Not
the
vacation
I
envisioned,
very
disappointed.
First
off,
when
I
arrived
after
check-in
time,
5:30pm,
my
room
was
not
available.
I
was
asked
to
wait
20
minutes
and
when
the
room
was
finally
ready,
I
was
given
a
queen
room
though
I
booked
a
King
Ocean
Front
Suite.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
was
informed
that
all
the
King
rooms
had
been
sold
out
and
could
try
to
call
tomorrow
to
see
if
the
king
room
was
available.
Mind
you
my
room
was
booked
5
months
in
advance
as
I
was
attending
a
wedding
on
the
property.
Also,
the
front
desk
lady
did
not
notify
me
that
the
rooms
were
sold
out
or
provide
any
alternative
at
that
time
as
it
was
an
attempt
to
deceive
me
into
just
accepting
whatever
room
they
wanted
to
give
me.
After
not
receiving
any
resolution
over
the
phone,
I
went
downstairs
in
which
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
blamed
me
and
stated,
"I
told
you
it
was
a
queen
room."
A
queen
room
that
I
did
not
book.
The
front
desk
lady
also
stated
the
queen
room
and
king
room
were
the
same
room
and
price.
Not
true,
at
the
time
of
my
booking
I
paid
a
higher
rate
for
the
King
Ocean
View
room
as
well
as
know
the
price
to
be
different
as
others
I
traveled
with
booked
a
queen
room
for
much
less.
As
well
as
the
queen
room
has
two
beds,
and
king
room
is:
more
spacious,
has
couch,
and
has
one
king
bed.
After
asking
several
times,
front
desk
lady
finally
went
to
the
back
to
get
the
manager.
Only
for
the
manager
to
assist
someone
else
for
15
minutes
first
who
skipped
the
line.
After
waiting,
the
manager
offered
us
a
room
that
was
listed
as
out
of
service
on
the
same
floor
and
was
nice
to
let
us
check
the
room
out
with
him.
The
room
was
okay
(disappointed
with
the
floor
level,
placed
on
floor
3)
and
after
what
had
already
transpired,
we
took
the
room.
Side
note:
I
feel
the
side
of
the
hotel
we
were
on
was
not
the
side
we
were
supposed
to
be
on
-
the
other
side
of
the
hotel
was
completely
ocean
front
and
much
nicer.
I
would
definitely
not
stay
here
again,
there
are
much
better
resorts
in
Montego
Bay.
The
hallways
reeked
of
a
strong
odor
in
which
the
staff
attempted
to
mask
with
paint
-
they
painted
every
day.
The
rooms
are
very
dated
and
can
use
an
upgrade.
Some
staff
were
nice
and
pleasant,
some
were
unfriendly
and
rude.
Also,
for
an
all-inclusive
place
they
ask
you
to
make
reservations
to
the
three
of
the
four
restaurants
on
site
-
only
for
them
to
all
be
booked.
The
only
food
you
are
ensured
to
have
access
to
daily
is
the
buffet
-
hit
or
miss.
I
will
say
that
that
the
water
park
-
wave
pool
and
slides
-
was
a
bonus
and
was
the
only
time
I
really
had
a
great
time.
The
entertainment
by
the
pool
is
top
tier
-
entertainment
team
did
amazing.
