Every time I give this place a go they always keep you waiting and get it wrong! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING Today I went for a simple Big Mac meal. I thought it was going well at first as I was straight at the ordering station in the drive through then straight to pay! Only 1 car was in front of me… The guy at window 2 first tried to give me someone else’s drinks then he asked me to wait in a bay…. 20 minutes later I finally got my food. But as per usual they still get it wrong and I seem to be missing half my chip! Last time I came I ordered a box of 6 chicken nuggets but only 4 were in the box. Honestly I don’t know why I go back!

This is not a large McDonald's but has a few seats but can imagine it gets full up at peak time, they have colouring in drawings for children & plenty of child style plastic seating. They do table service here and each time I have consumed food here it has been good. Always clean & plenty of condiments to help yourself to. There is pedestrian crossing & an automatic door entry so is ideal for disabled people also. Overall very happy with my visits to this establishment which has been a few times.

Don’t order online. Always foods missing in the sealed bags and when you call them, they say contact Uber eats !! even though we order our foods through McDelivery. I mean they didn’t put foods in our bags. Foods always average. Seems like Staff can’t be bothered or not trained properly.disappointed.

First time I reviewed this restaurant was in Feb 23. I gave it 5/5 and an excellent review. However, I returned yesterday and things have gone downhill fast. My order took forever and then was incorrect when I got it to the car. The manager couldn't have cared less when I complained. It was a disaster. I can't recommend this branch.

Ordered a big tasty with out tomatoes! But got a cold burger with tomatoes!! When we picked up order we were missing a cheese burger! All cold and been sitting around a while!

If you like lukewarm chewy fries this is the place. Third visit recently this has happened, not a one-off mistake so won't be going back again. Burger was OK though.Young drive-in staff are very smart and well-spoken, shame about the food letting them down.

Must be one of the worst McDonalds in the country. NEVER anyone paying attention to the front shop. Don't think I have ever had an order that has been correct yet. Only saving grace is the chap mopping the floors and keeping front of house tidy (didn't note his name), but he noticed no one was paying attention at the tills and came to assist.

Visited today with our two 3yr old granddaughters on our way to a holiday by the sea. A McDonald's is always a first treat and this one didn't disappoint. A lovely lady called Louise went out of her way to make sure the girls had drawing paper and crayons and generally helped us to clear up their mess. Such a nice lady was how my youngest granddaughter described her.

I've had a few takeaways from this McDonalds now and the food was usually good. The burgers were freshly cooked and are some of the better McDonalds burgers I've had. The McNuggets were always crispy, golden and tender. The fries can sometimes be a bit soggy, limp and greasy, but other times they were hot, salty and crunchy. The food was as expected from a McDonalds, but nothing to write home about. The one food item we consistently have issues with is the milkshakes, everything tastes like Banana! Chocolate milkshake = 🍌, Vanilla milkshake = 🍌, Strawberry milkshake = 🍌. Avoid the milkshakes, unless its banana! The service, however, was what let this restaurant down. There was usually a long wait if I went inside the restaurant (15-30 minutes in the past) and the order screen was always moving slowly - when it was actually correct. The orders randomly become "collected" and then appear 5 minutes later bearing no resemblance to whats on the screen. I would guess this is because of the drive-thru taking priority, but as there's always a massive queue for that too, I can't be sure. I have to double check my orders now after they had missed items multiple times. The McDelivery area was also very small, only covering the immediate area and not the whole of Stowmarket. I felt like they did not care about their customers or their quality. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quick and easy meal, but don't expect too much from the service.

We waited for over half an hour for a small order: an egg and cheese mcmuffin, two hash browns, a cappuccino and a diet coke. They were slow bringing everyone’s orders out and i only got mine because I asked them to hurry up.

I think there needs to be either more employees or better management of the current staff, they always seem awfully busy and as a result don't fulfill orders correctly. They seem nice enough but there is definitely a slight accuracy/efficiency issue.

I was driving thru and was waiting in one bay while those who were behind me was being served on the other bay Final the man decided to take my order when I asked him why was it that others who were after me were served he was silent for a moment and asked me SO NIW WHAT DO YOU WANT No even a soory as an apology Ordered a Large burger meal and an apple pie additional When I rechecked cashier and asked why she was trying to cover him up she was laughing and said only have one head set and the guy was covering his face When I was about to pay there was only tge meal no apple pie and had to request the cashier for it After collecting and having the meal found the fries were all soggy and it was fit even for a pig to consume. The apple pie had a big hole in it all the filling had come out and just crust was there. Horrible horrible service

Decent enough. Place has had a lot of bad press lately. Very long wait for one item on the order because first it wasn't reasldy then they forgot us. The new Christmas pies will melt your face, be warned

I used the drive through once, when I was told to move up quicker in the drive through... as he was being timed to serve the next customer, but there was nowhere I could move to as car infront! Every time going in has been A long wait for fast food, staff shouting in the back. Cold fries that I asked to be replaced. Nice friendly male member of staff cleaning the floors and tables though.

Dropped in to grab something after a day out before going back to our hotel. Service was so slow waiting for parts of the order that food was cold once back at the car. If your going to have all these options to order food you need to have the staff to deliver it staff spread to thin.

Ordered via app and collected at the drive through. I was asked to park up and food will be brough out. Whilst parked the customer before me was brought out their food to which I overheard that they had extra items that they didn't order. The member of staff told them to just take it free of charge. When my order was brought to me it was missing fries and drinks and the food we did have was cold. Went inside to get the missing items to find no one on the tills. Multiple members of staff walked passed but not one tended to any of the waiting customers. Other customers waiting were also missing items from their orders. To get served I had to interrupt a conversation between 2 members of staff to which one didn't seem please about. Very poor service.
