I really loved everything about this place. The people were so nice and majority of the food was really good. Love the beach and the resort pools, especially all the activities they do throughout the day. The entertainment team definitely needs a raise! They do so much to make people have a good time. The only thing is I wasn't pleased with the membership presentation. We bought it and then canceled after we looked more into it.

We stayed at the Iberostar Rosehall Selection Suites for a week. Having had the experience of other 4.5 and 5 star resorts (including Iberostar resorts at other locations) , I will try to summarize our experience below: Staff and buildings: Super friendly. Very clean facility and staff was constantly working hard to ensure the place is clean and sanitized. The room: kind of dated but very clean and spacious. Beach: Steps away from the pool area which makes it easily accessible. There is a food truck on the beach making burgers, Hot Dogs, Jerk chicken and meat patties etc. which was nice. It is not the best quality of food but really good if you want to have a quick snack on the beach or around the pool. If you enjoy walks on the beach, the beach is not that long. The ocean in this area is also full of seaweeds. I just hope that it is not because they dump the sewers into the ocean. The entertainment staff: Truly amazing! Especially Peaches, Carlos, Tiny, Kevin Hart 2.0 and Micky. They all worked very hard to keep everyone active and entertained! So thank you! Evening shows: The Michael Jackson show was really good but the rest were kind of disappointing. Food: Overall we were very disappointed with the quality and the variety of the food. I don’t want to get into all the details but if you have previously been to another true 4 or 5 star resort the food here will be closer to a 3 star. I have to mention that between all the a la carte Restaurants we enjoyed the oriental one. The rest of them were all sadly disappointing. Talking to other people on the resort we got the feeling that most people were not happy with the food. We were approached twice by staff asking us to get food for them from the restaurants and the food truck, saying that they didn’t have breakfast. This never happened in other resorts and it was very sad and troubling seeing that staff who work so hard at this resort, are not being taken care of by their management! Overall we had a pleasant time but in my opinion this is definitely not a 5 nor even a 4 star resort!

Our stay at the resort was excellent! The weather was phenomenal, the food is great and the entertainment team was very engaging! Suzie, Carlos, Kevin, Tiny, Mickey, & the whole team were great! They all helped us feel welcomed and were very encouraging to participate in activities and helped us enjoy our time here. The pool activities were so much fun and our whole group had a blast. The food choices were wonderful and every tasted great. The resort, pool, and beach were very well maintained and cleaned regularly. Overall, we had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back.

During our five-night stay at Iberostar Hall Suites in the third week of December, we found that the hotel offers three different accesses: Family Beach, Hall Suites, and Grants. Family Beach lacks access to the pools, beach, and restaurant of Hall Suites and Grants. While Hall Suites has complementary access to Family Beach, it does not include access to Grants, and Grants has all three accesses, with the main one being for adults. We were pleased with our choice of Hall Suites as it allowed us to enjoy more family activities with access to both beaches. The Hall Suites features an infinity pool with a main pool, a shallower pool, and a lazy river, and our room had a panorama view. The hotel provides a buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with other specialty restaurants that require advance booking. These include Italian, Greek, Asian, lobster, and steak options. The hotel offers an app for communication, room service, and restaurant reservations, but the app malfunctions, lacks accurate information on restaurant availability, and doesn't send notifications for activities. While overall satisfied with my experience, I believe the hotel can improve its services. The pool water was cold despite the warm weather, and I suggest making it warmer for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel requires repairs for water-damaged walls and broken pipes. Despite these points, the staff was courteous, and the front desk efficiently handled our requests within an acceptable time frame. I'm happy with my choice of Iberostar over Hilton but believe there is room for improvement.

