The food was hot fresh and amazing. Whatever the cook is…bless his heart. Trying to get a waitress was another issue. We waited for 20 minutes. While the talked and high fives. Very unprofessional. But the food made up for it. There were three managers, non grated or asked us how our food. They have so many workers like 7. We should have never waited this long. But any way I love the drink special. The happy hour menus also. Thank you

Hostess was very friendly and the 4 of us were seated immediately for dinner at 6PM on a Tuesday night. Our waiter, Ramsi, was very attentive getting our drinks the moment we were seated. Food was good!

Was my very first time here and l have to say that l was surprised by the quality and good taste of the food, our waitresses was nice and even if very busy she passed now and then checking on us. Tonight was Halloween night so it was packed but even like that we didn't had to wait too long to be seated. Food didn't take too long to be at the table, except for the dessert but when it came , the waitresses apologized right away for the delay buy it really was worth it, cinnamon rolls. Yummy. All in all a good.experience.

Edgar and his assistant waiter were great!!! And by far the best service I’ve ever had at an Applebee’s. Food came out fast and hot! And for the place being slammed, got my family and I in fast!!

I’ve been coming to Applebee’s for 25 years and never have had an experience like this. I will be sure to call corporate office and share with them the experience. The manager was short with me and had an attitude and I can’t begin to say how poor the response was to me with this impossible inedible piece of chicken. Go Applebees

Placed on order for spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips and was so upset at the amount of dip I received when my food was delivered. I don’t know why the chef with give such a little amount with so many chips..it was really upsetting and I just hope that this isn’t done to anyone else. I am attaching a picture of what I received but honestly I feel like the picture doesn’t even do justice to the amount I received.

Dear applebees please stop serving meat or cook the right way. My steak was rough enough to break the knife. The 🥦 was sour and brown. Most people comment positively and I wish I could do that too. It was my first time after two years and surely will be the last for this location.

Alyssa was my parties server. She was excellent. She was on top of everything. I don't think I ever had to ask for a refill on a beverage. She brought it over without me ever asking. Alyssa was very polite and friendly. She needs more recognition for how professional and amazing she was. Thanks again Alyssa.

Often come to this location due to the attentive and clean environment. We are very familiar with the crew here and have to say the server, Aaron is def a soul to remember. He often goes above and beyond with a genuine smile and happy personality! We will be back soon ☻

Ordered through door dash was coleslaw was packed in a container along side hot mac and cheese so it was warm when I got it and had a fishy after taste sk def some cross contamination somewhere. Good thing I'm not allergic to fish. Burger was ordered well done no pink..I got an almost fully raw burger. Not happy but atleast i was home so I was able to recook the burger and also add some flavor to it because the meat was also very bland

I recently went to Applebees for a quick bite on my lunch break. Tho the food was decent nothing spectacular. But my waitress was absolutely amazing. I believe her name was Natalia and she was fantastic. She was so attentive and bubbly. She truly made my experience there. I would go back to just have her as my waitress

I went to Applebee's for an early dinner and a drink. I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Kay-Jay the bartender. I got the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo and it was amazing. The cook did a phenomenal job. The shrimp was cooked just right and the pasta was creamy and soft 😁. My drinks were delicious I wasn't sure what to get at first but Kay-Jay offered various options and was very accommodating. He provided excellent service and checked on me and the other bar patrons often even though he was taking care of both the bar and the tables next to it. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to the warm service, delicious drinks and great food. ✨️

Staff here is so friendly. Food came hot and fast. Manager Natasha is the most amazing manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Checked on me multiple times, started friendly conversations. The bartenders Edgar and Aaron were both also very friendly, quick to refill my drinks. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

Overall had such an amazing experience with Angelo O- he was our server and he went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct. He was super attentive and overall made our dining experience phenomenal. Would certainly come back

Applebee's is my friend's choice. Given where I live there aren't any nearby ... It's not on my 'visit hit list'. The food was ok. So, since I was not driving I had two beers. Unusual for the server but I prefer my dark beers near room temperature ... Success!! Kudos for the service team to deliver. I found the venue noisy and hard to focus on my pal across the table ... the din was palpable. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable outing, if I'm back to NJ/NY I'd give it another try .....

I wanted to extend a Kudos to Aaron, my waiter and Natasha, the Store Manager. I was there recently and I was really impressed with my service. I was greeted by Aaron once I was seated. He was very polite and professional. He checked up on me several times. He also made sure that I was comfortable which I was at this time. In speaking with Natasha, I was grateful that she came to greeted me while I was there. She was extremely professional and I watched as she greeted other customers at their tables. Natasha was very knowledgeable about the store and the menu as she even helped Aaron out as well. I was very happy with this service and wanted to extend a thank you for their great work.

