am
adding
my
experience
here
which
will
further
reinforce
the
garbage
services
of
this
practice,
which
deserves
a
zero
star.
They
sent
me
a
bill
which
just
says
"Total
Charges".
There
was
no
explanation
or
breakdown
of
what
the
charges
are
for.
When
I
called
them,
they
said
the
they
could
not
provide
me
the
breakdown
of
what
the
charges
are
for.
I
had
to
demand
to
speak
to
a
supervisor
and
after
arguing
for
40
minutes,
she
agreed
to
send
me
the
breakdown
through
a
mail.
5
weeks
later,
I
received
ANOTHER
bill
for
another
amount
from
them.
Again,
this
just
had
"Total
Charges"
without
any
further
details.
Also
this
one
says
"FINAL
NOTICE".
I
called
them
up
to
ask
for
a
breakdown
and
why
I
am
only
receiving
it
on
Final
Notice?
Not
only
did
they
refuse
to
provide
a
breakdown
again,
they
said
they
have
sent
this
bill
to
debt
collections!!!
I
pointed
out
that
this
was
the
first
time
I
am
receiving
this
bill,
why
is
it
"FINAL
NOTICE"??
Additionally,
the
due
date
on
the
bill
says
it
is
2
weeks
later,
why
did
they
send
it
to
collections??
Throughout
all
the
calls
I
have
had
the
representative
was
rude,
dismissive,
and
at
times
blatantly
lying.
Harvard
Medical
Faculty
Physicians
has
the
worse
processes,
customer
service,
and
is
not
honest
with
the
patient.
They
are
a
scam
organization
that
commits
fraud.