The service staff usually leave the longest impression, and the staff was very good. They were engaging, pleasant and helpful, no matter who you interacted with. Rooms were very nice, bathrooms good. Good control over in-room Temperature. One minus, the Room Service was very very slow. We ordered twice and both were long (90 minute and 120 minute wait), even after being assured it was about to arrive soon. The food was good quality in all the restaurants. The Resort was generally clean, considering the nature of an all-inclusive and the cycle of constant use. The Maid service was very good and timely. The entertainment was good, the activity schedule offered a variety for all ages, but could have been advertised better. The reservation process for the various on-site Restaurants was a bit clunky. This could have been solved if their mobile app actually worked, but it does not. If they fix the app, then everything would have run smoother for their guests and their staff. Here are a few things suggestions for Iberostar - for a better customer experience; fix the mobile app, create automated kiosks for Restaurant reservations and activity sign ups with room number log-ins so that mobile reminders and or in-room automated phone call reminders can be sent, increase the bar tending staff at the pools during peak times, shut the pools down for an hour during dinner time for cleaning then reopen in the evening for adults only (a band could play at the pool once in a while in the evening), advertise different themed nights for the Buffet (Mexican, Italian, etc...), do not allow the drug vendors to be on the beach... especially with children present, increase the beach food vendor variety. We would definitely stay there again. Very nice experience, good job Iberostar.

The location is close to the airport which is good, not sure if it is close to "authentic" Jamaica though. My room is clean and nice, but feels very damp. The pool is excellent and the drinks are strong. The beach is nice there is a lot of seaweed which doesnt bother me but might bother other. The best part about this place is definitely the food which i would easily give 5 stars. So far have only been here 2 days will change my review if things change.

Your resort was absolutely wonderful. I was here for a birthday trip and the staff made it even better. Ruth, who works with the Entertainment was phenomenal. She was a delight to be around and did everything to make our time exceptional.

The staff has been very welcoming and kind. So so kind. Struggled a little with availability of things—one day out of Diet Coke, one day out of Coke, no beer one day. But they tried to make it up to us and offer replacements. Rooms are very nice—clean and bigger than I’m used to at all-inclusive resorts. The WiFi has been amazing.

We (my husband, two adult sons and I) just came back from Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and we had an amazing time. The resort is great but what stands out most are the people. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. My husband uses a wheelchair and the resort is fully accessible from an accessible room to restaurants to being by the pool. The food is excellent at all the restaurants including the buffet which we are generally not big fans of. Our favorite restaurants were the Steak House (Brave), Greek and Oriental. Staff were very pleasant and often check up on you to make sure everything is good. If you are looking for a resort to just spend every day at the pool and beach, this is the resort for you. Activity staff by the pool were fantastic. A big shout out to Tevin and Mickey Mouse who welcomed us and stopped by to chat often. Pool bar staff were great and entertaining providing a great selection of drinks however the selection of spirts available was limited to more local brands. The only reason we are giving it a 4 star is due to the cleaning of our room. Most days the room was not cleaned prior to 3 pm. My husband often would want to return to the room to rest for a few hours prior to dinner and 3 of our days we had to wait. On our final day it wasn't done and we opted not to have it done as we were leaving early in the morning and wanted the quiet time. Cleaning itself was done well and staff were great. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a fun family get away.

Very friendly staff; “Mickey Mouse” was such a fun entertainer! Encouraged our 18-24 yr olds to participate in fun activities and really helped engage everyone in family fun. “Peaches” was a great emcee and helped us all have a great time! The bartenders were great! Doreen was amazing! She always had a friendly smile and took care of our large group frequently with efficiency and kindness. Great atmosphere of family friendly with lots of restaurants and activities and entertainment nightly.

I enjoy my time at this resort the staff was great at what they do.. the bar and the food was excellent. The place is clean and the Room are nice but the entertainment crew they are fun the actives 😄 I couldn't win the bottle game peaches have me laughing. A big shout our to peaches black berry Micky mouse tatti Carlos and Tiffany.

The entertainment was great. We had lots of fun during the activities that they provided. Games like cricket, beach Olympics etc. The team was great especially Ruth she was so much fun. My family and I had a great time. We will definitely come back.

