Food is cold 90% of the time and they prioritise food delivery services over walk in customer's, 6 months on and still no change

I am sick to death of ordering large meals from this place and receiving small fries in a large box. This happens everytime you order through uber eats. You really do need to be training staff on what quantity is!

Not often an order goes right here but there's an added element of a problem, using delivery drivers. There appears to be a common theme of delivered products going missing. Can you start labelling the bags as 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3. This way you can prevent drivers from potentially taking items?

Dont know who they are employing here but seems they cannot read. 2 times in a row now they have sent a complete different order yet have the correct receipt taped to the bag. Never going here again. Shocking service constantly as a few friends have had the same issue at this place. Might be doing it as a laugh.

It's unbelievable how much this branch messes up orders! This is my nearest one so I try give them extra chances every now and then but every single time I go there is something missing from my order. Not too long back ordered a chicken nugget happy meal...got home no chicken nuggets! Plenty of times I've ordered a plain cheeseburger and got everything on it! I even got a cheeseburger with no cheese one time!!! Today I went for some breakfast ordered pancakes with syrup....got home no syrup! I mean come on It's not exactly hard reading off a list of what to put in a bag? Will be going to park 66 branch from now on as I've never had anything missing from my order there so it obviously can be achieved! I'd give this one a miss if I we're you

I walk in and straight away get thrown out by sucurity just for being a child. I have never done anything wrong in the past. Smoked vaped caused a mess etc in mcdonalds and i tell them that. They tell the cashiers not to let me order food for no reason, when I’m starving aswell. I have never caused any harm In McDonald’s but it’s because i’m a child? I just want to buy something to eat in peace. GET THE GUARDS GONE!!! IM BEGGING YOU PLEASE!!!!!! ITS MCDONALDS NOT A CLUB???? WHY ARE GUARDS IN MCDONALDS?? PLEASEEEEE!!!

Ordered through the app for delivery and, as usual, items were missing only this time it was most of the order. I wish I could give zero stars. If you want a reliable delivery avoid Mcdonalds Middleton like the plague.

Staff not very friendly and I felt very intimidated with all the men hanging around for just eat. They put there dirty bags on the tables and customers have to eat off them! It's not a pleasant experience anymore and I will definitely not be going back there.

Ordered online over £40 for my daughters birthday. Selected priority. Not only has the deliver taken 1hr, the order was tiny and not correct. The driver has gone back. I've got hungry children and now expecting cold food.

Ordered 3 happy meals and 3 ketchup dips for kids and only 2 happy meals arrived and no ketchup at all. I mean is it really so hard to count to three? Also my cheese burger was cold and fries used to be the best at McDonald's, now they look and taste like some leftovers.

I got served super fast I didn't have to wait long for my ticket number to be called, lovely staff nice atmosphere would definitely go again.

Ordered a big tasty with bacon and a latte,the big tasty came without a burger and the latte was only half filled.I should have walked away when I noticed two security guards at the door.thankfully the only adult on duty sorted the problem but I wasn’t offered any apologies…avoid this place at all cost please

Absolutely disgusting service I order from them through Uber and found hair on my sausage and egg McMuffin called store rubbish service giving me excuses after excuses and telling me I’m unfair for saying it’s disgusting correction” it’s unfair for me to find hair on my burger thank you very much honey” vile customer service will not be ordering from them for the foreseeable £8 down and I wasn’t eligible for refund lol the drain absolute joke

Usually oder take out as every time I go inside there are lots of kids that are causing trouble. Food is generally nice! But I would recommend ordering online.

i wish i could rate this place lower, or at least took notice of the 3.4 rating on here, and the 2.8/5 stars on just eat. 😂 big order that faced constant delays, and then arrived 45 mins later initially told. 3 burgers were in the order, 2 of which were requested completely plain, and both plain burgers had an extra patty selected. burgers showed up without the extra patties, and covered in all the trimmings, and the labels provided on the burger boxes didn’t match the justeat order. low IQ, troglodyte useless staff. If you can’t get a basic fast food order right you’re no good anywhere.

Awful place to order from no point because they never ever put your meal in, multiple times ordering and they just constantly get it wrong people can’t even read a ticket properly, even do there job properly, people that do get there meal it’s cold, drinks r spilt all in the bag you order a 20 nugget meal get option for sauces and never receive them, try n phone up n they couldn’t care less and that’s if you get through

Mixed up food order, Missing food, not first time, usually for deliveries. Does not offer refunds, pain / hard to contact. Stopping ordering from McDonald's, and advising friends to do the same.

This macdonlds is absolutely wonderful! The food is always hot and tasty. And the service is impeccable the staff know what there doing and are so kind. The atmosphere is great everyone is nice and having a good time eating!

