swear the pizzas are getting smaller. alot of money spent today plus a 10% Sunday surcharge for this. What a joke. 7 garlic scroll ordered and 4 are burnt and uneven sizing. Looking at the colour of a nice box compared to the other 4

Appalling service... ordered online for pickup. Arrived on time and was served by a guy that could not find the order in the heating bay. I asked if it the order in the middle tray was mine - I was told that it must be still cooking even though it said on the screen my order was ready. Waited 10 minutes before another staff member picked up the same order in the middle bay which turned out to be mine. I made comment when paying that I had been waiting the whole time and that the guy was too lazy to check properly. The person serving could hardly raise a response. Staff is so poor at this Dominos - its run by incompetent people who have no skills to get a job anywhere else - Year 10 dropouts who cant handle basic responsibilities of customer service. The owner of this store should be ashamed of the appalling service people have to endure at his store. Not to mention the grubby state of the front customer area which never gets cleaned - too scared to touch anything. Wake up to yourselves

The food was ok and filled your stomach. The service and the atmosphere were really friendly, nice and relaxed.

Called up because besides being burnt the pepperoni pizza tasted like chemicals was told that’s what that pizza tastes like, TRIED to explain we’ve bought it before was told again that “some people say it taste like chemicals” what!!! On top of the price increases now this…. We will get from Bubbas instead now

Dirty looking kitchen, staff uniforms unwashed, lady who served me was shouting at everyone, staff and customers in a patronising overly loud voice. I thought she may have been deaf but seemed to be able to hear my order, so just her manner. I was taken back by her her attitude and she didn’t ask my name for the order but snidely recorded it as an ironic smiley face. For her info, I wasn’t smiling because of her attitude. I didn’t eat one bite of the pizza after witnessing how the kitchen was run. One tall guy in the kitchen passed me the pizza. He was the only one with an ounce of customer service and seemed to be genuinely trying. To him I say thank you, and you’re wasted there. You’d be an asset elsewhere and I suggest you move on.

Customer service is good but the pizza taste is disgusting sorry !

All good but crust size seems to be over taking topping surface I have brought this up with im guessing the restaurant manager and he stated he is going to look into it still going every Wednesday opinion hasn't really changed ...not any worse not any better

Ordered 2 pizzas.hardly any topping or cheese. Disgusting! Nothing like the ads on tv.! Tossed it out. Will not be going back!!

I just had the most delicious vegan pizza I’ve eaten in years! Unfortunately being allergic to animal products, I don’t often eat out, so it was fantastic they had a plant based alternative & I still get to enjoy having a pizza. Their vegan cheesy garlic bread is to die for. I was very happy with the customer service, hot food & friendly staff! 5/5 Cheers guys! Keep up the good work 😎

Special offers induce us to order pizza. Domino's Mt Barker are always on time and the pizzas are generously topped. 1 has dietary requirements & 1 is vegan but they always get it right.

Used to be great but has gotten worse over time. Last order I was delevery a raw puff role...... I'm lost for words on how that happens as the outside wasn't even cooked

Ordered by phone the pizza take away. Their website did not match the products. I was satisfied with the amount charged. Must be 10 years since I tried a pizza. Absolutely delicious. Just right, I had the meat lovers. Ready when I got there no waiting around.

I would prefer the option of dining in, but it seems Domino's don't offer that service. This branch is small, and I do question the hygiene in general. I had a small meat lovers pizza, which was quite tasty.

Seriously guys. Stop taking away the good ingredients!.... Fresh basil, Cherry tomatoes, square chunks of Feta ... and now the really yummy Macaroni pizza ... I appreciate the aspects of limited edition, but why not bring some of time items back after they've been gone for a while. Margarita pizza needs fresh basil! Prices and discounts are starting to feel like a scam almost also... discounts with other aspects that seem increased during the discounts.

One of the more well maintained and managed Domino's. Pizza quality here is devine, everything is well prepared and made. I'd recommend visiting. Staff are delightful and seem dedicated to their work. Service time is amazing when they're not slammed. This being the only Domino's in Mt Barker makes it quite popular. But regardless, it's a pleasant store and the food is good.

I ordered the Lot pizza which was always $12.95. No mention when I ordered that it was now $19.95. Once it was cooked and I was told the price it was too late. Lucky it tasted amazing. Wont be paying that much again tho.

They can't seem to get simple instructions right. 8 out of 10 orders are made wrong. Whilst they do replace them, its a hassle to have to go back out and collect, for something that should have been right in the first place.

Always get the best pizzas at this store, we got pizzas yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. My local dominos store on the south coast has gone downhill so was nice to get some good tasting pizzas that have had great care taken to make them!!

The pizzas are amazing! Dominos have come a long way with their quality of food, great service, polite staff at Mt Barker, they deserve a larger shop & car park 😊

Our order got delivered to the wrong house, we had no proof the other household had not touched our food, And domino's could not prove our order was untouched. We were told we can wait a further 1 hour for an order we had already been waiting 40 minutes for. In the current climate of hygiene watching how is this acceptable?

Whoever took my order tonight had a very difficult time conveying information to me. I asked for an eftpos machine and it was not brought to me and had to get someone else to pay. I also asked for 3 $5 value range pizzas for delivery. Im aware that it costs extra for a pizza delivery. But when two are $9.95 and one is $24, I wonder why one is so expensive. I don't like making the pizza delivery persons job hard so I said I understand it's not his fault, and paid for it. I hate complaining, but this was enough to make me write a review. I know I won't get my money back, but I felt scammed.

I made a large online order for a birthday party (9 pizzas and a heap of sides). Ordering online was easy, the order was ready on time, the staff were lovely and even helped carry everything out to the car. The pizzas were tasty and the toppings were generous. Overall, very happy with our experience with Mt Barker Domino's.

Our pizzas and sides were all exactly as we ordered and the service upon ordering was good too. I ordered the godfather with jalapenos added which was nice but it wasn't very warm on the spice factor. Otherwise all was fine

Had an order for over 40 pizzas and they were ready on time and they even helped us take them to the car. Nice staff and pizza really good.

Quick in and out on pickup when preordered. Staff were attentive and ready to serve. Pizza is Dominos fare, so no complaints.

Pizza looks good, but we ended up paying $37 for two 9-10 inch pizzas and 2 garlic breads, which is a bit of a rip off. And as a warning: 9-10 inches is their "large", and the large is actually the smallest size they offer. Just call it what it is, Dominos. A regular.

The flavour of the pizza is good, the cutting is often terrible though.. presentation is important too.

Worst pizza around. Always under cooked and badly prepared.
