Awesome spacious rooms with a nice big bathroom & a living room area with a kitchenette as well.... also had an outdoor pool and hot tub with a nice spot to grill & chill. Continental breakfast with everything you could want to eat and it was very good. Nice quiet relaxing atmosphere all around the grounds.

Dryers more than half were broken, and they were extensive dirty, the hallway temp said 77 and it felt like 90. The front desk staff was very nice. The bed was very hard the ac was on 68 and we were hot the entire night. This “oilfield” hotel is ran down with oilfield workers and not maintained. Never again will I stay.

The room did what we needed as far as having a place to rest your head. Positive:The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby and breakfast area was well kept. Nice fire pit outside Negative: Cleanliness is not their strength. - the kitchen had dirty utensils and you can tell the refrigerator was wiped but unfortunately not well. The fridge had crumbs and hair -The bathroom sink didn't drain well -There was dust and fuz on almost every furniture. Especially unpleasant where the bathroom towels are kept since you are planning on putting it on your body. -the base of the bed was dirty in all the rooms - the towels also had hair on it Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast *Lots of room for improvement

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to with all the mixed reviews on here. I an kinda boujie when it comes to where I am staying. All I can say about this place is it was absolutely amazing for the price. The rooms are great beds could be a little softer but that's okay. The staff is very accommodating this was a 2 day stay for my birthday. We came back me and my husband from my birthday day and our whole hallway smelled like cooking oil someone deff burned something. It was very captivating though so we called the front desk and they immediately switched rooms for us so that was awesome. The only thing I would say was not the best was our first room the hot water for a shower wad like barely warm but not cold. The second room the hot water was great. I just wanted people to know that this is a really great place to stay and I was very impressed my husband is in oil field so I come see him and I want to stay here everytime!!!

The hotel bed frame was a cheap metal frame which caused the mattress to easily move instead of staying in place. This hotel advertised itself as upscale but was missing basic things such as a writing pad, pen, do not disturb sign. They missed my wake up call. Luckily, I didn't miss anything. There was no one at the front desk at night or for periods of time during the day.

Suite has a kitchen...we planned to cook in the hotel because it was cheaper...burners didn't work very well. We had to get sponges to wash dishes with...dishwasher was in the room also but again had to get dishwashing detergent...curtains to shower were falling apart...the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work..and was about halfway out of the ceiling just hanging...pool and hot tub were not super clean but tolerable...beds were soft and slept good...could have been better but overall not horrid.

Very much enjoyed the large spacious suite. Quiet and private. Clean and fully equipped kitchen for quick meals in the room. Decent selection of breakfast items.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite. It was nice and spacious and the price per night was great! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in that area.

It was a very enjoyable stay for the most part. Took one star off for the thin walls and the cold coffee at breakfast. The thin walls wouldn’t have bothered me had it not been from the rude couple nearby fighting in the hallways (which is not the hotel’s fault), and I only drink coffee on occasion so I can do without it just fine. The room was very nice and clean. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming.

I like this hotel and the staff. I can tell that they are run by a very professional company who cares about the quality of service and product. A very reasonable rate right now and I enjoy the management. Thank you for a great place to rest my head.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfy and I was overall very satisfied with the Staybridge. Complimentary breakfast was great, they had a good selection and everything was nice and stocked. The room was clean and pretty big even, we also used the pull out couch and it was surprisingly also very comfortable! At the end of our stay, staff thanked us for coming and offered us fresh baked cookies before leaving. 10/10 recommend!

I spent two nights there and from the room to all other services , everything was great. The breakfast fast is diverse and fully available. Moreover , my kids were lucky to get some school supplies from a hosting back to school organized in the hotel property. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who want quality and resonnable price all together. Thanks

The best stay I've had in Midland! Our rooms were great. The Front Desk lady named Dedekota, also a housekeeping lady named Madison they both went above and beyond for our entire family they were kind, helpful, funny and super attentive! Would definitely come back ! They have a social hour it's such a great and unique thing to do first hotel I've known to do that shows they go above and beyond for their guests and the General Manager Michael Porter is just amazing he made sure we knew they were here for us! 10/10 no complaint this hotel is really amazing , professional and well maintained !

