    Teléfono Actualizado al 24/10/22. Pésimo servicio telefónico. Estás casi una hora llamando y no contestan. Deberían poner personal solamente para atender el teléfono o contratar im call center. Agrego que se hace casi imposible comunicarse por teléfono para llamar al médico de radio y cuando te atienden te dicen que el domicilio está fuera del radio pero hace más de veinte años que van a casa 🤷

    Si bien dice atención 24h imposible comunicarse por teléfono, llame 4 veces y sonó, nadie atendió... Vuelvo a llamar 3 veces más y da ocupado, vuelvo q llamar y da fuera de servicio... Deja mucho que desear siendo que se trata de salud, nadie va a llamar un domingo para consultar un trámite administrativo, y si así fuera, tienen que atender e informar como corresponde, para eso trabajan y el servicio es 24h.

    Terrible in every way, more than two hours trying to call and they are busy. When you go in person there is no one and you see the phones picked up on purpose. The attention to the public is regrettable. They treat you in one way in Colón and in a completely different way in the center or more privileged neighborhoods

    Horrible attention. You talk to them and they tell you that they work like that at that pace. I've been waiting since 8 AM to be attended to and 2 people come in per hour, it's a joke.
