I'm very sorry to leave a bad review, the restaurant was ok. But we had a bad experience with them, a friend got hurt, very badly, (with the menu outside the restaurant, flew away, right in the face of my friend, causing her a long cut on the eye) the only thing they were able to say was "I'm sorry" nothing else. I had to go and buy stuff to clean the wound before they didn't had anything in the emergency kit, they didn't even proposed to pay for the medication, just to drop her off at the hospital.

The Ham and mushroom pizza is good. But the pasta is salty and smells strange.

A nice and cozy Italian restaurant near Hauptbahnhof. Food and atmosphere was great, although we had to wait for a bit longer than usually.

No idea how this place has 4.9 stars. I ordered penne al arrabiata. The penne was out of a packet. Very chewy. Hardly any seasoning. Super disappointed. Nice ambience though. Wouldn't go back

Very disappointing experience. We felt like a plate of pasta after a few days of eating German food and stopped by this place as reviews looked good. Bad idea. We ordered 2 small fizzy apple soda as per the menu, and he got us large drinks which obviously cost double and which were not listed on the menu. 2 plates of pasta took AN HOUR to arrive as there was a birthday party and staff was busy, we didnt say anything about this cause we accepted they would be busy. Moroever, pasta arrived really bland and tasteless, which was not good when paying 15 euros for a plate of pasta al ragu. To top it all off, after eating, we went to pay and the host told us that the price does not include tips, and he automatically inserted another 3 euros service charge (not exactly tips) with our order when we paid by card! I honestly think this guy took advantage of us because we spoke Italian and thought that we would accept the service charge, when we know this is not paid in Munich and from the reviews it does not seem that anyone else was charged a service charge apart from us! I sincerely do not recommend to anyone to visit this place!

Probably overrated given the current 4.5. If you're more interested in food and cuisine and would want a high quality culinary experience this is not it, but it is certainly a restaurant that many will enjoy. It's a good place to bring kids. At the least I will say, I cannot recommend the risottos- in a large party we had 4 orders of risotto, all were poorly cooked. The pizza dough, as well, was lacking.

Great pizza but double check your order if getting takeaway. A pasta dish was full of water in the container and they first tried to say it was the sauce, then remade, and rudely slid the bag across the counter.

Pizza was good but the pasta were salty. Ive ordered a soup as a starter and a main course a pasta. But they came both at a same time.

Great little family friendly place down the street from the hotel we stayed at. Excellent pasta dishes! I had the saffron risotto which was simple but nice. My kids the carbonara which was amazing as well as the Cacio e pepe. Pizzas here are excellent as well!

On our trip across Europe, it is safe to say that this restaurant rivaled all of the Italian restaurants we went to in Italy. Remarkable pizza and Italian dishes!

Lunch was yummy. Even through I didn’t see It on the menu I asked for lasagna and they said yes. Well laid out and very tasty. My daughter had plain spaghetti which she enjoyed as well. They has just opened for lunch so it was quiet but they were fast and attentive to us.

My wife and I were craving Italian food one night in Munich, and stopped in to Vi Vadi Rustico for dinner. We got there before the dinner rush began, and luckily didn't need a reservation. The ambiance of the restaurant is nicely put together and it compliments the food well. There is a beautiful pizza oven and bar that is visible to the majority of the dining room. The service is great; the staff is very attentive and are multi-lingual. The menu is extensive and can be a bit overwhelming if you're starving, as everything is mouth-watering, but it's full of great options, including, pasta, risotto, meat, fish, and pizza. There is also a healthy beverage menu including wine, beer, liquor, coffee, and non-alcoholic options. We had the carpaccio and bruschette to start, and the tagliatelle con ragu alla bolognese and pasta al forno for our entrees, with a bottle of Lambrusco. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions are sized correctly. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience at Vi Vadi Rustico. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend stopping in.

Mediocre Italian food. Same chain Ottantonove really good. Watch out: they add tip automaticly as "trinkgeld" in your invoice. Independent if you like the service or not. Very untypical in Germany.

Good Italian restaurant, they offer gluten free pizza for those who needs it, orders during prime time may take a while to serve.

Excellent food. Very high quality. Don't be fooled by the interior decorations and outside which don't do justice to the quality of food and service. This place is Hidden gem and people should know about it.

As a rule, I don’t write reviews, I read them. This place exceeded my expectations when ordering via Uber Eats. After a long day of work and travel and still dragging from horrible jet lag, my only goal when ordering was to get half decent Italian and crash in my hotel room. Suffice to say my meal was well more than half decent. I ordered the tortellini with prosciutto and antipasto salad. Threw in a bottle of wine because #friday. Whole ticket came to €39 after an American sized tip for my Uber delivery person. I’m stuffed and looking forward to cold pasta leftovers for breakfast. Yum!

I ordered in Wolt. They called me before and I said I will wait by Monopteros (I ordered about 8 pizzas). I was there the whole time. The order never changed status to on delivery. My signal was poor while they call me to arrange a different meeting point that the agreed one. They left without writing the Wolt tech support (who contacted me and I immediately answer) after I was able to contact the joint, they said that I should have waited in the parking lot. They were very rude and they refused to deliver again or pick up. Never again

Amazing food, great service, good price we were delighted. We booked last minute, they found a place to store our bogey, the service was amazing, courteous and speedy. The seafood risotto was great and the pasta with truffle amazing. We truly recommend this place.

Not amazing in terms of food and service but definitely very nice overall. I would come again if I were searching for Italian cuisine close to the main station.

Really enjoyed their housemade gluten free pizza, with was prepared and delivered on an individual aluminum tray to prevent cross contamination. The vegan cheese on the pizza wasn’t great - but that’s not their fault, I just appreciate them having a vegan cheese option for those with dairy and gluten allergies. The gluten free pasta and dessert were also excellent!

We happened to be staying across from this restaurant during our stay in Munich. After tasting many Schnizels over the last 9 days a nice cozy lunch was in order. We walked in around 2 pm and had a wonderful meal. Service was fantastic, the restaurant ambiance just right and the food reasonably priced and delicious. Stone oven pizza and some nicely prepared salmon with salads. Very much worth a stop while you are Munich to taste some different fare while in Germany. Yummy.
