What can I say apart from 5/5. This pub had it all. The food exceptional, the service was great and very accommodating for us 'out-of- towners' with no booking to rival the clearly local favourite, and what a local to have! Very spacious, well decorated and a very cosy pub with a couple of fireplaces and a big outdoor area. Definitely make a detour on your trip to include this place for either lunch or dinner!

I went for Christmas meal here with my friends. Variety of options on the menu and a good selection of drinks. We went for lunch and stayed the whole day. Staff gave us a great experience.

Very clean place with a good choice on the menu for a reasonable price. Good portions sizes and good choice of beer and wine on the menu. Staff friendly and attentive. It in a good plaice 10 mins from Gatwick and on a quiet stretch of road in the countryside. Will be back next time we visit the uk.

My friend took me here as somebody recommended it to him. Its definitely unique and a truly charming place to visit. The pub stand next to an intersection so its seems it's busy non stop. The staff was lovely and bubbly . Amazing food!!!!!! Best beef I had in ages .. yuuuummm.. will definitely come back in the summer .

Super place for food and a chill out. Popped in today for birthday lunch. Great menu, great polite and tentative service. Definitely go again. Would recommend this pub highly.

Fabulous place. Been there numerous times and throughout the year. Food, service and ambience is always excellent. This time round, we received a very generous 50% off our food bill! How phenomenal. Thank you so much!!

The Fox is such a lovely pub tucked away from hustle and bustle. Inside it is tastefully decorated and boasts plenty of seating for those wanting to dine in the restaurant area or for those wanting some pub grub or drinks in the bar area. The staff are super friendly, attentive and give great customer service. They have a pleasant beer garden with benches and an added canopy for those who want a bit of cover from the sun. Sunday roasts here are delicious and worth the money. The dessert options too are hard to pick from as they all sound very good. I would highly recommend coming here in all seasons.

The Fox Revived is a quaint little pub with a fireplace and logs of wood on hand to help yourself. The sausages that I had were lovely and the mash and cabbage nice as well! The gravy over the top tasted homemade and made it special. You need a car to get there but I walked it from Horley! Got an Uber back though because a night it's a little scary with cars zooming by with no pavement/sidewalk. For the holidays it's a nice treat! You can easily treat it as an everyday pub as it has plenty on the menu....

Had a lovely evening in the fox with a couple of friends. We were seated next to a party of people who were loud and were offered to change our seats but we stayed where we were ( just the fact it was offered was great) Atmosphere is always friendly, proper “pub” atmosphere. No faults in the food or service. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn’t realise the time. The pork belly was delicious Definitely returning!

Came on Sunday for a roast. Loved the squid starter and followed with the beef and pork roast. Would say a few more green veg would be appreciated as quite root veg heavy, but all very nice including the cauliflower cheese we had. Service was quite rushed and average, no chat or welcoming vibe, was busy though so we just took it as he'd had a long day! Overall, for our first visit we were impressed and will be back again

Beautiful food, I can honestly recommend sunday roast, with fair portion of food, and meat cooked to perfection. Wide selection of beverages, polite and attentive staff only makes it one of a kind experience. Cherry on top for us is the little game cupboard, especially the set of chess, which we use to kill the time while waiting for our order, even our 8 year old prefer it over staring into the screen. Win win for everyone. Couldn't recommend enough.

Great food and good choice on menu. Very busy so you need to book, even weekday lunchtime. Interesting choice of specialist gins but I had a glass of wine this time. £7.50 but that's probably standard price for a large glass now. Very friendly staff and enough parking available. Meal for two with drinks, no starter or pudding £45

As usual the food is superb, staff very professional & welcoming. You can't fault the wide selection of beer, wines and gins. We love visiting The Fox Revived whether for a light lunch or family celebration. As usual the food is superb, staff very professional & welcoming. Beautiful place, clearly had a lot of money spent on the decor, just a shame the staff are hard to spot by their casual wear, although very lovely manners jeans/dirty trainers and baggy cardigans didn't really match the place. The menu has a lot of options but on the over priced side. There are cheaper and better quality pubs locally.

A very decent country pub between Dorking and Charlwood. Always busy, always good service and always somewhere to sit. Has a huge garden for the summer. Not eaten here but have seen the food come out and looks of a great quality.

My family and I joined the Fox Revived for Christmas Day this year. I can safely say it was the best Christmas meal out we’ve ever had. The staff, the setting & the food were all 10/10. Thank you to all the staff who took time out of their own festive celebrations to make ours special. Highly recommended for Christmas (and regular dining too)!

Thank you so much for a really lovely evening. It was a great opportunity for us to catch up with an old friend who was in the UK for two days. I have to say you did not let us down. Your team have worked tirelessly to create an amazing menu and the quality of the food was exceptional. The staff were all very, positive, friendly and helpful which created a great ambience. Everything about our evening in the Fox Revived was perfect. Thank you very very much, we are already looking forward to our next meal with you.

Had Boxing Day lunch with family which was excellent all round, quickly served and piping hot. The Christmas pudding was the best I have tasted for years. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Everyone really enjoyed it. Will definitely book again for next Christmas and hope to visit sooner than that!

Had lunch 29th Dec 2022. Two of us had fish and chips. Other two had hamburger fries. All the food was hot and good. The service was good even with being busy. Can’t wait to go back next year when back.

WOW! Where to start! Very warm and genuinely friendly welcome. We had booked a table for just the 2 of us on the terrace which is a very pretty little area bedecked with lights. Food arrived promptly and was absolutely first class. Beautifully presented and on the rather generous side! Incredibly tasty. The waiting-on staff were all very attentive without hovering over us. They were also very accommodating when I (awkward as I am) wanted to slightly alter a pudding. I really cannot recommend The Fox Revived highly enough. It simply ticks every box and I cannot wait to take friends there and share the experience.

Great food and impeccable service as always. Consistently great servers who are pleasant, courteous and attentive. Only constructive thing I would say is that the vouchers they give (6 tickets needed) don't really cover any adult mains as the limit they can be redeemed on is a value of up to £12. Regardless, one of my favourite pubs (and I'm a real foodie).

Very nice pub/restaurant near Gatwick Airport. Pricey menu but the food couldn't be faulted

Evening meal with colleagues. Beer selection good, well-kept. Service was slow - staff seemed stretched. Starter - crispy beef: tasty but dry Main - fish & chips: good flavour and decent portion, nicely-cooked Dessert: chocolate and orange tart. Was not expecting much as this is a vegan dish but it was superb. Easy parking and comfortable pleasant feel to the place.

Just popped in for a quick pint on my way home taking a 5 mile detour to visit one of my favourite pub/restaurants. Great beer selection as always. The local Dorking ale was top quality.

Was just driving past on way home from work on whilst the sun was shining and was tempted by the beautiful beer garden! Enjoyed a lovely salmon dinner and cider. Perfect!
