Great experience both ways and a must for Jamaica. Glad I read the reviews about how busy the immigration area is. Greeter met us off the plane and took us straight through security/immigration. Felt like proper VIPs whisked passed the massive queues. Luggage took a while to come through so we didn't get much time in the arrivals lounge. Managed to have our first (of many) rum punches and a sandwich while our greeter went to find our coach transfer. My only niggle was the greeter, she wasn't particularly friendly and didn't engage in any real conversation with us. The departure experience was fantastic. Once we'd checked in our suitcases it was straight through with fast track security, a quick look at duty free and other vendors before heading to the lounge. We were shown to a table, drinks order taken and helped ourselves to the hot buffet. Jamaican patties, spicy wedges, fried chicken, pasta. There were also a variety of sandwiches and fruit as well as tea and coffee. After eating, we settled in a quiet lounge area with more drinks until our flight was called around 90 minutes later.

I got to experience Club Mobay Departure since it was included in Costco Travel package. It was a great experience! We always have to go the airport early (3hrs ahead of your flights). So, most of the time, we spent too much time around the gift shops or laying around the waiting benches. This Club solved that boredom. After checking in with your airline, you will approach that Club Mobay counter to get the ticket to get in, then go through airport security at a different line (shorter line). Then, you will go to the lounge. Inside the lounge, you get finger food, salad, drinks, WiFi access, bathrooms (separate from outside). The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. Save some money to tip them. Note: there was a bathroom attendant in each bathroom so make sure to save some singles to tip them as well. They all are very pleasant and not demanding. You can leave your carry-on luggage at the entrance and collect them upon leaving. Food quality is good and drinks are seriously not water down! Very pleasant! I don’t know if I would use it on arrival since we went through custom and immigration without issues. Thinking that it makes more sense for departure because of the long wait.

First time checking out an airport lounge using my Priority Pass so I may not have a reference point. But everything from beginning to end was great. Staff was attentive and food/drinks came promptly (less than 10 mins). Lots of seating with good runway view. Got nothing to complain about. It’s a must if you have a long wait for your international flight.

Great experience upon arrival and at departure! Warm welcome upon arrival at the airport. Escorted us through customs and baggage check. Stayed with us the entire time until our ride arrived! We were able to order rum punch and a sandwich to take with us on our 1-1/2 hour ride to South Coast. Departure was just as nice. After signing in, we were able to go through security at a fast pace. Our 3 hour wait in the lounge was so comfortable. Two rum punches, served in tall glasses, and a light lunch along with friendly conversation made the time pass quickly . Definitely worth the cost! Would do it again!

We used Club Mobay in November upon arrival and departure. Loved the service when arriving. We had an attendant waiting for us who quickly escorted us through the airport and to the lounge for rum punch- great service in the arrival lounge. When we departed we also were able to save time by avoiding some lines. However, the departure lounge was a disappointment. Bad service and had to wait over 30 minutes for service. Long wait to receive beef patties and drinks. The lounge was large and clean, bathrooms as well and I liked that we were able to store our luggage as we sat in the lounge.

I would highly recommend the Club Mobay experience for both arrival and departure. The entry to Jamaica at this airport without it can be very time consuming. Based on the extra time and process to travel lately, the investment is well worth it. The shops here are great and lots to do while you wait to board to go home. Very modern airport.

There is no vacation in Jamaica without the mobay lounge ... the first & last thing we see. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Zooming through long lines it's great. Welcome & goodbye rum punch are yummy, food is decent too. For us is worth every penny!!!

Checkin is FAST. Greeting is EXCELLENT. Then nothing else is enjoyable. The service is way below average. First, there is NO self service AT ALL. You can’t even walk in and use your Priority Pass just to walk in grab a fruit and go. They have sandwiches “on display” in your face and big signs saying DO NOT SELF SERVE. However, after 7 minutes of just sitting there and the host for the 4th time telling you that your server will be right you, you gotta make a decision. Leave and pay for something in the terminal if you want it fast or stay and wait because you’ll be there a while. The menu looked phenomenal but you can’t SEE the food and you won’t know what you like nor what you enjoy prior to sitting first, then waiting for a server, then ordering, then waiting on your food to arrive then tasting it to decide if you want to repeat that entire process if you aren’t pleased with what you waited for the first time. No clue why they aren’t buffet style or at least have a few grab n go items so you can sit relax a few minutes and get out. Even with two hours prior to my flight, I don’t want to wait and take up space when I should be able to get in and get out and give up my seat. The COVID excuse is over. They’re already not wearing masks and the customers are already accepting the risks so this location and their process is nonsensical

Not a bad airport lounge, seem to have a couple different sitting areas depending on your pass. We used our dragon passes again and it caused some confusion. Once sorted we where directed down stairs, even though there was a lounge on the ground floor. Food and drink was by table service, waiting staff where pleasant and food was pretty good.

