I worked at thus place and just quit due to the unprofessional manor of management. I have been degraded with names by other coworkers in front of the manager William which a blind eye was turned. I speak to all coworkers with respect and professionalism and have been trying my best to do deal with the nonsense that goes on. As far as overworking and nonapprecaitive management who can't handle when it gets busy or else they would have realized who is working and who is not . Very disappointed through my experience working here and have had over 10 years in service with management experience only to offered a bus boy position when there were hiring for all positions just goes to show that they judge a book by its cover and not its character or work ethic.

This location is very nice and clean inside and out! The food was hot and came out at the same time!!!! Our waiter Myra was very patient and i appreciate her service. The condiments were filled and not sticky. The wait to get in wasnt very long. I will make sure to return.

My family and I had the best experience here because of Yasmin. She was super attentive and let me tell you it was extremely busy. She kept a positive attitude and moved fast the whole time. From what I saw none of her tables were backed up. Great hire for IHOP.

Went there for halal options for the very first time and it was an amazing experience. I have always liked IHOP but having halal food at ihop was the best experience we could have. The burger in particular was very nice.

We went on a very busy holiday morning and the service was amazing. The food was delicious and serving sizes are huge! There is free refills on house coffee and they even gave us free refills on our hot chocolate. Overall great tastes and prices!

Very busy restaurant given the location. Friendly staff. Sticky floors, given dirty utensils had to ask for another set. Dirty restroom toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in a month. Best part of the place was the lovely lady which I think was a manager, our waiter wasn't too attentive. Given burnt Hash browns, recommend cooks to learn how to make decent hash browns. Decent parking at least.

I was absolutely shocked to see the halal sticks in my food. I appreciated seeing that so much at a place like ihop!! This will be my go to location going forward. Worth the drive. On a scale of IHOP, this may be the best location in the area. The food was as expected. What really stands out here was the service and the decor. Our server was truly outstanding taking care of my party of 12 and balancing the fine line of interupting to see if we needed more from him and letting us enjoy out time together. This restaurant is well taken care of. Clean, decorated for the holidays. Tables, chairs and booths all in excellent shape and comfortable. There are not many standalone diners in the immediate vicinity and that would be my preference, but this IHOP stands out as an acceptable alternative. Be sure to tip well, servers are paid far below the normal minimum wage, your tips are their wages.

Requested a small thing of nutella on the side…they bring us two and charged us $2 for the nutella…but look at the tomatoes that came in the burger…the parts you would throw in the trash. Makes no sense. The waiter could not even remember the order and never asked if we needed anything else…we had to wait for him to arrive after an extensive time.

We had an amazing experience overall at this iHop that serves regular🌱 , Vegetarian 🥑 and Halal options ☪️Ⓜ️ Servers should provide silverware 🍴while seating customers down at the table. We went there twice in consecutive two days, and servers missed out on providing utensils at both occasions. Manager on-site was actively walking the floor and engaged with guests to ensure satisfaction. He did great helping us out too with missing utensils 🍴 and provided us with the iHop reward card. Highly recommend this iHop & don’t forget to collect the reward card system with an opportunity of future discounts by getting it stamped at each visit. 🙌🏼👏🏻🥳

It was one of the best ihops I have been to in years, service was friendly and helpful. And the food was really good. The Gingerbread hot chocolate was to die for.

The place and food was good, similar to in the past, but the prices skyrocketed, and some combos that used to be better combinations were removed from the menu. This used to be an affordable family breakfast get-together. Now it's as expensive as higher class restaurants. May as well do breakfasts at home.

It's a lovely place, although it's not the best I've ever experienced. The food was well made but we waited for an hour to get served. On the other hand, it was very busy and they still found a table for us, that might be an excuse. Overall our experience was good, I can recommend it.

My experience getting hired here was absolutely terrible!!! The General Manager ABE was EXTREMELY rude to me since the moment I walked in that door. He's a disgrace of a manager with his ego walking all over him, his distasteful choice of words and attitude, he won't be going very far. People like him cannot manage anything. ABE your establishment wouldn't be what it is without YOUR employees. Remember that next time you wanna hire and fire people who actually have an opinion or voice about the way you run a business. You have no idea what you're doing and just missed out on an incredible server who could've made you guys ALOT of money. People like you drive business away not towards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE applying to work here as you will not be seen as a human being, you will be seen as just another number. Do yourself a favor and do not work here. I went to eat with my family (party of 7) on a Sunday night. Ms. Linda was our server and she was fantastic. I wish I could say the same for the atmosphere, there was a party of 4 behind us, teenagers throwing pieces of paper to our table. Staff instead of correct their behavior, they were incentivizing their behavior with comments like: "Oh you are doing tik tok challenges right, hahahaha; my 18 year old does the same".

Took my 5 year old on a Daddy - Daughter date for breakfast and we had a great experience. My Daughter wanted pancakes so we got her the Silver 5 with Bacon and I got the Big Steak Omelet. She absolutely loved her food and I was blown away with mine! Definitely tasted great and was a great value. I have to also give a shout to our server JT! He was extremely kind and attentive. He was pretty busy but still made us feel welcome and happy to be there. It was almost as if we ran into an old friend. JT is definitely an asset in any position that provides customer service. Do yourself a favor and ask for him next time you go, I know we will! Dining at chain restaurants can be fairly forgettable, but the quality of the service you receive is what sets it apart from anything else. This IHOP location is special and shouldn't change a thing! Ihop has been a staple for a long time but with those prices and small servings they are not lasting long anymore. The free kid's meals is a catch sonce they overcharge for their drinks and basocally that covers what they eat (scam). The samplers are really small, everything is served in small portion sizes. I like the hash browns and the pancakes but $12 for a small plate is just dissapointing, good place for dieters but for big eaters its a no.

It's a chain restaurant that I can take my older mom and dad, they can have coffee, a milkshake, breakfast foods at 3 PM (like we did today), and sit around and chat about nothing, everything, and not have to deal with a lot of unnecessary things. The service today was good, considering they were busy during these times, our server was, basically, left alone, it was hot as heck, and we had to sit outside in the sun. She was as prompt as she could be (go you!), the food was a little cold (not her fault!), but it filled us, we had a good time, my folks left happy, people were patient, and bellies were full. That's all that matters. Will we be back? Of course! Thanks for the Colorado omelet, the two breakfast samplers, the coffees, and the milkshake. Rock on!
