In the blood test centre on floor 3, there’s a lady who drew my blood that was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. When I came in for my appointment, the lady took my paper and read out loud, every single thing I had to be tested for and said “you’re making me test you for all of this?” and was complaining right in front of me about how many things she needs to test even though that is literally HER JOB TO DO. When I sat down, I told her I wanted the needle on my left hand and she responded with attitude, “You want me to test you for all of this AND you want it on your left hand?” She refused to draw the blood on my left hand and continued to draw the blood on my right hand. Nurses are supposed to ask you which arm I would like to have blood drawn but this nurse did not care for me at all. I’ve never been this disrespected and I am completely appalled by this behaviour. I clearly came in to have a blood test because I have health issues and the nurse ridiculed me and made me feel anxious for being a patient. I will never come back here again. If you ever see a tall african-american lady, grey hair, medium build, and glasses, avoid her at all costs!!!

I have a LOT of health issue. Ive seen doctors there for 5 years and I still dont have ONE SINGLE diagnosis!! They prescribe pills that supposedly don't even exists, pills that may be very harmful without even talking about it... Which a diagnosis would help prevent that... My main doctor there often laughed at me. Rarely cares, does empty requests, forget papers ect. I understand that the health work thing is very stressful... But at the cost of patients health? FOR 5 YEARS??? No. This is ridiculous. Ive been ridiculously patient with them. But its getting way too much... I need help... I feel like im genuinely dying!!!!! Some doctors there kinda care... But since my main doctor haven't done much... It causes so many issues! I need AND OTHER DOCTORS NEED ro know what I have to not prescribe me things that just makes everything worst! [Edit] 2months trying to get an appointment. The website never updates. They scream at me on the phone telling me to use the website that don't even works, tells me to alternatively call back the next day. But when I call back they tell me the same thing over and over. Soon to be 3 months with no appointment... So... Calling today, they don't respond what so ever!!! ✨ Also, finally starting to get some diagnosis... At least that. Tho, things could move WAY faster if the MAIN place, the "hub", my family doctor wouldn't be not really present + in an insanely patient nightmare environment like CLSC Cote Des Neiges... Why is the health care of Quebec so bad 😩... Many people are wasting their lives and potentials here.

Such a bad customer service! Please come to another CLSC if you can. The story is that: We came with my son 5 years old for blood test. I told the receiptionist about it and she was tolding us to take a number and wait , after 20' on our turn, we was able to see someone who then told us to come to upstair floor. We came upstair and the nurse was very rude tolding us that you are late 20'. Then the nurse asked us to wait for them to take lunch at 11:20AM, we are 3 people had to stay and wait during 1,5hrs in a hallway to wait for them to take an early lunch (lunch at 11:20?!). In fact, it was not our fault, it was the receiptionist advising us wrongly but they did not care at all. Honestly I feel like they are donating the service... Dear Quebec government, you need to shut down the blood test center at this CLSC or fire this nurse. Too many complaints before already on this person. A huge waste of taxpayers' money!. They are able to close the door at 11AM and never serve citizens as clients.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad, under 3 is not fair to the clinic I think there is some negative bias here. Have had good experience with my family doctor and walk in as well. Walk in is by appointment which is great, you can call the day of in the morning or in the evening the night before between 6-7pm to book for the next day. Waiting and triage is a little longer than your appointment time but this always depends on how on time or not your doctor is going the day of. Can take up to a while from when you arrive until you see a doctor that's not your family doctor, even with an appt. (10-15 mins reception, 15-30 mins nurse triage, 30-1hr to wait for doctor) How it works: You go in and take a ticket depending on your situation (with appointment or not etc). Then you wait for the tv to give you the info on where to go, everything is in French only. Then you sit and wait until your doctor or nurse comes out to call your name. It can be hard to hear though. The waiting room is pretty depressing though, it's just facing a wall to nothing, no TV, it's not even facing outside but I assume it's so you can hear when your doctor comes out and calls your name.

It’s a nightmare to call and leave a message for your family doctor if you need h to call you back. The secretaries on the phone are RUDE…Its better to wait until your RDV and avoid calling even if it’s important :(

I unfortunately had a horrible experience with this CLSC. I was a patient here throughout my pregnancy and throughout the pregnancy it was good. Always made sure i was taken care of. The moment I gave birth is when all went wrong - I was denied a post partum 6 week appointment after a pretty traumatic labour/birth. When I called to inquire, a Dina Silva told me that it was not their obligation to give me a 6 week appointment, that if i wanted one I needed a referral. I have still yet to get an appointment because everywhere requires a referal and I gave birth in March. To say I feel let down by this organization would be an understatement. I was already not wanting a second child, and with this horrible after care experience, its a definite no. Do not recommend to anybody if you want to feel cared for as a mother, mothers arent their focus.

The blood test centre has a sign up that says they close at 11:30am for lunch but they closed even before 11:10am. When I inquired they said the nurse left. So they leave earlier than indicated and leave patients behind? If they are not going to adhere to their own schedule why even put it up?!?! Ridiculous.