This is the one thing one must do for departure from Montego Bay Sangster airport. Expedited security and customs. Good place to chill with a drink and light meal. Well worth the money.

Such a cool, nice place to spend a layover in. With snacks and a bar what else can you ask for?! They offer spa services too for an extra fee!! Plenty of seats and room to move about while waiting for your flight.

A lot of drink options but not enough food variety. It would have been nice if they had jerk chicken. Overall lovely place that’s very big with enough room for ppl to spread out. A lot of beef Patties at all times. They do offee vegetarian Pattie’s as well. There’s even a play area to keep the little ones occupied.

I love Club Mobay! The fast track through customs and immigration is awesome upon arrival. The atmosphere, food, drinks and service in the updated Club Mobay lounge for departing flights makes the wait at the airport in Jamaica so much nicer! Ricky, the bartender I had this time at Club Mobay was so friendly, entertaining and gave me great Jamaican service!

Supposed to be all inclusive, however staff ignore you after your first order and act really begrudgingly when you order more. The waitress looked really annoyed when I ordered my my 3rd drink ( after 2 very small beers ). The food portions are also very very small so make sure you order plenty at the time of ordering.

Business Lounge at the Montego Bay Airport. You have to cancel the word “business”. Of course, you can wait here and bridge the time to your flight, that’s the reason for a lounge. But the people in here, act like it’s their home and nobody says something. Feet’s on the table and seat possibilities. Next to the music in the lounge you can listen to everyone’s music on their own devices. There are 2 levels and in the basement you also find a shower. When is was there, it was very dirty in the lounge. Enough staff is there. Some have been very nice. Others just not. I ordered a drink with a nice waitress at the lounge bar, when another guy from the staff interrupted and told me to change my face impression. Customer friendliness as it best! If you like to get a small treatment before flight, there is a possibility in the lounge. Food and snacks have been okay.

I definitely enjoyed this VIP access whole waiting for our flight. To be able to relax in a comfortable setting while watching tv, with food and drinks. You can also get a massage if you so please. The waiters are very attentive to your needs too.

This seemed like a good idea and our resort offered it to us. The airport terminal was very busy so we were hoping for a little relief in the club but not so. It was just as busy inside and service was slow. As we were checking in, another couple were trying but they found out they only booked the club for their arrival and not departure. So be aware. Me personally I want to get to the resort on arrival and out of the airport. It is a little relief on departure but next time we will just find a restaurant and have a drink or two for a bit less.

Today I used this called company in Jamaica, extremely disappointed by lousy service, rude and unprofessional employees. The only thing they know is to register with them and then who care. It cost me $30.00 for a $5.00 sandwich and a drink. 1) Internet very bad connection 2) Fast service was only 57 seconds different

Highly recommend. We did it upon departure but it worked out perfectly. We were able to have breakfast and beverages and even got to take water and some patties to go for the plane. WIFI was fast and didn't drop once. It was a fantastic and relaxing way to end a trip before heading home. Would definitely utilize it again.

Excellent option and worth the cost. I think this model of having the fast security line included with the club is genius. It's one of the best services clubs I have been to. Drinks are on point, food is probably 50/50. Some good items but nothing that will blow you away. Still a great option at MBJ and would do it again. Book online ahead of arrival and save $5.

Great initial welcome and seating. Our waitress brought us a menu and served us our chosen tapas of food and drinks within 20 minutes. Once the menu was taken away we were ignored, despite trying to flag them down. We weren't the only ones who were treated like this. The bartender was great and very helpful. The washrooms were impeccable as all surfaces including the stalls were cleaned down in between uses.

I like the club better when I am departing than arriving. Even in both ways the people who work on Mobay airport lounge are helpful and friendly. The food it’s delicious and the club it’s clean.

Getting the VIP tickets did shorten my line through security. The lounge has a good vibe. There are plenty of chairs, places to charge your phone, free wifi, free snacks and drinks. You can sit here until you here the call for your plane boarding

Absolutely worth the $80. Forget about the great food and open bar, the lung by pass alone is worth the money.

I am torn writing this. I want to praise the great service and value but I don't want it to become too popular :) We booked entry and exit for both of us and the service on both ends was wonderful. Zipping through the customs lines was great and the value at the Club Mobay lounge on the exit was fantastic. The cost of the passes was essentially covered by the food and drinks we got there. Our server was wonderful. I am so sorry I forgot her name as I wanted to give her a shout out. Anyway, if you are travelling to Jamaica and value time and comfort, Club Mobay is the way to go.