Iberostar does not disappoint! The service is incredible, the people are friendly and the ammenities including the food are amazing. We went for my girls birthday. Renece front desk receptionist took care if us upon our arrival. She helped me to upgrade my room to a better view and got me a few discounts throughout my stay. Her service was amazing from start to finish. Her alone made the trip service incredible. Once we started our stay we had great servers at the restaurant Diane served us on our first night and even tho she wasnt our server the last night she still checked in made sure we was happy. Shareesa from guest relations helped me so much prior to arrival and while there with booking a romantic dinner for my girl and i and ensuring we had reservations everyday we were there. She suggested restaurants based off my girls dietary needs and they were perfect. Once the party got really going our bartender Odale hooked us up with the drinks. I must also mention all the ladies who took care of us for breakfast and lunch at the buffet was amazing. Friendly people whos complete goal it is is to ensure you have a great time and that you come back to Jamaica and Iberostar. This is my 2nd time to this hotel. Last time i was younget and although its been a while they still are what i remember and they are the best. Thank you Iberostar and all the amazing people who made our stay magical!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend! Just got back from a 5 night trip here with a group of 18. We all had such a good time! Here are some reasons: -The entire resort was very clean. The room, hallways, all community areas, everything! Saw zero trash and gross stuff while I was there. -House keeping did an excellent job with keeping our room nice. The room was very spacious and comfortable. -The resort was also very fun. They had a whole entertainment team and a lot of fun activities planned everyday so you aren’t just swimming and eating everyday and you have something extra to look forward to. The buffet on the beach and Motown show (wow!) I particularly loved. -They also have people constantly asking if you need anything wherever you go. The pool, the lobby, the buffet, all have tons of staff that really want to enhance your experience. Everyone was so helpful. They also all seemed to actually enjoy their job. Their attitude was always so positive and contagious and it really made a difference! The resort also does not have a staffing shortage so that was great. -The buffet was really good and had such a good variety each meal. The little food place on the beach was good and had enough variety so we could still get a decent meal and stay playing outside which was SO convenient. The Asian restaurant was delicious. Very minor things to fix: (this place still deserves 5 stars no question). -the Italian restaurant was bad. The marinara sauce in the mozzarella block wasn’t good, the ground beef/sauce in the lasagna was bad, and the berry desert was tasteless. -the lobby was a little too dark -the dj in the nightclub didn’t play enough newer music (the classic older dance hits were good but it was either that or like easy listening old hip-hop/r&b) -the entertainment team was too persistent sometimes, and also asked us to cheer and then cheer again but louder way too much and it got overwhelming). Thank you to the ENTIRE staff for making this trip such an enjoyable experience!

A magical place..where five years ago I threw my heart. My husband in this hotel, in an ocean view suite, asked me to get married. I carry this wonderful hotel in my heart both for this precious wedding and for all the very kind staff it was all perfect, spectacular food and very present animation but it didn't bother.I have traveled a lot in these following years, but Jamaica will remain forever in my heart.

The food and the entertainment were amazing. Every day was exciting Thanks to the entertainment team and specially peaches. They are really enthusiastic and try to include everybody in the fun. The service and staff were really attentive and willing to help. Would definitely recommend to friends and look for peaches if you want to have fun!

Just got back from a wonderful 6 nights stay. We absolutely love this resort. We became club members last year and we upgraded this year because we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Everything about this resort is wonderful. The staff is so polite and take their job serious,the food is delicious and the entertainment is just wonderful. If you’re having doubts just book this resort and you wouldn’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back.

Our stay here was excellent! The restaurants and the food were great. We loved the Hibachi restaurant at the beach. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great time at the resort and the entertainment team was the best! Peaches was so fun with our family and helped us enjoy our stay with games. This place is great, and we would come again!

Just stayed here for a week with a group of 11 of us. It was my first time in Jamaica and staying at an Iberostar hotel. We had so much fun. The entertainment staff was amazing especially Peaches. He made our trip one to remember. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best time. He always brightened our days and made every day so much fun. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

WOW vacation October 2023 was to short but Outstanding, from the time we pulled up to main entrance. The front desk Nikita and staff of the welcome desk. The bar pool and staff were GREAT, especially Nicolas, the bar tender and the staff, can not say enough JUST WONDERFUL. The spa what a massage my wife and i Wow. The jerk chicken truck on the beach and the grill Master are the best. We had lunch on the beach everyday. The grounds were kept beautiful and very clean .The entertainment everyday awesome and the music the DJ at the disco were on point. To our friend Niki in the karaoke room her special drink she made every night was outstanding. The food was delicious. thanks everyone for making our anniversary celebration SPECIAL.

The entertainment staff here is hands down the best of any resort we’ve been to! Stretch (Romaine) and Don made our vacation! They are genuinely wonderful people who create positive energy wherever they go! Wonderful senses of humor and amazing dancers! We loved getting to know them personally - they are such assets to this property! The activities they plan and shows made our trip really enjoyable! Minute to Win It, Kareoke and Rocktails are really fun!

