleased with my stay.

Our family flew in from Dallas for my uncle’s funeral and Lenique & Peggy at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful to all of us. The rooms were very comfortable and the services of the hotel including the restaurant, bar, and mini-market were wonderful options for us. My mom and I enjoyed the pool and lounge area outside. In the evening, we sat around the tables in the main area, chatting and telling stories about my uncle and it was so healing for us all. The location was perfect for us to travel between the airport and the services for my uncle. Thank you for hosting us!

This hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious. I love the glass see-through elevators and the atrium feel. Plenty of room to hang out and socialize in the lobby. And there’s a lot lot nice landscape and nature to walk around outside.

Before you finalize any booking, take a moment to visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ It turned my almost-expensive trip into a budget-friendly escape. We loved our stay here! Fresh warm cookies. It's probably one of the best hotel gyms I've been to, every type of equipment you could think of. Delicious breakfast with tons of options. Super friendly staff that were so helpful. Rooms were very clean, I even pulled the sheets up and examined the mattresses. Close to lots of activities and downtown Mesa. Definitely recommend staying here.

Ptretty appearance and grounds. We were Not greeted politely when checking in. Some things in room like toilet didn’t flush right. No soap in dispenser. Restaurant had a super great waitress. However, the 16.00 salad was mostly just spinach. Very disappointed. She comped us 20 %. All in all needs some attention to detail. Decent breakfast. Just not hot off of breakfast bar.

We stayed 2 nights here and really enjoyed our visit. Clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk staff and nice pool. Kids really loved the glass elevator.

Loved the girls at the front desk. They were so warm and inviting which was different from my last Hilton stay in which I felt out of place. The warm cookies and warm welcome I knew I’d have a better experience. I stayed a week and would and I’m sorry to say leave stuff on the table like wrappers or my food container after a long day working and traveling it was such a surprise when I came back that evening from work my mess was magically cleaned up. Loved it here since last extended stay they told me room cleaning wouldn’t be included so this was very nice and I forgot my conditioner and go and behold there’s some in the shower!!! Overall experience was so peaceful and accommodating and it was like they knew what I needed from a hotel Thank you to the beautiful African American women I got to meet at the front desk who I call out because they were the most welcoming of all the staff and I hope management tells them how good of a job they do making guests feel welcome.

Nice hotel, lots of rooms, lots of space. Cool see window elevators. Staff nice. No free breakfast. Nice pool. Lots of conference rooms. Nice work out room except Pelton needs an account, no quick start. NO hot water in showers and the water completely cut out twice on a quick cold shower. Building shows its old. Loud rooms looking at loud highway other wise spacious with pullout couch, fridge and safe.

Very nice location, staffed by some of the friendliest people around. Room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. You do have to buy your own breakfast but it's buffet style so you can eat all you want. There is a nice exercise room with working equipment and a nice pool.

Room was ok. Definitely not very clean and not well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Most of the employees I had interactions with were a little disrespectful. It would be in an amazing location if the mall and other strip nails were open and not run down.

i stayed at the Hilton it was such a nice stay and not only was it a clean and well organized place I met a gentleman named Tom! Tom was very professional and went out of his way to answer questions about the hotel as well describe the food, drinks and what the hotel had to offer. I am very impressed by his clarity of the services and how much heart he puts in his work. Thank you Tom for being there for my family and I.

Well it could’ve been better. Upon check in no water was given to us as silver Hilton members. The hot tub was under construction which is unfortunate when your hosting multiple soccer families. The espresso machine is out at the Starbucks. We tried to get room service. Got it once and they didn’t end up emptying the garbage and left the clean sheets on the tv stand -were we supposed to change our own sheets? We had to empty our own garbage. The room are old and could use some updating -dark in the front room of the suite like depressing. The Breakfast was great and was included in our fee for the stay which was a plus. They had multiple water jugs near the lobby but they were rarely filled. We had to go down twice for fresh towels as there as no answer and the front desk or house keeping. The work out room was fine but extremely hot and made it uncomfortable to work out. Unfortunately the location is very loud due to it being so near the highway. So when you are sitting by the pool to maybe have a cup of coffee all you hear if traffic. And they chose Saturday to fix the hot tub right at the height of all these players wanting to use the pool

We booked a room with a bath, didn't get it. We were told there were no rooms available...which was obviously untrue. The toilet ran all night. They weren't rude, but they obviously didn't care and just were not going to do anything about our complaints. We were staying to attend a memorial for my husband's grandmother, just a little kindness would have meant so much.

After having a very frustrating evening at a different hotel, our experience with Elijah and Tina at the front desk was awesome and greatly appreciated. Both were friendly and compassionate. The check in process was easy and they got us into our room without any issues. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Stayed here for the first time and I was impressed! The front desk people were genuine, helpful, and kind. The room was upgraded without request, and the suite was spacious and laid out perfectly. I had a DELICIOUS goat cheese and beet salad with an espresso citrus dressing. It might be the best salad I've had! The hotel is immaculately clean. I'm definitely coming back.

Great location and very good hotel. Everyone has been extremely nice and room is very clean. Just one suggestion- please find a better person than Elijah to man the front desk. Otherwise very welcoming. Would have given it five stars

When we ordered two rooms both with two kings bed and to be adjoining so we can go from one room to the other I without having to go around they put us in two separate rooms with two queen beds. Then proceeded to say we didn’t order rooms like that. Then we thought it included free breakfast when we ordered the room and that was not the case. Just one person alone for breakfast was almost $20! And it was a small plate of eggs, bacon, sausage (which was not cooked all the way) and potatoes. Drink was a water as well and it came to $18.41 for that. No one else in our party ate there after we found out how much it was for just one person and how little bit of food it was. The service from anyone there was very iffy on any answer or questions we had while being there. Then got a complaint about the kids being loud after 10. So if your wanting breakfast included and to be able to bring your kiddos don’t stay here. Not a family oriented place for sure. Also the depending on where you park your car could get hit by golf balls cause the golf course is next door and then while swimming you constantly smell the fumes from the road which gave me the worse headache ever. So not staying here anymore.

Reservations were made and paid several months ago. No mention of a room deposit. Never had that before. Room key didn't work on day two, took awhile to get into our room. Bathroom sink barely drains. Yuck! Couldn't believe there is no shuttle services, another first. Otherwise nice!

I only came here for my son to do his state testing for the school he goes to. I can only rate the appearance and the feel of the place so this rating is not about service of rooms or rooms in general. This hotel is pretty sweet on the inside,. It is atrium style and snazzy. Their is a cool restaurant that is in the atrium area. Pool is normal size nothing super fancy in that area but I really think if the rooms were decently priced or even in mid range it is worth it.
