One the best hotels in Montevideo. Lovely service and architecture. Quiet and relaxing areas in reception entrance. Huge restaurant. Decent breakfast. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are great and always with good mood and helpful. I love this Hilton hotel.

This hotel is what one expects from and Hilton. Very well appointed clean spacious rooms. Parking is included but is not directly connected to the hotel, next door. The best feature is that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. This made it easy to try other dining options as well as shopping options. Most of the staff speak very good English.

We have stayed at this hotel many times for years and each time it is a wonderful experience. From the from desk, cleaning staff and restaurant workers - excellent service. The rooms are clean, large and are well insulated. This is the best place to stay for families. The easy access to the mall and walk to the beach is a huge plus!

We stayed just one night but we were found their good service a lot. Before we arrive at Montevideo, we asked several things including transfers. And their response was very quick. And this hotel location was also good point. We could go Montevideo shopping center directly from hotel. By the way, we called Uber several times, but it was difficult to set up exactly this hotel place. We recommend to send message for Uber driver that you await in front of “Hilton Garden Inn” after you defined Uber driver.

Pool area has NO AIRCONDITIONING, and it is unpleasant to be like in a sauna mood. The stairs inside the pool are totally unstable and shaky. Not expected for a Hilton to be putting at risk its guests trying to enjoy the pool..

This was a great hotel. We had an upgrade with a balcony and view. Breakfast was terrific! Staff very friendly. Attached to shopping mall if that matters. We called front desk at 3:30 am to shut down a noisy party and they were very responsive. A few maintenance/decor issues but nothing major.

Service is impecable! The pool was spotless. Good breakfast bacon too salty for me. The egg cook needs to learn how to cook over easy eggs. But I love coming here. The mall is connected and we can go to the movies and watch it in English!

This is a new hotel within a great location, just next to a shopping center and surrounded by many restaurants. Rooms are spacious as any Garden Inn and breakfast is much better than usual for this chain. Staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant for dinner has a very limited menu. Overall, a great choice when visiting Montevideo!!

I stayed there from 2/20/2020 to 2/26/2020 and it was an AMAZING stay. The people that work the front desk and the front lobby were extremely nice all the days i was there. The buffet was very good, Fresh, Clean and very pleasant people there as well. Just loved everything about this place. the washer and dryer for my laundry well located so while my family was in the pool i could visit with them and do laundry at the same time because it was across the hall. It was also great that there was a hallway that connected the hotel to the Montevideo Shopping for restaurants and stores. I GIVE THEM 5 *'s If I ever go back I WILL stay there again. Also It was safe at night. I was not afraid to go in or out of the hotel at all.
