Great experience. I have been there a lot, more than 20 times. The food options are various, very delicious and affordable plates. The portions are great and very satisfying. Meat and chicken options are great. The service is sometimes slow when it’s crowded rather than that, it’s one of the best arabic restaurants to visit and have delicious yemeni food. HALAL.

When I spotted a restaurant with food from Yemen, I put this on my shortlist and convinced my wife to accompany me. It was definitely worth it, she had cooked lamb liver that was delicious, I had the Mandy lamb on rice. The rice was cooked just to perfection and the lamb was tender and tasty and easily fell into pieces. The bread and dips that we had as a starter were good as well, so was our freshly made lemon+mint juice. We enjoyed the atmosphere a lot as there were lots of people with different backgrounds and ethnicity present, the service was friendly and fast. The table decoration was very basic and our highlight was the plastic wrap table cloth that made cleaning up after us super easy - it's something you don't see a lot in other restaurants but it completed our trip and experience. We'd definitely come again, the menu offers much more that we'd like to try out.

Top authentic Yemeni food, authentic taste, no compromise on ingredients, very humble people! This is not a fancy restaurant, it's a traditional restaurant, so don't expect something fancy, rather authentic and delicious! Highly recommend dishes that have long slow cooked meat or chicken. Like Mandy chicken, or in case of lamb the coal cooked or rice cooked lamb.

Undoubtedly one of my top favourite places to it. This place is an absolute hidden gem. The food is ridiculously delicious, very authentic and at great prices. It isn't the most fanciest places you would go but they definitely compensates that with their food which gets a 10/10 rating. However there is one thing that I find quite odd which is the only reason I give this a 4 star review instead of 5, their menu on Wolt is restricted to a couple of items as oppose to the actual menu in the restaurant. For someone who orders food at home quite often, I find that incredibly inconvenient.

It’s not the best Yemeni restaurant in Munich only, but it’s the best restaurant in general too. I don’t think you will fine any better options to eat in Munich other than this place. All the food are so authentic and delicious. The video speaks better than my words, just look at this.

Had this on my first night in Munich. Had it again the moment I returned back to Munich 10 days later. Get the Fahsa (forgot to take a photo of it) and the gigantic bread! It’s mind blowing!! Mandi is wonderfully flavoured and light. Everything is so so good here.

Sitting and ambiance is good but place was crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was really delicious and in good quantity. Trid Madghout Lamm rice, Fahsa and Briyani. Everything was cooked upto the mark. Rates were relatively much higher compared to other places. I would definitely recommend this place for trying out traditional Yemeni cuisine with many middle eastern traditional dishes.

Economical place. It's just you eat and go, atmosphere is bit untidy but fir the price it's ok. Food is good quality and quantity is good. Tea or Chai is the best i liked very tasty.

The food was super delicious. We ordered a “Hähnchen Mandy” and “Bamia”. Super tasty and the food is served in few minutes after the order, super fast. The chicken was so tender and juicy, same for the meat inside the Bamia. The staff are very friendly as well. Their tea with milk is a whole different story, highly recommended

Have to say that this is my favorite restaurant. The food is great, addictive actually. If I could, I would eat here everyday. Must try is Zurbian Lamm, 10/10. The portion is relatively big. They have chicken, fish and vegetarian menu as well but I think their lamb dishes are the best. Make sure to eat it with Sahawq.

Amazing food, we happened to dine here while hopelessly looking for a place during Eid and we were not disappointed. The banner (menu) is in Arabic but the German one is available inside. The dining area is quite big and extends inward as well, plenty of space for big groups. The food portions are really good and reasonably priced as well. The only other place we could compare it to was the Yemeni food we've had in UAE and it was very authentic.

My recent dining experience at the Yemeni restaurant in Munich left me captivated by the rich flavors, warm ambiance, and a thoughtful touch that truly set it apart. This Yemeni restaurant in Munich is a hidden gem that combines authenticity with heartwarming hospitality. Whether you're a fan of Yemeni cuisine or a curious food enthusiast, this establishment promises a delightful journey for your taste buds. The small prayer room is a beautiful reflection of inclusivity, making it not just a restaurant but a cultural haven in the heart of Munich. 🇾🇪🍽️ #YemeniCuisine #MunichDining #CulinaryJourney

Worth going to for some yummy food! We walked past this restaurant several times and it was always full of people, so we knew we had to try it. Server was super nice and the food came quickly. I ordered Lamm Mandy and the lamb was super tender and delicious.

The dish came out literally under a minute after ordering it. Surprisingly, it was good but the breast was kinda dry. But overall, everything was pretty good and authentic. Huge portions that can easily serve two people.

Absolutely delicious ! I have never had food from Yemen until now. This was so amazing. Make sure to come here. The portions are massive so order less than you think.

This was a wonderful discovery 💯The food was givinggggg… We finished every bit of the perfectly grilled lamb, the locally spiced basmati rice, the minced lamb meat stew that was eaten with chapati bread😋🔥🔥 Ohh the drinks… the lassi was made with thickened mango and the mint wasn’t left behind… I loved every bit of my meal time there… I recommend 110%

Great food that came out very quickly. That is all I can say that was good about this restaurant. The service was probably the worst I have ever received in a restaurant. The server was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even look us in the eye when talking. We don't speak German, so we had to speak in a mix of English and Arabic, and perhaps that's why he was so rude. He ended up serving us a side dish we did not order. When we finished and went to pay, we were charged for the dish even though we didn't order it. We paid anyway. I went back to the table to leave a coin tip. Then when we went to leave, he blocked the door preventing from us leaving and told us we never paid for the bottle of water we ordered, as if we were trying to sneak out when it was he that forgot to put it on the bill. As I pulled out my card to pay for the water, I looked back and saw him immediately walk to our table to take the coin tip and put it in his pocket so that I couldn't take it back. If you're not a local, I would stay far away from this place in case you receive the same disrespectful server.

Food: Great food with big portions. The restaurant has a great quality price ratio. This is the only place that I know which offers authentic food from Gulf countries. I love their Fahsa (16 euro) with bread (2 euro). Service: Service is the worst part of restaurant, but you would not go here for a good service. Atmosphere: In a way the place has an authentic atmosphere, but the downside is the noise. If you are a big group, you can eat in the back side with the reservation. If you look for more authentic atmosphere, that's a nice option. You should make reservation for the back part. Overall I would recommend.

Beautiful place. Food was great. If you are not familiar with the food do some research. But for foodies it’s something COMPLETELY unique and worth trying. Try the SALTA or FAHSA or SHAFOOT. It’s kind of things that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. Prices are good. And staff were friendly. Finish with tea with cardamon.

Food was good specially the beef. Chicken and lamb were okay. The restaurant is in a good location. Reasonable price with good taste of spice and variety of flavors. One remark for the staff: The waiter was not listening properly or there might be language barrier for him. We had to go in the front to tell him. He behaved very rudely when he came to us before we left. There might be some minimum manners to deal with customers.

An authentic Yemeni experience in Munich! This restaurant is so delicious and the dishes we tried were on point. I recommend trying the Yemeni Fool (Fava beans), one of my favourite dishes. We have also ordered the Mathbi Lamb, which was fantastic.
