It was a gorgeous night out and we were driving by and it just looked like a good place to eat. It's BYOB which is a plus so we picked up a bottle of wine from a store just a few minutes down the road. So I guess it's best on the weekend to have reservations which we didn't. The host set up an extra table for us which was nice and we didn't have to wait. The main courses were absolutely delicious. We only chose the homemade pastas. And they tasted homemade. The salad we ordered was lame. Hence the 4 stars. Just expected for a somewhat authentic Italian restaurant to have a better choice of salads and then the ones that they serve to be much better. But we will definitely return, just not order the salad LOL.

Had a birthday celebration there last night and it was phenomenal, there was a live band, the food was great and the owner was amazing. The staff and the party were all celebrating towards the end of the night and we felt like we were part of the family. The food was delicious I couldn’t get enough of the pasta! Definitely recommend

Always amazing food and service! It was chilly but we sat outside and they had the heat lamps on full for just our party. The live music is always so entertaining and we all danced. Do not miss out on this place. The owner is awesome and so is all of the staff! Can not say enough about how great of a time it is when we come!

Food is authentic and delicious! Feels like I’m eating at my moms. The staff is super nice and super Italian! The ambiance is very nice from inside to outside! Would definitely come back!

We came between lunch and dinner while the place was closed for a private birthday party. Laura the owner and Oscar our waiter were excellent hosts. They prepared appetizers and pasta and olive oil. All food was excellent and the wine was brought by us as this is a BYOB establishment.

I went here for Easter party of 10 people . Menu was condensed, but plenty on there with the specials. Octopus appetizer was charred , tasted like charcoal. Tripe was not edible.. 5 people ordered New York Strip , waiter asked how everyone wanted there’s done . Steaks all came out well done when everyone ordered medium rare. Three people received there meals a half hour after everyone else . Waiter blamed it on the computer, but he wrote the order down on paper . Wait staff unattentive. Had to keep asking for a refill , over and over. Women hostess in the front was rude as hell as well as the man in the front . I believe they are the owners . I guess they are doing so well , they don’t need the money .I understand it was Easter , but if you can’t handle the service , don’t accept the reservation. When you spend that kind of money , quality needs to be priority. You will NEVER see me again !

One if the best kept secrets in North Jersey. More people need to dine here, it’s that good! The best gnocchi I think I’ve ever had, but anything you choose to eat will knock your socks off!! Servers are all polite and there to enhance your dining experience. One of the best BYOB’s in the state!!

Great Dinner experience for us. My wife n I and our friends had a really good time with this Spiga Vibe. Our friends Hector n Debbie had mentioned to us about this cozy , friendly, moderately priced Italian cuisine restaurant Spiga that they visit frequently and the owner Giuseppe are a must place for us experience and review.

The food was fantastic. I got one of the specials, an extra wide flat pasta noodle dish that had a wonderful short rib ragu. The flavor was outstanding, balanced, and left me wishing I had room for more. Outstanding.

Always fantastic especially when there is live music...Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and fun...Lou is always a pleasure and knows how to make you feel at home...While food is some of the tastiest the deserts are by far the best! Can't get enough of this place!!

Service is great here they are on top of everything but let you eat. The food was delicious. It's a BYOB so don't forget to bring your booze

A busy Saturday night. Lots of parties going on. Our table was saved even though we were 15 min late. The service was excellent and friendly. I had the soft shell crab over spinach that was excellent. No room for desert, but they are also super.

Love this place and loved all the variety we have tried so far!! One of my dearest friends introduced me to this place and since then its been on my list all the time. People are super nice and food is beyond delicious!!

Delicious food. Excellent service from warm and engaging hosts and staff in a lively atmosphere. Dined inside at the intimate but comfortable (wide enough) window table. Our waiter and others checked on us frequently. We will return and will be dining in the outdoor section!

im sorry not that impressed. we had reservations still had to wait approx 30 min. the owners kept on wanting us to eat outside... i did not want to eat outside. then when we did get seated, and they brought the bread and olives over they just put it by my side and i had to move it to the middle of the table. Food was good... not great but good. dessert was very good. that is why i am giving it a 3 out out of 5.

Excellent Italian food! BYOB is a major plus

This place was wonderful. My boyfriend and I were supposed to go somewhere else for my birthday but we decided to call them instead because they were closer and they were able to get us a table. Food was delicious and the service was good! This is such a cute, romantic and cozy Italian restaurant. We loved it. Perfect for a nice birthday dinner.

Cute atmosphere. The food was good. The only complaint is that the party area on the left was very tight.

This place is a 5 star!We went there for my daughter's 15th birthday there for the first time and it was the best! The food was great and the people who worked there were very welcoming. They are very family friendly which is what we look for in a restaurant. I would go here again! I deeply recommend it!

Excellent food and nice people. Enjoyed the papardelle with short ribs. Not cheap but not too expensive

Everything ordered was delicious. Grilled octopus cooked to perfection. One of the best mussels I've had in a very long time. We had a table of 12 and there was 0 complaining. Every dish was finished. My family and I will definitely be returning.

Food tasted fresh and the service was very good. We had the meatlovers pasta and the whole chicken over fried mushroom risotto and sautee spinach. I liked the flavor of the food, not a huge fan of sausage on thr pasta dish but that's a personal taste. Overall the seating outside was nice and some small flies but that comes with the territory when you sit outside.
