The name lohari traces back its roots to the Urdu word" Lohar" which means blacksmith . it is also busy market area of the city. You can enter inner city area through this gate . I reached here by taking route of dolat gate. It is basically part of old city. You can hardly find public transport better to go on personal vehicle.
