This review has been viewed over 850 times. Checkout was about a five minute wait, they do call over associates from the sales floor to open up registers when it's busy. The store has a lot of space between the isles, however be aware some of the tourists who shop here are very racist and they sometimes try to invade your space to intimidate you. We are not worried because we always carry, and our people are always close by. Overall, we observed the store cleanliness to be excellent. There is plenty of space between the racks in the isles; traveling consumers really appreciate this aspect of your business. We are impressed with the selection of different brands available at this location, and the fact everything is sized and organized correctly. The fitting room area seems to be very organized. Customer service is great; managers on duty are available at the front-end checkout area. Departments we took note of were men and women's apparel, shoes, bed and bath, including fitting rooms and the store front-end. When it comes to associates, customers, representatives, and vendors, this is TJ Maxx, and every corporation must uphold Corporate America standards in all facilities and business establishments. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of demographics. Expect is very soon, Thank you.

Omg.. worst experience in a department store ever! When we walked in the only greeting we received was from the security guard ( who by the way was super nice ). We then were followed and stared at by the employees who never even asked if we needed help. We then go to the line there are 3 registers open, until we are ready to checkout, then all 3 employees leave their registers. A man who I want to say was a manager, but his job description on his name tag read another position. Anyway this guy was so rude! He didn't say hi, hey, how are you doing? He literally didn't utter a word to us. Leaving out guess who wished us a great day??? The security guard! Just wow! So.. customer service just isn't a thing anymore?

Terrible experience, won't be back, all thanks to the lady of the picture. She was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't seem like wanting yo be working. She wasn't at the register when I approached to pay, and after few minutes of me waiting for someone to appear, she said rudely that I should have waited for her to call me. I told her that I wasn't supposed to know that if there was no one there to tell me. I had to purses to buy, very similar. She opened both and removed the paper inside without asking me. My husband asked her to put at least one of them back to preserve the shape of the purse, and suddenly she said that I put a tag that didn't correspond to the right price. That's a very serious accusation. I suggested her to check on the cameras to confirm that I didn't do such thing, and I wouldn't pay the price that wasn't on the tag the purse had when I grabbed it, and that I wanted to talk to a manager. She went and talked directly to the manager and to another person that tried to explain to me, but fortunately was more understanding and let me pay according to the tag the purse had. This lady waisted almost 30 minutes of my time unnecessarily and was very unpleasant, so no, I won't visit again thia store.

Sales associates were extremely rude and ive never in my life experienced getting rushed out of the store without finishing my selection of products . Would not ever return back here horrible service and customer relations …. TWO THUMBS DOWN

Mondays at TJ always very long lines at register but they have lots of good stuff on sale .

I am a loyal customer of TJ Maxx. At this particular location I encountered an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism! I purchased 2 items (a summer dress and an umbrella) yesterday. A cashier scanned my dress twice. I asked her why my charge is so high and cancelled the credit card transaction. The cashier became very angry and animated and started mumbling something that I could not hit cancel button on the machine because now her system froze. This is simply not true a customer can click cancel and remove a credit card. This behavior is unacceptable. TJ Maxx is a wonderful franchise and its customers deserve better treatment by the cashiers!

It's my first time going to this location. And my first time finding women designer handbags at $3,000!!! And designer shoes for $600!! The store is nice and tidy. Went to look for a nice perfume but the selection wasn't that great. There are a lot of high end designer clothing here.

Great items...well priced and one of the friendliest cashiers i have met in South Beach Miami...she actually smiled and spoke to me nicely.

The lady at the Jewelry session was very rude and screamed at me. It was an unpleasant moment in front of other customers.

The selection and organization of this store used to be excellent. For a while it got really bad but is finally getting back on track. Men's department offers higher quality items. Women's department needs to catch up especially on properly organizing the racks by the correct size.
