The views are amazing and the front desk staff are so nice. Alois and Jose are doing an amazing job managing the building! I viewed the building 4 times while choosing my unit and they were accommodating each time and I can tell they took the time to curate the building with amazing people so far. It’s very quiet and move in was smooth and the 24/7 security, and complimentary coffee and water in the lobby are nice touches. The parking and Amazon lockers are easy to use and I look forward to using the amenities - the pools, rooftop garden and gym.

Best new rental building in Miami - hands down. Unbelievable location on Bella Isle, next door to Standard and a 5 minute walk to Sunset Harbor. Management is friendly, caring and focused on creating an experience that is differentiated from the behemoth condo buildings in Brickell and Edgewater. Having lived here for a month already, I couldn’t be happier about my new home.

It’s so beautiful!!! All the bad reviews that you will see are written by people who do not live in this building. We moved here 2 weeks ago and are very happy. Firstly, there are amazing and very friendly people working here. I am talking about the leasing office, concierges and even maintenance team . They are always ready to help in everything, despite their busy schedule due to the large number of move ins. You feel really at home here, because they don't forget about you after signing the contract. The amenities are not finished to the end, but I hope it won't last long. There are minor flaws in any building, but those that are present here really do not matter, and the Bella isla team is doing everything in the shortest possible time to eliminate these shortcomings. I definitely recommend Bella isla!

I toured Bella Isla Luxury Apartments a few days ago. It offers cozy and well-designed apartments, and the amenities here are practical and well-kept. I love that part of the gym has an outside area where you can workout. What truly stands out for me is the management team's responsiveness and approachability. They make sure that any concerns are promptly resolved and create a friendly atmosphere in the community. I think Bella Isla strikes a great balance between convenience and a peaceful living environment, making it a sincere recommendation for anyone looking for a pleasant residential experiences in one of the most unique areas in Miami.

Bella Isla is a beautiful place I now call home. The management from early inquiry to lease signing to post move in small repair or maintenance has been very professional and extremely responsive. I could not be happier with how my first week living here has been!

One of the best places to live in Miami. The chill laid back apartment community is refreshing for being in Miami, but still being able to walk to the beach or quick ride to downtown. The building and units are amazing, but the staff are flat out incredible and making living here truly enjoyable!
