Location is brilliant, but the room is dated, the bathroom is a disgrace, the shower and part's of fell off the wall as I touched it. Have paid for 3 nights so have to stay. Very little money needed to bring these rooms up to an acceptable standard. The receptionist attitude to me complaining about the broken shower in Her Hotel, was Why are you staying so long, Why did you pick your room, they allocated the roo, she said Thousands of people stayed in that room and no complaining, Why haven't you left by now if you're not happy. We had paid for 3 nights. My rating is now One Star ⭐, the attitude of the Receptionist was unbelievable. Don't stay here.

Good location. Beautiful, spacious, high ceiling, old style suite with partial view to the old port. Terrace view was gorgeous! Breakfast was basic. All personnel very attentive, kind and helpful.

I didn't actually stay in the hotel, but did eat in the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. I had a Greek platter with moussaka, dolmas, stuffed aubergine, stuffed tomatoes and it was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The flavours were out of this world!! The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. It was inexpensive, probably on the cheaper side of the various places I ate at during my stay. Location is right on the harbour and is absolutely stunning at sunset. Definitely the culinary highlight of my trip to Chania.

Great Greek food, with authentic ingredients such as sheep's milk feta. Excellent baklava, pork souvlaki and lamb kebab. Pizza best avoided.

Very nice place in the centre of Chania, with clean and cozy rooms and very good breakfast. They also have a restaurant and two rooftop terraces facing the sea. The rates are a bit over the average, but other than that we really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

The restaurant is always full, the food is great but a bit pricey.

Incredible view on the harbour with your room and the terrace. The parking is actually not at the bottom of the hotel, you will have to walk 5min since the old town is free of cars. The equipment in the room is not new.

Our experience was quite pleasant. The waiters were friendly and helpful when we initially arrived and then it felt like they forgot about us a little bit. We ordered a meze platter and greek salad. The portion were decent and the food was tasty. The house wine was also very nice.

Last minute accommodation, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the view was amazing both from the room and the terrace upstairs. Restaurant downstairs was nice, good portion sizes for price. Staff were very helpful. Only con was the room wasn't very sound proof so could hear music late at night and guests in the next room.

We had dinner here on the front of the old port, while on holiday in Chania. The restaurant is always busy and I like that they do not bombard you when you're browsing the menu, before commiting to eating here. If there is a wait for a table, your not left waiting long as the staff are attentive. The food was so tasty (especailly the Dakos and the meatballs) and the service was great. Highly recommended

With all the hotels to choose from, I got lucky with Amphora. The complimentary slippers were very much appreciated. The shower wall was very relaxing. I was allowed to flush my tp (yes, most places don't allow this). A comfortable queen size bed. Friendly, helpful front desk and service staff gave me some good advice. The restaurant with the same name served me some great meals. The location is awesome once you figure out the lay of the land.

Great restaurant on the harbour of the old town in Chania, Crete. No one trying to hussle you to take a seat always off putting! The food is very fresh and tasty with huge portions and great value. Staff are pleasant and always available. Great little free extras at the end of your very affordable meal. Loved it.
