Wishing some high-end Japanese hotels started to change their outdated mindsets and start admitting foreigners wearing tattoos in the hot spring! It is a shame paying a high amount to stay in this resort and being unable to use the facilities because guests with tattoos are not admitted. In my humble opinion, it would be much better if these rules were - at least - not applied to a foerigner...

Older hotel but nice. Big rooms nice views. Right on a golf course. Outdoor pool but only open in summer. Cool bar on 1f with an àquarium in the middle

I am amazed by the poor behaviour of staff at the front desk (Yuto San). Even the business hotel staff has better manners and a smiling service attitude. The hotel looks grand and the room is beautoful, but all this is nulled by the poor staff behavior. I will strongly request the management staff to invest better in staff politeness training.

The tallest building in Miyazaki that offers wonderful view of the ocean as well as the city proper. Lots of things you can do from golf to jogging to writing a letter and have it delivered to the future. It also has a variety of shops and restaurant from less costly to a fine-dining one. The landscape is also a must-see.

It took very long way (about 200 meters) from the spring entrance to the two changing rooms / springs. Be careful of getting cold along the way. The toilet room inside the guest room seemed to be remodeled that was large and not old. The guest room was large too. Beds were comfort and the sea view by the buffet resturant was excellent.

Big lovely hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious! The view to the sea is gorgeous especially walking up! The onsen is in another area, is walking distance but is beautiful. The pool area is very relaxing!

Still looking luxurious (so, a phoenix). But if you do not have transportation, do not go. Taxi fare from Miyazaki Stn. is about 2,400 yens. Bus service is very limited. It looks like an aging white elephant. I have no idea what other facilities, except the hotel and a pricey restaurant, can offer to the visitor.

Amazing 5 star hotel, with a huge buffet, including japanese and western style dishes. The onsen (japanese hotspring) was amazing, had a sauna, an iron rich and magnesium rich pool an open air view of a lake and great skim care products that you can use for free. The hotel also offers Yukata rental, has a cosy cafe and facilitates other activities such as horse riding and biking

Rooms are somewhat dated,,, but spacious. Also, slightly located outside the city center, which makes it difficult to get around..