Nice experience in a very busy airport. I enjoyed the ability to get out of the crowd, read and relax while I waited for my flight. The drink service was good but the food options could have been better. I enjoyed a quick massage before needing to board my flight. Overall I would utilize the lounge again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the best thing to get when you travel to Jamaica they will walk you through the long lines. Wait with you to get luggage and go through customs. You get to sit in their waiting area they will give you snack, drinks while you wait on your transportation to hotel/resort.

Near Gate 12 on airside. Easily accessible since the airport is small. The staff is very courteous. Service is great. Not crowded on a Sunday noon when I visited. The foods are better than most domestic American lounges. Seating comfortable. Great place to relax while waiting to board.

We could access club Mobay using our priority pass. The lounge is a great place to get some refreshments before catching the flight. It has a playroom for toddlers and a gaming room for older children. The food was basic but I loved the curry goat and chicken empanadas. There were sandwiches, salad, pasta. The bar served all sorts of drinks in additional to water , juices & soft drinks. Our server was very nice. Overall we had a good time at this lounge.

My girlfriend and I flew in from different places for a friend's wedding. While I wasn't thrilled about hanging out in an airport lounge for 2hrs while I awaited her flight, it turned out to be a great intro to Jamaican hospitality. Hernando greeted me as I walked through the door, showed me to a comfortable table and promptly reappeared with cold Red Stripe. The service was spectacular and the time passed quickly. He even provided a rum punch to go for my girlfriend. I hope this is an indicator of the weekend to come in Jamaica!

It was a great experience. The VIP express security line was great for our family. Then the lounge with TVs offered a chill place with food, drink, and a place for the kids to unwind. It came included with our Costco booking. We will use it again on our next visit. Irie!

This is worth every penny to skip the line for immigration AND have a nice place to sit at departure. Wide variety of prepackaged and prepared foods, beverages, and wifi, all included. The bathrooms are cleaner than the rest of the airport.

It always pays to book ahead, you'll get a better price. Usually I'd say 5* but the self service has been shelved for table service during COVID restrictions... They don't really have the staff to keep up and service can be slow.

This is my 5th time I personally used Club MoBay on (typically I do the Bundle Service). We had a group of 18 of us this last trip. A lot of flights due to delays arrived at the same time. Had we not had Club MoBay we would have waited over 2 - 3 hours in line waiting to clear customs. It took us about 30 minutes total from exiting the plane to leaving the airport. The staff is always very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this service and everyone in our group said it was the best purchase they made.

We have use Club Mo Bay for arriving and departing Jamaica, it has always been top notch, even during COVID. Waited on immediately, drinks, food and AC. They escort you thru customs and escort you to your transport to the resort. I will use this service every time!

After a long journey, the Arrivals lounge at Club MoBay was a welcome respite! The rum punch was excellent! Jennmovie greeted us at the entrance and took wonderful care of us. She even facilitated the ride we had arranged with Amstar to our resort. Excellent!

There is an arrivals & departures service offered but we only took advantage of the departures service. We booked it via Sandals South coast resort at a cost of 60USD for a couple. There is a desk just before immigration which directs you to the fastpath immigration and security, included in the club pass, all very efficient and swift. The lounge is on the first floor and has a modest number of comfortable seats (so best to book as it has limited capacity), plus some stools at the bar. Drinks are waiter served and included in the price (including alcoholic drinks). Food (also included) is a small buffet selection self serviced, as is the coffee. The place is very relaxed and clean, a very pleasant way the end a holiday whilst waiting for your flight.

The food here is not bad better than what they offer at a United lounge. Complimentary cocktails and excellent service. Arrive mid morning if you want a quiet relaxing time. Around noon it gets really busy with families traveling home . Lots of kids . Guess there’s a reason why there’s a playground in the lounge . Best time to go is open to noon.

I booked club Mobay‘s departure service because I’ve wanted to work and needed power. Well what should I say? extremly friendly and helpful staff, good drinks (loved the gin tonic), food coffee, very fast wifi and a comfortable area to sit. Also the toilet was very clean. The food was pretty good, especially the deserts (the red velvet cake was so fruity and the rum cake delicious and moist). The Pattie’s were good as well. The pasta wasn’t good (lacked of salt) and the sandwich’s raider boring as well. All in all it’s definitely worth the money.

