Server was Andrea H. Despite being very busy, all the staff were helpful, efficient, friendly, and the food was hot and fresh ❤️ and the restaurant was kept clean. Definitely recommend!!!!

Our server and trainee were wonderful. The flatware was dirty. We ordered an app that had boneless wings...raw. My burger came undercooked, even when I specifically ordered it well...well...wellllll done. My husband ordered his medium well....and his was well...well...well done.

I really like eating at Denny's, but I have to say, out of all the locations in madison and that I've been to In general, this is my least favorite location. The people are nice enough, but they either seek rushed or like they really don't want to be there. I'm also not the happiest about Denny's taking so many items off their menu. The vegetable measly was on the menu and they still didn't have that.

We stopped in for a late lunch after my wife's appointment. Dennys servers good American food. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was very tasty. The crust on the chicken breast was crunchy and a golden brown. The American fried potatoes were deep fried, and nicely done. The herbal corn was lacking in my opinion.

The manager was truly amazing and kind. A server there was very kind as well and helped me throughout the whole Togo order for me. I then realized I left my debit card at home and only had some cash. He gave a discount and took the cash I had and gave me warm wishes. ☺️ I appreciate the little things in life and people who can help when they need it most. The food was delicious and not a long wait at all. I recommend this location so you can experience the best service! Thank you again!

I’ve been coming here for 15 years!! I’ve been to the multiple locations in Madison and surrounding areas and this location in Monona is my favorite by far. Staff is super friendly, fast and accurate. If at any point they do make a mistake or forget something, they are quick to fix! Noel Tagura, the general manager, is amazing especially and really takes his position seriously. The food is delicious and fair for the price. I’ve only done take out a couple times and wasn’t a fan just because everything gets too steamy and I prefer to just dine in for my meal, but the food is still good. I don’t think I’ve ever done delivery but I prefer to dine in for the atmosphere. Noel has been here since I was a teenager to, now, a mom of two and I’ve always been treated like family. 10/10 recommend.
