Ordered sushi via Uber eats, expensive and low quality. Small portions.

2 for 1 Uber eats scam. 17€ for a portion size smaller than a normal appetizer. It tasted fine but hard to rate the food when there is almost no food there… If you read this do not order food here… not worth it

Known for its delivery and take away, Shizoo has now also some tables to eat in house. Taste as usual: very yummy! Sushi, Bowls, Soup, Mocchi and Ben & Jerry Ice Cream.

I ordered from Lieferando and before the order it showed 30-55 minutes to receive the food. After the order it showed 60 minutes. After 1 hour I called Shizoo they said the food was on it's way. It arrived 1 hour later. In total it took almost 2 hours from the order. This isn't acceptable. The food wasn't so great considering also the high price.

The Sushi is good but the local restaurant option is a pure fake. I just arrived at 21:30 and although the restaurant closes at 22:30, I've been told that they are not serving any guests although all tables were empty. Another time I went there with a friend in the afternoon and the staff told us that it would take *really long* to serve us, so basically another kind of saying: "just take a hike and do not disturb us at work!"🙄

We ordered this sushi based on the positive reviews on liferando. The package appeared to be appealing and promising. But after tasting it, I realized it was the worst sushi I'd ever had! We ordered two boxes of sushi and I was sorely disappointed. The rice's consistency was poor, and I'd rather not even mention the taste...

First of all, waited almost 3x the delivery time mentioned upfront. Second, the hot dishes were cold. Third, the sushi had a bad taste. Tossed 50 bucks in the bin. Don't order here... ever..

Wow. The best sushi experience I've had in Germany. The rolls are creative, and carefully crafted. Many have 5 or more ingredients. I highly recommend. Also, given that we're in Germany, I find the prices reasonable for such high quality plus delivery.

I've ordered food a couple of times and it was nothing exceptional but within the norm. The last time, though, I had a bad customer experience: not only the order arrived with considerable delay but something was missing from it! I sent an email after a few minutes attaching a photo but they simply didn't care. They replied mentioning that the order was delivered correctly and everything was there (which was not true!). They lost a customer for a couple of euros.

We ordered food at the table. After 30 minutes my wife was still not served. The gentleman at the counter let us know that they had many deliveries to take care, the kitchen was closed,and we could no longer be served. All with no apologies. I could not believe anything like this could happen in a restaurant

Great and inexpensive place. High quality sushi with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

In my Opinion- it’s the best sushi company we have in munich 😍 so many options and you can mix what ever together. For a vegan it’s just heaven!!!

TLDR: the bag the food was packed in disintegrated in less than a block. I messed up and didn't account for rain, but the staff looked at me with distain and didn't offer any help. My friend and I ordered take out from here. My friend did the ordering. They only took paypal(?) rather than a card. I opted to walk the 20 min there as it would be the same time it took to be ready. It had been raining off and on throughout the day, but i had my trusty raincoat, so i thought i would be fine. The rain picked up on my journey, and i got there soaked. It was still raining a bit. They had the food packed in a paper bag. It had logo printing throughout, so i assumed it was wax coated. It was not. They knew i was a tourist from my language. They knew i walked there, as i was dripping wet, and i had said as such. But they did not offer a better carring bag for the food. I do understand that there is a culture difference on one use plastics, and they may very well had nothing to give me. But that they didnt tell me that their bag would disintegrate in less than a block was somewhat cruel in my opinion. I opted to fold my raincoat in a way to carry the food, but it was not enough. The soups were gonners. Most of the paperboard containers were utterly destroyed. Most of the food was still ok, if a bit sodden. I know this is a cultural difference that I was unaware of. That i should have brought my own water resistant bag. And i don't mean to be a rude customer, but the looks they gave me made me feel like they knew I would lose the food on the way back to the hotel. My friend at least enjoyed their food. They orded vegetarian and vegan options. My fish was ok, but nothing to write home about. I do really appreciate that German law keeps dyes out of my fish, though.

The delivery was quick but the sushi really wasn’t that good. The rice was mushy and it tasted sort of stale, maybe like it had been pre-made earlier in the day rather than fresh-rolled. I was expecting better from the pictures and reviews.

Terrible customer service and quality! We ordered sushi through Uber eats and we got a totally wrong order from Wolt. When we called them, the operator wasted a lot of our time just to say he can't do anything and adding a new order would take more than two hours. They did not send us our order and we had to eat the ones that we got which were not of good taste and quality. This was the first and the last time that I order from them!

My all time favorite sushi delivery. They have one of the very best sushi in Munich. I love their springroll sushi. What an invention! Everything is fresh, well-prepared and perfectly packed. On top of that the delivery is extremely quick. I would give it 6 stars over even more if I could.

We love to order here! The delivery time takes between 60-90 mins, this could be perceived very long, but if you know that’s fine :)

Always fresh and delicious, my favorite is the spicy salmon poke . Portions are small in respective to the price.

My favourite so far the poke volcano, simply sensational An explosion of tastes layered and combined archiving the perfect taste harmony got me so inspired that I couldn't just write a basic review. Yet to try more from this restaurant, definitely worth its price!