Place is great all the staff is so nice. Ace on the staff saw my daughter playing a game by herself and joined her then remembered her all week. The star camp is also great with the kids. They can go the whole day or just a part of the day. The camp staff just wants the kids to have a great time and really tries to recruit them while at the pool. Ruth and Kimberlee at star camp were great with the kids. I highly recommend the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites for your next family vacation. You won’t be disappointed!

Don, Romaine (Stretch) & Akino were fantastic! They made each and every day a total blast! They were always helpful, positive and made sure our family had a great time. They also took quite a bit of their time to educate us on Jamaican culture and the surroundings. For those that come to the resort in the future, make sure to meet these awesome gentlemen. Queayne from Entertainment was very engaging. Lovely young man. He took the time to chat and give us a taste of Jamaica life. The resort is beautiful. Well kept and well maintained. We lucked out and came on a quiet week. Lots of space on the beach and in the restaurants.

This is truly an amazing resort, and a phenomenal staff. You will experience nothing short of high quality enjoyment. The food is top tier with Jamaican selections as well as American. The entertainment staff is the best we've experienced throughout our many travel locations. We must recognize some of the great staff members such as: Ruth, our master of ceremonies/entertainment leader, the best!! High energy, getting the guests involved with so many activities. She even had our son singing and dancing, which he rarely does. Shemar, one of the chefs (tall man) went above and beyond to ensure my wife had the most amazing birthday dinner celebration. DJ Dino provided non stop energy with his selections of various music. Sabrina, one of our hosts for the buffet, she is a great spirit and wonderful personality. Now, with the buffet, you will not be disappointed, even with picky eaters, there is something for everyone. Let's please not forget the immaculate voices of Miles and Champagne. This duo will make you wonder why they are not celebrities. The food and the drinks are always at your disposal, no matter the time. There are many events throughout the days and night, from game shows to karaoke to even a circus performance. This was truly an amazing experience that we look forward to returning to in the extremely near future. There is nothing short of amazing.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the food was good and the pool was relaxing. Lunch BBQ chicken and pork on the beach we're great. Had games to play on the beach and at the pool. The staff were generally great except for a few times at the swim up bar where our kids were skipped so they could serve adults at 11am. They probably assumed the kids did not have a tip for them. The only slight issue I would say is if you're going for an awesome ocean experience this is not 100pct your spot. It's a bit rocky on the way into the water and the ocean floor is covered in sea grass so when you go to stand it's not soft sand your feet sink into. I'm 5 stars on this place. The above is more informational for future travellers so you know what you're going into.

Unbelievable experience and hospitality! Would definitely suggest staying here because the pool and view is great! S/O to Akino and Dwayne from the entertainment team!!!!! They are apart of the best memories on our first Jamaica trip! Definitely suggest learning the dances and attending the activities they provide throughout the day! So much fun! We had a wonderful time at the resort! We were a family of 10 celebrating an anniversary among other events. The food, staff, location and amenities were fantastic. The entertainment staff, especially Ruth were so much fun and energetic and always got people involved in games and activities.

We traveled to Jamaica and Iberostar for a wedding. The wedding was the prettiest wedding I’ve ever been to. The resort was by far one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The food was good, the staff were accommodating and incredibly friendly, all while enjoying the beautiful pools and ocean. We received a massage that was great as well. The only thing that could have made it better is if the massage beds were heated. The AC was going and it was a little chilly in the room. Colin, our concierge, gave us tons of recommendations and made us feel most welcomed during our stay. Try the Welcome Drink with rum…you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to try another Iberostar Resort!

Second time here with large family. Great location, great pool with plenty of seating. Food is as good as you’ll get at an all inclusive in the Caribbean. Entertainment team is great. Akino knows how to keep things fun and moving.

I loved this resort. I had a blast. The scenery was great, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bar pool could use a little updating, but it was still good for outdoor drinking. The entertainment was great, especially the events on the beach. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Quwayne and Donell were my favorites, they were so kind and kept my friends and I in the loop on the events happening at the resort. I will be returning.