Would not recommend unless there was not one single place open for the night. We’ve stayed here for two weeks, checking out in the morning and have been incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. At checking in, front desk agent was polite however did not give us any information of the hotel. Handed us a sheet of paper (picture added) and our hotel keys. Go up to the room, not completely clean but exhausted so we decide to deal with it in the morning. Breakfast area isn’t kept clean, food is awful. Tried everything each morning and could not eat more than a bite or two daily. Ask for more towels since they don’t clean daily, the front desk agent is rude and asked why we would need towels. Each King room is supplied with two towels daily, two people staying in the room means more towels may be needed. Skip to the evening, there is supposed to be “social hours” Mon-Wed 5:30-7:30. Out of our two week stay, the “social” occurred twice. When asked about it, the front desk agent said it wasn’t a thing. At checking, on the key holder states the hours as well as in the actual breakfast area. Did not want to continue arguing, just another thing to not like and not look forward to about this hotel. On our second full day, we ask for housekeeping. I was at the hotel in the room then entire day and no one had ever stopped by. I go to the front desk in the afternoon 5/6 and the agent states that housekeeping stopped by several times during the day and the guest refused servicing. I asked to speak to housekeeping or management to make sure the correct information was being passed along, I was denied. We then set it for the following day, our third full day. Housekeeping comes, the only thing different is that we have new towels. The dirty towels are still on the floor, the bed unmade, sheets not changed, carpet not vacuumed, and trash not thrown. Again, we are upset but it seems like staff do not care so we set the trash and dirty towels into the hallway and deal with a dirty room. We ask for housekeeping again on day 6, which happens to be a Saturday. We are told that they do not do any servicing over the weekends, not even towels. We ask to speak to management again, due to lack of communication within the facility and are again, denied. On our 8th day at the hotel, We ask for housekeeping once more being that it is not Monday. In response they ask us to set a time, we choose 11 so that we can be sure to leave the premises. We come back to the hotel at 12:15 and our room is untouched, still dirty. We wait and see if anyone comes by, by 2pm we are not frustrated and go downstairs to speak with the front desk. We are told that if we stay out of the room, someone can go and clean it now. We decide to leave again and come back at 3:30, once again hoping this was plenty of time. We get into the room and housekeeping hadn’t made the bed, removed any dirty towels, or vacuumed. The only thing that was done, was new towels being placed in the bathroom and kitchen trash being thrown. Frustrated but nothing seems to happen when asking for management. The entire stay, we have had to remove trash from the room and wash our own towels in the laundry faculty because housekeeping does not do their jobs. We have also had quite a dirty shower and floor when arrived and have had no one clean it. We have been out of the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached in the shower. Thankfully, we are able to go to nearby stores and just buy our toiletries. My final straw with housekeeping happened today. We spoke to the front desk agent last night and asked for a full service this morning. We have not had clean sheets or towels from housekeeping in a week. The agent says that we are in the list, no specific time. I have once again, been on premises all day. I have called down twice in which the front desk agent stated that I am supposed to have my room serviced, but unsure of time.

Stayed for two nights. The ac was not working called front desk. They offered a smaller room we didn’t accept so it was just an Im sorry. They were going to look for a fan never heard back from them for hours we woke up at 2 am sweating. My dad had to walk down there and ask for a fan. We asked for some type of refund and to speak to the manager. But manager was conveniently not there we left our name and number and never heard from them. Do not recommend, would give zero stars if possible.

I will definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy. I stayed in the king/studio suite. The room was nice and was immediately welcomed by a gift bag since I am an IHC member. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was really nice minus the dry sausage links. I also went down late to get a drink but there were no cups. I was immediately greeted and asked if I need a drink. I said that I would like a coke zero and without hesitation was given one from the pantry. The customer service between Ari and Roni was spot on. They were positive, friendly and welcoming. Easy access to local and convenient stores. I would recommend this place to stay when visiting Midland TX.