Food was amazing, but the service was even better! Ben G was the most delightful waiter ever. He really makes you feel so welcomed every time you step foot in the restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

This restaurant is extremely cold. All the patrons are wearing coats. When asked if they could turn down air conditioning in the middle of December. I was told no because they are waiting for half price appetizers. The staff is wearing sweaters. I recommend coming here bundled up or in the summer. It’s not worth getting sick for the holidays

Mr. Angelo was the waiter and he made sure that I was comfortable and he also came back a few times to make sure that my food was good and I was fine. He was respectful and polite. He was very attentive to my needs which I really appreciated. Prior to leaving, I was greeted by Ms. Natasha since she was doing her rounds. I was impressed with her professionalism and her commitment to making sure that the customers were happy. Ms. Natasha displayed a respectful personality and she was kind. Ms. Natasha was also polite and I was grateful to have met her. I expressed to Ms. Natasha that I was happy with my service and I will be returning to the Applebee's in Totowa, NJ again. Thank you Ms. Natasha and Mr. Angelo for an amazing experience and Kudos for your hard work.

On our way thru from CT. Edgar was our server. Phenomenal service. Great food. Hot, fresh, tasty. Clean restaurant. Everyone worked together. Manager was on the floor assisting his team. Consistency in drink quality ... even as the restaurant got busier. Really impressed. Too bad this restaurant is 2 hours away from home. Highly recommend.

Always great food and service! Enjoyed the Bourbon chicken and shrimp also the ribs and fries with a Bahama Mama and an Blue Ocean Wave. Pricing is reasonable and plenty of parking off Rte 46 in Aldi's/Marshall's lot.

GROSS AND MORE GROSS. I went out to eat with daughter on 8/14. We were given plates with visible chocolate syrup all over them. I asked for new plates. Manager comes out with new plates that have rice and food still stuck to them. I ask the manager for new plates AGAIN. Waiter brings out new plates still covered in what looks like sour cream or some sort of white smears. I refused to ask for plates again. I took our napkins and covered our plates so we could eat. THEN our drinks came out. My margarita had white spots and food stuck to the outside of the glass. I asked for another margarita, I NEVER GOT IT - A WHOLE HOUR WITH NO DRINK. I asked for wet naps for my daughter, NEVER GOT THEM. A WHOLE HOUR without wetnaps. After $100 I couldnt eat or enjoy my food I was so grossed out. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Apple bees need to realy up thier food standard and atmosphere. We order steak with shrimp on it in entree. Shrimp was way less cooked and steak was way overdone. The only good thing was mashed potatoes in that dish. Among appetizers, Chips for the articho/nachos dip were v stale which server did fix but it was a good wait before I could get him to have it fixed. Server over all was good but they need to realy clean the resutarnt.Chicken tacos tasted way sweet than it should have been. BBQ wingless chicken was over spiced. Over all food quality and taste was not worth it. Tables , chairs and the floor did not looked clean or maintained. When you dine at any resturants, everything counts. Hope they care to fix this, else I doubt people will go again to spend hard earned money on not so good food.

This is honestly the best Applebees I have ever seen that has everyone helping each other. It was beautiful teamwork and nothing was left behind or forgotten. Kudos to the manager who was helping as well and our server who was amazing as well!

We were seated right away, which was good. But we had to wait 5-10 minutes before our waitress finally stopped by. The food was, would have been better if it was warmer, and not luke warm. But once our waitress came by, service was good enough.

One of my best stops to enjoy my afternoon, food is good the service is awesome so are the people behind the bar, they treat you like a friend after a very tired day at the job and I didn't show my ice cream after all ...cheers!!

It’s been years since I’ve stepped foot in Applebees. My waiter “ Aaron “ provided great customer services on helping me make a decision on what to pick in my menu. Not to mention it was my step son birthday and Aaron made it as smooth as possible for him to not noticed !! He’s great and was quick on bringing the meals to the table. Overall, I had the best time . Thank you Aaron and the service you provided.

Ramzi is by far the best server at this location. Had him as my server for the third time now and each time he has had exceptional customer service. He is well spoken and you can tell he cares about the customer. Definitely will be asking for him again the next time I go!

Darius is that guy- man got jokes and needs a raise. Best waiter so far at this establishment, made the food dining experience a 10/10 😎

I was here earlier today and just wanted to compliment my waitress Adrianna. She was so friendly, and caring and took great care of me and my table. She made our visit worthwhile! Awesome job!
