So
much
to
talk
about...
First,
the
photos
by
design,
are
meant
to
mislead.
The
place
is
ok,
but
not
nearly
as
nice
as
the
photos
make
it
appear.
Some
of
the
place
was
run
down.
There
are
two
hot
tubs
on
the
property,
but
while
we
were
there,
none
were
working.
In
essence,
that
was
part
of
the
service
we
paid
for,
but
did
not
receive.
Second,
the
pools
close
early...
REALLY
early.
The
water
slide
closes
at
5,
the
pools
at
6.
Don't
know
why
so
early
when
the
loud
music
with
the
added
base
thumping
doesn't
stop
until
AT
LEAST
2am....almost
every
night
of
the
week
we
stayed
there.
Any
concerns
we
had,
we
made
known
to
the
concierge.
She
didn't
seem
to
care
at
all.
I
arranged
a
birthday
cake
for
my
wife
on
her
birthday..
They
were
supposed
to
bring
the
cake
and
sing
happy
birthday.
Instead,
one
guy
showed
up,
dropped
off
the
cake
and
said
he'd
be
back
with
plates
for
us
and
then
never
came
back.
We
had
to
find
our
own
plates.
No
one
sang
for
her.
When
I
told
the
concierge,
she
says
that
they
only
do
the
singing
at
dinner
time.
We
had
our
birthday
thing
at
lunch.
The
next
day
at
breakfast,
lunch,
AND
dinner,
we
witnessed
them
singing
happy
birthday
for
other
people.
They
lied
to
us.
There's
a
pirate
ship
in
the
lazy
river
pool,
and
it's
always
closed
unless
you
request
it
open.
Really?
So
we
requested
it.
Three
times.
No
one
ever
showed
up
to
open
it
until
we
complained
the
following
day.
People
kept
coming
up
offering
to
sell
us
weed.
Off
property,
I
get
that.
But
their
own
staff
was
doing
it.
We
were
there
with
our
minor
children.
The
elevators
are
death
traps
about
to
happen.
SLOW...Omg.
Dining
in
the
buffet
was
pretty
decent.
The
Italian
restaurant
left
me
scratching
my
head.
The
portions
we
received
were
so
small,
they
could
have
been
appetizers
but
they
weren't.
We
were
still
hungry
so
we
had
to
go
to
the
buffet
to
get
more
food.
Was
a
waste
of
time.
Going
to
any
of
the
bars
was
an
experience
in
itself.
Ordering
a
drink
meant
you
got
your
drink
in
a
kid
sized
plastic
cup.
If
you
wanted
a
tall
glass
for
a
pina
colada..
You
had
to
request
it,
and
9
times
out
of
10,
they
didn't
have
them.
Same
thing
for
the
towels
at
the
pool...They
were
supposed
to
be
there
for
you...you
paid
for
the
service...nope,
no
towels
available.
Next,
the
"Barefoot
Grill"
where
they
require
you
wear
shoes.
On
the
menu,
hotdogs,
burgers,
fries.
Open
24/7.
Lunchtime,
I
took
my
son
there
and
he
asked
for
a
hot
dog.
Nope.
No
hot
dogs
available.
I
suggested
they
take
it
if
the
chalkboard
until
the
have
some...
They
didn't
care.
The
out
door
games,
putt
putt
golf,
game
area...run
down.
Not
worth
trying.
The
nicest
thing
about
the
whole
hotel
was
the
lobby
rest
rooms.
They
were
really
nice.
But
that
was
it.
We
paid
a
lot
for
ALL
of
the
services.
We
didn't
get
ALL
of
the
services,
but
we
still
paid
a
lot.
The
ice
cream/coffee
bar
was
a
nice
little
place.
Fieando
and
Prencess
(two
people
that
worked
there)
were
awesome.
They
were
friendly
and
attentive.
I
loved
visiting
with
them.
One
Love!
Fieando!
If
you're
going
to
Montego
Bay...
Find
somewhere
else
to
stay
and
get
your
money's
worth.
This
place
is
"beach
front"
but
there's
not
even
a
real
beach
to
speak
of.
I
wish
I
could
speak
better
of
it,
but
for
how
much
we
paid,
we
should
have
gotten
much,
much
better.