While waiting on a flight at Club Mobay in Sangster International Airport, we were taken care of by the most amazing group of employees, especially Christine. She was attentive, friendly and went out of her way to get us a non alcoholic version of their "Bob Marley" cocktail. She is an asset to this team. We ate lunch and drank before we boarded our plane home to Toronto. We were a large wedding party and they were great. The service food and drink... so good! Sad to leave J.A but the memories of places like these make the trip worth every penny. Def pay the extra to have these privileges before you fly home. So worth it.

Club Mobay changed. It was hot they day I was there. The air conditioning was not working. I was able to move in another area where it was a bit more comfortable. Before they served you your food. Now you have to leave your things and get your own food. I like being served. A bit more sanitary. The food options can be better also. Nothing was tasty but my drink.

We learned about Club Mobay 60 days before our trip. Our arrival date was not available but we did purchase for our departure. We were happy to get in the very short security line and we sat in the lounge right near our exit for about 2 hours before our flight. There were a lot of friendly staff. We had 2 cocktails each and nibbled from the hot and cold bar. And took two small bottles of water for our flight which was appreciated as our flight had no drink service due to turbulence. We definitely think it is worth it and highly recommend to anyone visiting Jamaica.

Club Mobay is located within Montego Bay international airport, airport is known as Sangster International Airport. Club Mobay is the go to airport lounge when flying out of Montego Bay, you come to check in desk and depending which flight you flying with you will be directed to one of three inner lounges. The lounge incorporates sandwiches, snacks, soup, patties, all the food is prepared in house and served hot or cold, there is a bar which will dispense all range from soft drinks up to runs, whiskey etc you will not be disappointed. There is ample seating, within a spacious area with numerous tv around, airplane departures boarding information is displayed but as a bonus a vocal announcement is regularly alerted, so you don’t miss your flight. The ambiance and comfortable setting will make you want to arrive earlier to immerse yourself in this dynamic gorgeous atmosphere, it is enhanced by the pictures photos of Jamaican life which can be bought as prints, there is an abundance of historical information abound also, this is definitely a lounge which is worth coming to

I truly wish whoever does the training of the team at Club Mobay, could train all businesses that offer customers service. I would always chose Club mobay when traveling. Checking in 3 hours before your flight and waiting is never something I’m signing up for. However, I’d recommend doing it in comfort. This visit was definitely note worthy. It was my 1st time flying again since Covid and with the kids. The play area was sanitized before they entered and after other kids left. (Shout out to the wonderful lady). 2 managers would walk and checked on everyone wearing mask and social distancing. Even the bathroom attendant was pleasant. Most importantly my visit wouldn’t have been note worthy without my server (is his name Lamar I can’t remember 🤦🏾‍♀️) he was amazing, charismatic, professional and he never missed a beat. We sat across from the bar so I could be able to see the kids in the play area. Would recommend club mobay to everyone who visits especially when traveling with kids, and I’ll be using them returning.

My Mom and I were greated at the end of the ramp with a smile. Something always nice. The lines for passport control were horrible. The mobay line took us about 8 minutes. The representative then took us to get our luggage which he took care of getting to the Mobay lounge. He was wonderful...he got us to our private transport to the excellence at oyster bay. It was also very nice that the Mobay lounge had it's own bathroom. .. we are also doing the return trip with Mobay and would NEVER choose to do this without Mobay. We purchased the arrival and departure package from Club Mobay! The arrival package expedited our trip through customs significantly. It was great to breeze past other travelers. We enjoyed lots of rum punch and yummy food before we boarded our flight home.

Overall, this was the best thing we could have added on to our trip! We were met with our representative upon arrival who was so great! She made great conversation with us and guided us through ever step. Once we made it to the lounge we asked how long we would have been waiting in line and she mentioned it would have been about 4 hours - we were in and out within 10 minutes. It may not be worth it during “off season” but since we were going to Jamaica during spring break it was the best thing we could have done!

Excellent service. The line-up was very long to get through customs but our representative, Sherieka was extremely professional and very efficient. We bypassed the line-up and got through the airport in record time. Would definitely recommend this service.

What a great option for travelers. We decided to pay for this VIP service for our most recent trip to Jamaica. Anissa (sp?) was waiting for us upon of plane arrival (we arrived 30min early). She provided exceptional service including make sure we understood which questions we may be asked by customs agents. I estimate that we saved over an hour of time during our arrival. On the departure side. It was also very enjoyable. I estimate we saved another 30-45 min of wait time. Also the waiting lounge staff and food was also exceptional.

I would recommend Club Mobay we were happy to get drinks on our arrival and departure. The upstairs skybox is nice and comfortable. Because our resort transport was so early we had time to relax have lunch and take a nap before our flight back.
