I
can
not
believe
what
happened.
I
have
had
the
most
uncomfortable
situation
ever.
After
realizing
my
room
was
clearly
DIRTY
and
had
USED
AMENITIES
I
go
to
the
reception
and
explain
the
situation.
The
receptionist
says
the
room
will
be
cleaned
while
I’m
away
(as
I
have
agreed
with
that).
I
come
back
to
see
the
same
dirty
room.
Everything
escalated
when
ERNESTO
(the
receptionist)
talks
to
me
in
the
most
rude
and
indifferent
way
possible.
He
tells
me
it’s
not
his
problem
and
asks
me
if
I
want
him
to
close
the
entrance
doors
and
let
people
out
of
the
hotel
for
him
to
come
help
me
clean
my
room
as
he
is
alone
on
this
shift.
He
gives
me
attitude
for
complaining
for
a
room
that
is
dirty.
After
a
long
conversation,
raising
voices
and
dealing
with
his
unbelievable
sass
the
conclusion
is
he
will
move
me
and
my
partner
to
another
room.
We
move
to
a
much
smaller
and
non
soundproof
room.
We
find
more
hairs
and
dust…
we
are
talking
to
the
manager
tomorrow…
I’ve
never
been
treated
so
unfairly
by
anybody.
So
unprofessional
and
rude,
I
can’t
believe
this
is
coming
from
a
receptionist.
I’ve
been
a
receptionist
myself
for
years…
*
turns
out
that
his
name
is
SEBASTIAN
and
that
he
told
me
he
was
called
Ernesto
FINALLY
-
The
manager
did
not
show
up,
we
talked
through
the
phone.
He
apologized
and
asked
me
to
send
an
email.
I
don’t
think
he
took
this
matter
seriously.
We
had
to
pay
half
of
the
price
of
our
room…
this
is
unbelievable!