I’m gonna tell you right now don’t come here: the RAMQ office is closed even though on google, on the website AND on the phone it somehow says it’s open? You’ll be greeted by a security guard and told to read this. Perhaps try later in the year.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this clsc location to have some blood withdrawn so that my doctor could have it analyzed for whatever test she wanted. There is almost absolutely nobody else there one before me and one after and there was a front desk making sure everybody had a legitimate appointment that was pre-booked and yes you had to wear a mask. The woman at the front desk to confirm your appointment inside was polite and charming and bilingual and exceptionally pleasant. She told me to take a seat down there and I looked and the nurse was already available and gesturing me for come on down and like a great hostess help me to identify the chair and place the sponge rest for my arm and took my blood so easily and smoothly without any problems and near a pinch of my skin that I was really appreciative. She too was very pleasant and charming and made time pass very easily and it was almost like I wasn't there when I left. The fellow that was behind me was now ahead of me leaving and we both agreed that it was very pleasant and exceptionally quick and we never expected it to be so fast. The elevator came we went down to the main street and I was at my car way before the 50 minutes parking I put in their machine. You could put 15 minutes and still have time left. It was the best experience ever I've ever had in finding a place to give blood for analysis under our medical system right here in Montreal Quebec Canada. I'm sorry to tell you the good news because the next time I want to have my blood tests done for one of my doctors I'm afraid that I'll make this place too popular with my excellent review. But I will look for this place now first before any standard blood testing place at the hospitals. What a great experience this was. A lovely surprise indeed .

Awful receptionist, not helpful at all and beside she laughed at me just for asking information about how to get a family doctor. Very RUDE, they could be a little bit more polite and say yes or not without making fun of you.

They will ignore all your health issues and say u have nothing. Be careful with these doctors, its way better to diagnose urself then going here. My doctor Alavi would happily prescribe me antidepressant but completely ignores my rosacea and dry eyes issues that have been going on for years !

The receptionist sometimes have their days. Some can be rude some are very nice it just depends on who who are talking to. The same as the people in the front lobby who ask you the covid questions. I saw social worker Sandra Calendar once for an assessment once and she was just amazing, just fantastic. If I had the chance to see her again one of these days I would.

Today Saturday December 2: An hour and 32 minutes of vain waiting on the phone. The phrase an attendant will be with you in a few moments is utterly ridiculous. It's a shame to make people wait so long with no results.

The entrance has 3 elevators which will take you to other departments as well as reception on the first floor , in reception you can take the queue number and wait for your turn ( they are so fast and will call you in a minute or two) , the reception guy was so sympathetic and helping bilingual, after the register your needs, you should wait in lobby and the nurse or related person will find you by your name then carefully listen , waiting lobby was well organized and was equipped with special place for people with symptoms and signs of disease but the customers didn't care and follow, the nurse which give us the vaccination service was so professional and kind and we received the service below than expected time they indicated , great clsc center and services

Maybe I was lucky but I had no issues. Had an appointment for 2pm and they said show up 10 minutes before. I was there 2 minutes before and had my stitches out 5 minutes later. Nurse was very nice. They had a decent COVID setup with chairs well spaced out.

I've always gotten excellent service from every single person here - the reception people, the nurses, the doctors. And I'm usually in-and-out quick enough that my STM pass doesn't even charge me a second time. I've visited a few other clinics in Montreal over the years, and even though I don't think those other clinics were bad, now I realize that this one is especially good! They make going to the clinic a pleasant experience, even when you have to go for not-so-pleasant reasons.

Very unprofessional, they made my sick anorexic sister go there twice at the same day, after booking an appointment, just to refuse to serve her, because she doesn't have the medical card!

I have now been to this clinic on multiple occasions both in 2019 & 2020 and the nurses have always provided great care & service. I honestly just want to thank them for their kindness and compassion. Going through a medical challenge is stressful, even more so in the middle of a global pandemic and unfortunately I haven't had many good experiences in the past (outside of private clinics). But I have to say, I felt safe with the measures being taken in this clinic. So yeah, just wanted to say thank you to the staff, I appreciate the work and the care you're providing.

Dont even bother calling them, they don’t pick up the phone. The call doesn’t even go on voice mail, it’s a loop of repetitive recorded messages. When you go in person, most of the medical secretary are extremely rude and disrespectful. Now because of COVID, you have to take an appointment to show up for a walk in clinic. It’s unfortunate and frustrating.

I went there twice for my baby’s vaccine. There aren’t many people on Saturday and parking is easy to find. The nurse we had there is exceptional. She has the passion of someone who just started, but actually packs 12 years of experience and three kids of her own.

Honestly the worst place ever. I have been calling them since May to get an appointment to update my immunizations as it's mandatory for my program at school. Everytime they say there are no appointments available. They tell me to call another day at another time as that's when their schedule opens. So I call 15 minutes before to ensure I can get an appointment and they are all taken. Today I call again and they say that the schedule opens on Friday. I ask at what time. They say they don't know the time. I don't have the time to call them every 5 minutes and hope that it's the right time to call. I am usually a very calm and understanding person, but I am so frustated. I ask if there is anyway to be added to a waiting list or be notified when the schedule opens up. They said that's impossible. They are really disorganized. Impossible to get an appointment. I would go private, but I have to get it done by the CLSC.

Is there a way to contact my family doctor without going through a negligent secretary? I leave my message and there’s a delay of days before I receive any answer. The secretary breaks the lien, makes a court circuit between patient and doctor. CLSC Cote de Neiges : PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF . Education, patience, charity is a must when dealing with patients and a not negotiable when you’re talking about refugees or people who have lived trauma.. Is there someone reading and taking seriously my comment? I have ended up crying after trying to contact my doctor and having an uncomfortable conversation with the secretary / nurse. Please do your job with Love, compassion, we’re HUMAN BEINGS NOT NUMBERS.
