This Ross it’s definitely one of my favorite ones and for sure the favorite of every Brazilian person, so be prepared to hear a lot Portuguese around you. You find the best brands and products here. Be patient and go with time to hunt and you will find the best bargains! If you go early in the morning you will find the store very organized and find things easier, now if you go at the end of the day, the store will be a mess, but a good mess🤩 IF YOU DONT KNOW, ON TUESDAYS EVERY PERSON THAT IS 55 YO OR OLDER, GETS 10% OFF ON THE TOTAL PURCHASE, Its a great discount when you are buying a lot. For a Ross this place is pretty good. I personally have an issue with shopping at Ross since my size is particular and I get upset quickly when they don’t have something in my size. Beyond that the mess in the store is at a normal level for a Ross. This also drives me crazy, but for a Ross this one is kept kinda clean. The people working there seem to try their best. If you need help you have a 50/50 shot of getting someone who is fluent in English on the sales floor but everyone at the registers seem to be fluent. I did give this store a 4 star instead of a five due to I had an issue here once with security wouldn’t let me take a shopping cart to load a large item into my car. I hate places that treat everyone as if they’re a thief but I understood it’s their policy and just have to live with it.

This location is awesome! I found several amazing pieces of furniture and artwork at a great price. It's always busy, so you have to be patient. Lines for the register are often long, but it is what it is! Checking back frequently is key.

Just had a horrible experience at Miami Beach Ross 5th floor Christene was the worst absolute person I’ve ever dealt with in my life at this location … I wouldn’t recommend ever coming in here to return an item or doing business here go to a different Ross if you would like a more professional experience and people who actually care about the customer

Worst chaotic Ross store ever. Went in to return an item and I asked the lady working the cashier by the jewerly if I have to make the same line as purchases and she said no, the line next to the jewerly cases I said ok. Make the like. Wait about 10 minutes just to hear the lady behind register 8 yelling “excuse me. Excuse me! Waiting are you waiting for there?!” I said I was making a return and she again yells across “no no no. You have the make the line” I said that the other lady told me to stand here and she proceeds to say “no no. The line.” I just walked out. Super unorganized and clearly associates not on the same page.

Nice choice but we had to wait almost one hour to pay. Unbelievable. 2 out of 13 cash counters were open.

Extremely cheap and better than others (marshall and tjmaxx). You should go in the morning for finding more products and absolutely not crowded thats the best side of going early. Levi's, Tommy H. Guess, Under armour, adidas, nike, skechers, sunglasses, champion, jewellery, perfumes, home accessories, baby clothes and toys any other good brands. Diggin' 😅✌🏻

The manager Mariela was so rude and unprofessional, she wasn’t able to help out with a product that didn’t have a price handled the situation very poor! I come to this store for so long and never had such an uncomfortable experience !

Tons of clothes and great selection. We came to Miami Beach on a spontaneous trip and had no clothes. We were able to find almost everything we needed at this one store for me and the kids. They didn't have sandals for kids which was weird since it is a beach town, but I'm happy with the selection and great prices.

Very, very, very long line and the racket of cowbells. We all put up with it because of the economic depression we are in. I certainly would have gone elsewhere 2 years ago. Only 3 cashiers and 21 people in line. I got crocs for 14.99 = 1 star.

if you want to stand in line of 5 people one hour you are in this store. All employees just walk around the store and pretend to work

This store is run like a neighborhood house, where there are no good manners and employees are allowed to behave without respect. a mrs. who was at one of the cash registers when he saw that I did not go to pay, he turned to me vulgar and rude manner. After this he began to laugh along with others and gloat as a boxer after delivering a knockout. Customer service was very attentive and apologized, something very positive after a bitter moment.

My favorite store in years but today, my worst day, I went to return some clothes that didn't work for me. I tried them at home and 3 employees, including the manager, looked for me and they didn't solve anything. They treated me as if I were the worst thing just for not have the price tag but if I had my device and each item was on my receipt what a disappointment I left very sad I will not return again

Love to go early in the morning because the store looks very clean and organized, without tourists.
