Blood test- they mention when booking your appointment online to arrive 5 minutes prior. My appointment was at 10am and the people waiting behind me was 10:30. And they got in right after me. Which means if I had came at 9:30 I would of been taken much earlier. The wait time on top of it was ridiculous. Appointment at 10, saw nurse at 11:30. Waiting room was jam packed. With a lady waiting who was extremely sick, coughing and sneezing. And yet online says not to show up if any signs of a cold, covid etc. Never again at this Clinic. But personnel were nice atleast.

Fast and professional service. I was afraid to come to this CLSC after reading so many terrible reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised! It is true that the staff at the reception are harried, but they were not impolite. The nurse taking my blood was fast, friendly and professional. Additionally, all of the staff wore gloves and a mask (should be basic, but unfortunately not!).

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the two stars are for the lovely nurses. However, the receptionist always seems to be having a bad day and wants to spread the negativity upon all. Doesn’t matter if it’s the afternoon or 8am, she likes to start everyone’s day with useless remarks and comments. She even seems annoyed when talking on the phone. To make this service better i would definitely hire a different more qualified and empathetic person.

We had to change our CLSC because of address change, I could not believe the difference.. Our previous one was making you feel like human, valuable. But in here, not all of them but our nurse was very rude. She was like having an argument with me. She made a mistake and when i showed her that she corrected and threw the book to me. I could not understand why she behaved like that. She may need some therapy. 🤷🏻‍♀️I do not recommend this center, go to another one if you want to be behaved like a valuable person, and you are valuable. 🌼🤍☺️

The person who occupies the office to the left of the main entrance has a stone in place of the heart. Until yesterday the 18th I had very good service but this person has tarnished everything. She refused 10 minutes of flexibility for a dressing change due to a scheduling conflict.

A nurse came to my home to take blood for my 94-year-old mother. She wore no mask and no gloves and she didn't even disinfect her hands before taking blood. Not very professional. Risk of virus transmission to an elderly and vulnerable person. Update: The nurse just called me, the 3 blood sample tubes were damaged and destroyed in transport. Nasty gang of incompetents at this CLSC

Ive been trting to get an in person appointment since precovid with my family doctor. Ive made 7 different appointments 3 of witch were on the phone and the others disappered when the time came for the appointment. Every time i call to make an appointment there is no availability and the next appointments arent open. I took off work today for the appointment i had for today and called at least 3-4 times in the past 6 months to confirm this appointment. Its upsetting because i just wanna see my family doctor and it takes years and months in most places to be on a waiting list for a family doctor.

If you have the choice go to another COVID 19 testing center. I'm a nurse and live close by so I took an appointment with them. I was told I was going to get the results within 24 hours so after 2 days of not getting any results back, I called and was told that they canceled my request for testing with no written reason. I did not receive a call or any way to say that the test was canceled. Do not go there for testing.

Went for some tests, I didn't have to wait for long, and the receptionist is very sweet

The receptionist was on her personal phone chatting away like there is no one to serve. Very impolite. The rest of the administrative staff were about the same. Not courteous and very slow at processing people. The worst clsc I have been to.

Only one bad experience with a nurse who showed zero compassion. But over the years, everyone has taken good care of me. From my teenage years to today . Wait times are not bad at all. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work

The ratings were more on parking experience and waiting time. We didn't know a parking fee was needed, and we went inside for max 20min to just ask some questions. There was a $28 ticket already on my car shield when we came out! This is absurd and not customer friendly, it's better to even go to a private clinic for blood tests!

Kind and courteous staff, but incompetent and inefficient. For a health insurance card renewal, I came twice, and because they forgot to take my check, I have to wait at least 1 additional month to receive my card. Honestly, what a waste!

I AM GOING WITH MY HUSBAND TO THE CLC OF SAINT LAURENT FOR HEALINGS 3 TIMES A WEEK BECAUSE HE HAS A VAC AND I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THE GOOD CARE OF THE HEALING NURSE AMANDA AND MELYNA ARE VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT THEY DO, I WISH THEY WERE ALL LIKE THIS

Pretty sure that those 5-4 stars comments are fake! The workers are not professionel at all. They always talk for me, I can’t express myself or ask a question without them guessing what I’m about to say, just wasting everyones time at this point. By phone it’s worst! The middle eastern women (didn’t have the chance to ask her name) who served me was impatient and rude, I was literally on the phone with her for 45 seconds and she was already irritated. Unfortunately it is my CLSC I have no choice to go there…