This is our second time coming to visit Iberostar Rose Hall Suites with our family of 7. Our 5 girls ask to come every year. Rooms are comfortable, they come with shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Meals are nice. The entertainment team keeps us and our kids busy all day. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be back! The beach area was well maintained and the pool was perfect to cool down and relax. The star friends were absolutely amazing and made our trip more enjoyable. Ruth, Vanessa, and Dewayna all felt like family. Leaving them was the hardest part for my daughter! She had so much fun learning the dances and all of the other fun activities they had each day. She also had a blast at star camp the one day she went while we relaxed at the spa. The massages were great and so were the other spa amenities. We enjoyed exploring all the food options on property and the service was great. The whole vacation was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

The entertainment was great! Kevian from the towel hut is sweet and provided excellent service. Vanessa is a great host at the shows… The rooms were kept clean each and every day. The bar service was fantastic. Everyone is very friendly! This is our third time at this resort and we love it.

This is a very family-friendly resort located about 20 minutes away from Montego Bay Airport. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and willing to help. You felt the warm and welcoming environment from the main entrance of the property. At check-in, the service was excellent. Troy, our porter, was such a kind soul and checked in on us every time we encountered him during our stay. Talisha and many others made our dining experience great. There were so many dining and meal options to choose from, and mostly, the food was good. Some misses, but there was always something to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites! The hotel is very nice, beds are comfy, and food is good. The staff is what made the stay exceptional! Everyone is so kind and fun to be around. It started off with Nakita, who checked us in, was so sweet. Peaches, Kevin Hart 2.0, and Mega were great for activities and making sure that we had fun the entire time! The bar staff, Santino and Powell, were very nice and made great drinks! Kadeen made sure that we were well taken care of while at the pool all day. Wayne was a great server at dinner and ran every night to get us our favorite drink across the hotel, and DJ Mo kept us dancing all night long! Everyone was exceptionally great and I was never passed by without a smile. Even in the midst of COVID it was a great experience and we will definitely come back again!

My stay here was excellent and the staff was so friendly and polite. I will most definitely will recommend this beautiful resort to my friends and family. Peaches taught me how to play ping pong and I loved it. I felt like a pro as he exhibited so much patience and knowledge to help me. My stay at the iberostar was an awesome! The staff were very friendly! The food was great. The entertainment was great. We had an amazing stay. The entertainment was great with Kevin Hart 2.0 and Kemmar Peaches. All the workers were amazing including the great bar staff Santino and Powell and the waitress Kadeen. Overall it was a great stay.

Omg, what a vacation! The hospitality from the beginning was excellent. I walked in and was blossomed with love especially from Checking in, wishing me a Happy Birthday. They upgraded my room while the young lady from guess service was booking our dinners for the week. The best part of my vacation was entertainment. Peaches from Entertainment work every day tiredly to entertain us. The day of Jamaican Independence Day, I saw him working day and night to make everything perfect, and it was. The chef , Dwight and Marcus was amazing with food. I have food allergies and let me tell you how well everyone knew and took care of me. I’m definitely coming back!

Amazing service, amazing resort, amazing staff! Visited from 7/10-7/17 and had no idea what to expect. Very few people so everyone got to know everyone. It was great! Restaurants were all very good. Asian was our favorite! They worked very hard to keep us entertained....parties on the beach, dance party and movies by the pool at night. It was all great. Thanks to Peaches and Vanessa as the activities staff. They are great people. Shout out to Jules at the pool bar. He deserves a promotion to head bartender! Do not hesitate to visit this resort!

Great resort. Many extra amenities like charging cords for cell phones in guest room. Most staff were extra helpful and nice. Eco friendly with refillable glass water bottles. All inclusive included the stocked fridge in room. Well worth the extra price. Tipping a $1 or $2 gave you even extra special care. Made up goody bags with toiletries, pens, candy, coozies, etc. to give to staff.

The overall stay was excellent. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the food was great. I like that there is a restaurant that is open throughout the night for a snack, juice, or coffee/tea. I went there at 5 Am to eat.

Peaches, Vanessa and Momo in Entertainment were straight up AMAZING! Literally cried from laughing everytime they were around. I feel like im leaving here with 3 new friends.

The entertainment was amazing Peaches, Vanessa and Momo are excellent entertainers they come up with creative games for everyone to enjoy themselves at the resort especially during the COVID and how tuff it is to get everyone together they really manage to get people up and out of there chairs and enjoy themselves with the games and entertainment.

