This hotel was absolutely amazing! The location of the hotel was incredible being in such a quiet and beautiful area of West of Armenia. The food for Breakfast and Dinner was amazing as well. Amazing service with some amazing staff who are dedicated to working with its customers and to keep up with customer satisfaction. However, I have to say, the coffee region of Colombia does get hot and humid, with that, sleeping in the hotel rooms may be tough unfortunately because there is no AC in the rooms. So come with a light fan to keep you cool overnight. Also, animals are beautiful that go around the hotel, they might make some loud sounds at night time too. Rooms were clean but could be better with design. Overall, this hotel was really well and enjoyable, I would definitely come back here to visit the Coffee Region of Colombia.

The service is flawless, Johnathan in the restaurant always have an smile, while serving a delicious breakfast accompanied by a cup of colombian coffee. The whole hotel is prestine conditions, the animals around the property are amazing. It looks just. like the Encanto movie, its in immaculate conditions. there is no No AC yet, is on the works. If you book on a third party webpage, make sure you include all the members of the attending party; otherwise you will have to pay extra per person. Also, if you have double nationality be aware that you will be charged additional Tax (IVA).

Great hotel and pool with excellent food.

Located just 10 minutes from the Parque del Café, it is a country hotel, with a large number of delicately treated gardens. It has one of the best swimming pools in the area open until 09:00 p.m. Clean bathrooms with frequent cleaning, cable and free WIFI with good speed. Hard beds and very comfortable pillows. The cost for 3 nights and 4 days is € 150 approx. (taxes included); However, personally, it is the best cost / benefit option for hotels near the Parque del Café theme park. Easy access from the main road of Pueblo Tapao, just 50 meters away, from the intermunicipal public transport bus stop (cost between € 1 - € 2 / person) The hotel offers all the options of feeding with an additional cost on request, nevertheless, you have a wide range of feeding options in the restaurants and supermarkets of the town, a few meters away on foot. Excellent option in the region, I will definitely return when I visit Quindío State again.

Beautiful lawns,nice people,breakfast and dinner include,clean and hot water,bathroom was very pretty the price..very good! Had a very good time with my daughter .