Food is fairly ok for standard Mcdonalds. However I find the seating are pretty dirty and messy. The atmosphereis a bit too noisy for my liking.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! They firstly sent me burgers with NO MEAT ON!! To make it worse I rang the store and someone answered and it was apparently another customer trying to ring a taxi! I said hello and they put the phone down!!! I've been ringing since and ANO ONE HAS ANSWERED. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD. AWFUL I'D AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

Food is NEVER hot. Always missing something. Staff can't be arsed. The orders are ALWAYS wrong. Ran by 16 year olds

Pointless visit as ordered using at table service, waited over 20 minutes for food meaning we were late for a birthday party. Had to go over twice to find out when food would be ready and ended up collecting it. Kids said Mcflurry was horrible tasting so didn't eat it. Didn't get any apology from the management about wait time as too busy with deliveroo orders... Note for Mcdonalds - you need to make a decision on what's more important; customers instore or delivery as I've been to countless stores and always same issue now with endless lines of delivery drivers waiting for food and lots of upset customers in restaurants waiting for food. Pretty obvious you can do both. I remember it neing fast food, the service is getting slower every month.

Always busy and waiting times are sometimes long with all the delivery drivers. However the girl serving today was fantastic. I overheard another member of staff calling her Beth. Quite a young member of the team. Smiling at all the customers. Apologising for wait times. She was exceptionally good at her job. Macdonalds are very lucky to have such a fantastic employee.

Don't come on a morning. 12 minute wait for breakfast. Delivery drivers take priority over people in restaurant. They need to get a grip of this. It would be quicker to order delivery and have it delivered to your table by the delivery drivers.

Shocking branch Middleton . Happy meal with plain burger order nothing but bun and burger no relish etc at all asked if this was noted yes and it was but taken back 3rd time got it right disappointed child and hungry . Loves an occasional eat in McDonalds treat . I have noted that the take away deliveries by just eat etc are in and out sit inside and u wait ages . Not good enough at all and not even given a little freebie to compensate 2nd time the chips were missing member of staff checked order and agreed it was on the order to be plain . Rant over. Lunch somewhere else next time !!

Don't normally go to mcdonald's, so thought we'd give it ago, we didn't have a clue what to do with the ordering machine, a member of staff call Ben helped us otherwise we couldn't have eaten in there, you have got an excellent staff worker in Ben he's got excellent customer service you are very lucky to have a very good worker these days well done Ben 👏.

If you want to risk your life, then this is the McDonald's restaurant for you. Greeted by a group of ill mannered children covering there faces with masks. Lovely place.

Yet again poor effort , How hard is it to fill a cardboard box up with fries . Surly you was taught how to do this in your training. Step one: pick up box for the fries in one hand. Step two: with your other hand pick up the utensil that’s designed especially to assist you complete this task . It helps portion control and also makes the fries stand up and look nice. Step three: next when you have completed the first two steps look at it and make sure they are not soggy mushy not even half full. If you are still unsure take the box of fries to your line manager and ask them for assistance. You ripped my 67 year old mother off tonight and I was ashamed to present her with with what you deemed acceptable. I am going to come down there and stand and watch you do peoples fries and if I see you do them wrong I’m going to say nooooooo morrrrrre . Thankyou for reading please do better next time fellas.

Poor upper management. They called me for crew member interview. After interview they showed me around and asked for my Uniform size as well. The next day i got mail of unsuccessful interview. They wasted my time & money by reaching their interview quota.

this maccies always seems to get my order right and they don’t ever forget my sauces! it’s decently clean and the workers are nice even though the customers must drive them insane, only let down is chavvy kids and sometimes my food is a bit cold but overall slay tbf

Horrendously poor all round. Took ages for my food to be ready. 25 mins after ordering it was finally ready. I only live 5 minutes away and when I got the food home it was cold and I was missing items.

It's not the fault of the staff, the way the place is organised absolutely beggars belief. All the food is prepared and pushed into ONE window. It's a food traffic jam. That's why orders take so long and end up cold. It's so bad three of the front of house staff are just waiting around. Bare minimum you need to split the online and in person orders. It shouldn't take 15-50 minutes to get a couple of double cheeseburgers.

Don't waste your time (and money) getting a delivery from moddleton mcdonald's. They carnt even get a simple order right and waited over a hour and a half for the order. Also just over the hour mark we got a phone call to say they didn't have any burgers left for the kids meals. Substituted nuggets instead. Still took over half an hour to get here. Then order was incomplete missing half the orderd food and 2 drinks. Also over charged took x2 total of what it came too.......never again middleton mcdonald's......

Visited on Sunday after a walk around Elk Mill. Requested table service. Lad who served us was polite and professional and couldn't do enough. No name badge so cannot share unfortunately. Wife's burger was very cold. Took to counter and whilst waiting, Chris came over and said he would sort. He did, very quickly and she received a fresh hot burger. Chris also engaged with our children who liked him. Only thing to stop 5 stars was cold burger. Waiting staff were excellent

Very clean and good quick service. Was very surprised for a McDonald's. Nick to see some older staff.

As per usual I decided to give them another chance and order from this branch but they only lived up to my zero expectations. Delivery driver was waiting for the order for at least 20 minutes and then when it arrived it was stone cold. Whoever owns this particular branch should be ashamed of their complete lack of ability to deliver basic standards. They shouldn't be allowed to trade under the MacDonalds trademark