Had a great time. The hotel is extremely safe, they're big on cleanliness and social distance. The hotel is at 20% capacity including the staff, which was excellent. I had a really good time.

Excellent stay overall. Walking in they resort was very sanitized and they took many safety precautions for the guest's benefit. The best food and options overall I've had at any resort. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms were better than pictured on the website. Will definitely visit again!

The entertainment team made sure everyone was having a great time day and night! Peaches, kevin hart 2.0, suzzie and kiki are all so awesome! Kadeen (lady k) made sure we always had a drink in hand by the pool. This is our 2nd time here and it was just as great as last year!

The suites staff is awesome! Peaches, on the entertainment staff always made sure my family was involved in the activities And couldn’t be nicer. Kiki, Susie, and the entire entertainment staff were exceptional! Lady K at the pool kept our glasses full!

Our stay at Rose Hall Suites has been so much fun. Even though the resort capacity is decreased due to COVID, the entertainment team has been setting up so many great activities and games for the guests. The entertainment team, especially Peaches, have kept us laughing the whole time. Lady K (Khadeen) at the pool made sure we always have a drink in our hands and a smile on our faces. Despite the difficult circumstances of COVID right now, we could not say enough incredible things about this resort and the staff here.

My stay at Iberostar, Montego Bay was an excellent one. The service was great. Room Service menu was average. The entertainment was great. Thanks to entertainer Peaches who made our stay excellent. Once you visit Iberostar, ensure you meet Peaches.

Chef Marco and waitor Wayne were really cheerful at the Steakhouse restaurant. The food is really good there, I really enjoyed eating there.

We had a great experience during our trip. We enjoyed the entertainment, especially the beach games with Ace. He was so much fun and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice, housekeeping did an amazing job of keeping things clean and stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. The food was pretty good, we especially enjoyed the steak restaurant. The pizza and grill food at the buffet was an highlight and we loved the jerk chicken down by the beach. Sean at the pool bar was also a standout. He was attentive, quick, and friendly. All in all, we would definitely come back!

We recently visited Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites for our honeymoon for about a week, and we did enjoy our stay however there were a few things that we didn't quite love. The Cons - The rooms need some updates, we stayed in the junior suite on the fourth floor and our room had cracks in the walls and we also had ants in our room. The staff were friendly, but we did encounter some staff members that weren't as nice. For example, when we arrived at the resort and after checking in we were told a staff member would help show us our room. We went up to a group of staff members and let them know, all of them looked at us and no one came to help. It was really awkward and after about a minute or two one of them finally said "Fine, I will do it". When we were out at the pool, most of the time when someone took our order to grab us drinks - they never returned so we constantly had to go up to the bar if we wanted something. We also didn't realize that we would not be able to eat at every restaurant. Per our reservation, we were only allowed to book 3 restaurants during our stay. This was disappointing, when we visited a resort in Mexico we were allowed to eat at every restaurant as many times as we wanted and as availability allowed. The Pros - The resort was absolutely beautiful aside from the rooms itself. We felt the location was perfect, the pool was amazing and we loved sitting out on the beach. The resort had a night where we were able to eat out on the beach and they served amazing lobster! Our favorite restaurant during our stay was Tsuki. They had amazing food, we highly recommend booking your restaurant reservations as soon as you arrive. The cafe was also very nice, I loved their iced lattes! Overall, we most likely will not return to this resort specifically but we still enjoyed visiting Jamaica!

We had a lot of fun during our holiday. We were satisfied with our rooms, with the restaurant and with the beach as well. I would like to highlight the animators, who were really friendly and kind. Especially Ruth, who was very sociable and helpful with us. We spent a lot of time with her. We enjoyed every game she organized.

Great resort with extremely friendly staff! We stayed here for six days and enjoyed our time. Food and restaurants were all wonderful. The entertainment crew was the best! Friendly and enjoyable all day and night. Romaine, Dwanya, Don and Ruth were a fun bunch. Definitely recommend it to anyone!

It was our first time to Jamaica and we all loved it! The resort, the amenities, the entertainment was all fantastic! We loved the music and entire vibe of the place! All the workers were so friendly and enthusiastic and just wanted everyone to have fun and enjoy their stay! Aquino, Don and Quwayne made our stay so much more enjoyable! They are hard workers who have amazing personalities and are fun to watch dance and get everyone involved and have a great time.
