I
visited
the
Wednesday
(2
days
before)
to
make
my
reservation
and
was
told
I
would
pay
on
arrival.
Got
there
on
Friday
for
check
in
n
was
told
I
would
have
to
redo
the
process
as
my
previous
reservation
would
have
been
"thrown
away"
..
what
was
the
point..
they
only
had
the
suites
on
the
top
floor
left
which
were
the
second
most
expensive..
went
ahead
n
decided
to
go
thru
with
it
anyway..
the
receptionist
gave
the
option
of
picking
the
room
between
2107
&
2109.
I
picked
2107
after
viewing
especially
since
2109
had
no
remote
for
either
the
tv
or
the
ac..
I
got
a
key
n
left
to
get
my
things..
returned
a
few
hours
later
n
stopped
at
my
door..
while
looking
for
the
key
I
noticed
noise
n
light
coming
from
the
room
so
naturally
I
said
wrong
room..
but
then
I
noticed
I
was
going
too
far
down
the
hall
n
stopped...
I
checked
the
key
n
to
my
surprise
it
said
2109..
wen
I
went
to
the
receptionist
(different
from
the
one
who
attended
me
earlier)
all
he
could
say
that
there
was
nothing
he
can
do
Abt
the
room
being
switched
or
the
fact
that
there
was
no
remote
n
frankly
he
did
not
care
since
his
phone
was
so
much
more
important.
I
returned
to
the
room
n
managed
to
get
the
ac
on
but
not
the
tv..
the
room
was
dirty
and
smelled
funny.
The
hot
water
in
the
shower
took
forever
to
come
on
and
there
was
hair
on
the
sink.
The
ceiling
fan
doesn't
work
at
all.
