    Absolutely atrocious treatment of patients; they charge absurd amounts for setting foot inside their offices (separate from the cost of the tests they run), will refuse to explain why, give you the run-around vis-a-vis different phone numbers to call but for some reason nobody can explain a thing, and then they promise to get back to you with (a test result, an explanation, a follow-up explanation of said test results), and you hear nothing from them except repeated bills (sent to the wrong address, naturally, so they all arrive past due). Buyer beware; if your GP suggests you get something done here, push back, and if you are forced to go here, demand to know the full cost upfront.

    Horrible customer service/accounting! I have been sent around in circles due to their internal error! They cashed my check, but failed to apply to my account! I am still pursuing this issue with them. When you ask for a supervisor, they put you on hold and never pick it up again! I have been on hold for 19 minutes and still no one has picked up. If I could subtract stars from their rating, I would. Unfortunately, the worst I can give is 1 star. I plan on handing this issue over to either the Attorney General or BBB. I have spent hours with their billing people on the phone and get absolutely no where.

    My Insurance automaticallly receives provider discounts with this facility and yet they denied having provide this discount claiming I owed hundreds of dollars more than I actually did which my insurnace had on register. The customer service agent Janet with attitude claimed they could not do anything about it and I must reach out to my insurance. My insurance then claimed I must contact the hospital to reach out to them. I spoke once again with the same agent who on the call gave me more attitude saying I must reach out to the insurance about calling them. After expressing my fustration, she proceeds to say I am being rude and will not talk to me. She said she will talk to someone and said goodbye. I asked how before she said she couldn't do anything on their end but now is able to? She said goodbye and hung up. I called back asking to speak with anyone else but it's just her. I asked what is happening in this claim and she states she asked for an insurnace rep to handle it. Why couldn't she have done that the first time? No empathy or understanding was giving when I am being told I owe hundreds more than I actually do because of their mistake.

    The customer service is terrible. I keep calling from 8:30am to 4pm. No one picks up the phone. Always the same recorded message. It's stealing people's time. Accounting is horribly making mistakes: wrong date/wrong service/wrong charge.

    YOU END PAYING AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF MONEY, AND THEY ARE NOT UP FRONT ABOUT IT. THEY SENT ME ABOUT 6 DIFFERENT BILLS FOR THE SAME PROCEDURE. THIS PLACE SPENT 20MINS TO CHARGE ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND HANDED ME PAPERS AND SENT ME OUT THE DOOR WITHOUT ANY REAL EXPLINATION.

    Horrible customer service and unethical business practices. Talk about incompetence at a place that rip you off and charge customers illegally. How come the charges for the procedure performed by a nurse be same same as the physician? It took you 6 months to send the bill and when I tried to negociante or ask for a discount because I wasn’t prepared for that amount charged outside of the scope of a billing time you didn’t want help. When I saw the discrepancy where you charged me the same amount for the nurse and physician I tried to contact your billing department 7 times for an explanation there was no response and my name is now being sent to collections before you can even acknowledge that. The person responsible for the billing department should be fired for being so incompetent.

    The quality of the physicians is among the highest in the Boston area. I have received life saving treatment and wonderful after care. It's a plus that they take my insurance and I never have problems with billing.

    I am adding my experience here which will further reinforce the garbage services of this practice, which deserves a zero star. They sent me a bill which just says "Total Charges". There was no explanation or breakdown of what the charges are for. When I called them, they said the they could not provide me the breakdown of what the charges are for. I had to demand to speak to a supervisor and after arguing for 40 minutes, she agreed to send me the breakdown through a mail. 5 weeks later, I received ANOTHER bill for another amount from them. Again, this just had "Total Charges" without any further details. Also this one says "FINAL NOTICE". I called them up to ask for a breakdown and why I am only receiving it on Final Notice? Not only did they refuse to provide a breakdown again, they said they have sent this bill to debt collections!!! I pointed out that this was the first time I am receiving this bill, why is it "FINAL NOTICE"?? Additionally, the due date on the bill says it is 2 weeks later, why did they send it to collections?? Throughout all the calls I have had the representative was rude, dismissive, and at times blatantly lying. Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians has the worse processes, customer service, and is not honest with the patient. They are a scam organization that commits fraud.
