I have bought take out from this place a couple of times and was disappointed each time! It's expensive and the food is almost inedible. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The worst Indian restaurant in Munich. Waiters are not friendly at all. The meat was not cooked well. Their first priority is always the orders via the Lieferando etc. The customers in the restaurant are not welcome. No smile, no welcome, no good bye... It is too light like a fast food restaurant, the ambiance is not similar to the other restaurants. But the prices are as high as the other, good Indian restaurants. Long story short: Bad food, bad waiters, bad ambiance, high prices.

Ich habe eine Bestellung für zwei bei Groupon gekauft. Wir gingen mit meinem Sohn. Essen war großartig. Der Ort war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden abgereist. Wir gingen zur Bushaltestelle, um nach Hause zurückzukehren. einem Kellner, der hinter uns rannte, weil Sie die Rechnung nicht bezahlt hatten, versuchten wir zu erklären, dass wir die Zahlung mit Groupon getätigt haben. Leider sprach die Mitarbeiterin kein Deutsch und Englisch. Wir mussten den ganzen Weg zurück laufen. Wir wollten ins Restaurant gehen und den anderen Mitarbeitern, die Deutsch sprechen, die Situation erklären, aber sie entschuldigten sich und sagten, es sei ein Fehler. Wir haben den Bus verpasst, wir sind spät nach Hause gekommen. Ich fange gut an, aber es war ein Sonntagabend, der schlecht endete.

Worst place I ever ordered food from. I ordered a vegetarian dish, and they sent me chicken which took me a while to even understand. The delivery was also late. Money wasted and day spoilt, will never order again.

This restaurant serves delicious Indian food. The menu has soups, salads, appetizers, bread specialties, fish, duck, chicken, lamb, beef, vegetarian dishes, Biryani reis specialties and desserts. The service is very friendly and quick. They also have lunch specials. Definitely recommended if you like Indian food!

Kind staff , speak good english The butter chicken is delicious we were 3 person that we try it and we like it 😋 Also the masala chicken is good The butter nan is yummy 😍 The salad is good normal salad The biryani is so delicious 👌🏼👏🏼 I recommend this restaurant and it’s halal We came the day after to eat the butter chicken

One of the best Indian food in Munich, the staff super friendly and specially Mr. Ravi who welcomed us and served us in exceptional way. The food was good and authentic I really recommend it.

One of the worst Indian foods I ever had. The rice was not fresh, the chicken was dry. The lamb biryani was not fresh at all. The taste of this food was totally off and it didn’t smell fresh.

Personal unfreundlich. Ich habe Pommes bestellt, da ich scharfe Gewürze nicht vertrage. Ich wurde ausgelacht, obwohl es dort Pommes gab. Das war mir total unangenehm und der Kellner hörte nicht auf. Stattdessen bekam ich ein Reis Gericht mit einer scharfen Soße. Hat mir natürlich nicht geschmeckt. Aber ich habe probiert. Voller Preis für den Reis und die Soße wurde abgezogen, obwohl ich nur 2 Löffel probiert hatte. Ich hatte natürlich immer noch Hunger. Pommes habe ich aber nicht bekommen. Ich war nur zu Liebe meines Freundes mit, weil er dort gerne essen wollte. Aber wenn man nicht das zu essen bekommt was man bestellt finde ich das schon eine Frechheit. Fazit = nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Wir waren spontan dort essen! Unser Hotel lag direkt ggü. und wir hatten Lust auf indisch! Das Lokal war gut besucht und wir wurden freundlich begrüßt! Das Essen war bei beiden leider nur lauwarm aber noch in Ordnung! Ansonsten zu empfehlen und geschmacklich lecker.

Used to be better. The vegetarian Thali gets more expensive each time and doesn't come with naan. 3 different slops same color for 23 euros. Server unfriendly. No thank you or goodbye. Rip-off

Ours was a takeout order. Ordered mix starter veg. I purposely told them veg two times. But once we reached home and checked we were given non veg starter. Disappointed…..will never visit again. Being a vegetarian household it was very depressing for us.

Even though the staff were really nice and professional but it was one of the worst Indian foods I have had in Munich. I ordered lamb tikka masala but I was super disappointed. To be fair, we ordered starters as well and they were really good

It was the horrible food I ever had in an Indian restaurant. The Samosa was uncooked and the filling was not fresh. The taste was very bland. The service staff treats Indians as second class customers. I was asked to seat inside and not outside because I'm an Indian and can bear the heat (very stereotypical behavior). The only good thing was water, and lettuce :-)

The food was nothing too special. The paneer was stiff, the gravy was chunky and not smooth as you'd expect of a Butter Masala. The prices were largely overpriced. If you are really hungry and can't do without, but feel like having Indian food (as I was), then by all means go here.

War gestern zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant und war von dem Essen sehr begeistert. Ich liebe indische Küche und das Essen hier gehört aus meiner Sicht zu den Besseren. Die Karte ist sehr vielfältig und bietet eigentlich alle gängigen indischen Speisen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die vielfältige Auswahl an Naan Broten. Der einzige Kritikpunkt aus meiner Sicht ist, dass das Ambiente im Restaurant sehr neutral ist und keinen Bezug zur Region herstellt durch Gestaltung des Gastraums. Dafür ist alles sehr modern und auch die Sanitäranlagen sind top gepflegt.

I liked the food. The portions were reasonably sized. I particularly liked the rice, it was better than the average. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well. Service was good, they were very attentive and checked every once in a while if we needed something.

We really loved our visit to Sangam Restaurant. The ambience was very nice, food was fresh and delicious and their service were great. Especially Mr. Ravi, who took care of our service knows his job very well. We will for sure, keep visiting!

Food was very delicious especially the samosas! We had Groupon and it worked out very easy. Service was very friendly. In all we had good time in this restaurant.

We went there with Indian friends and they helped us to choose the right dishes and special hidden things on the menu. The food was really tasty and we enjoyed it! The Alu Baigan with smoked aubergines and the stuffed parathi bread were delicious. The ambiente is probably too cold and modern.

We ordered 2 lunches dishes, Lamb and duck, plus Indian bread. Both are delicious, my lamb meat tasted a bit mild !! I must agree with another commentator that no matter what you ordered the taste is very similar, no excitement !!

Dal Makhni was awesome. Veg biryani could be better. But the staff was courteous. Should work on increasing the occupancy it really brings up the atmosphere.

Great food, must try! I was here in Munich with my parents who are visiting me from India. They wanted to try some nice Indian food and Sangam live upto their expectations. The food was great and in good quantity sand so was the staff, super nice and gentle. Would highly recommend it.

Expensive for the quantity of food they serve. Had ordered the same items at Bombay tandoori in Rosenheimer str. where the food was more in quantity, delicious and the price was half that of Sangam's. Also, did not like their hospitality.
