The stay was great. Everything from front desk to room service experience was great. The first hotel room that was allocated was not up to the mark and it was changed very quickly. So, thank you for that. Also, we had to organize office party and Arman Parmar at ARK helped immensely. He went above and beyond to make everything so special. He helped coordinate with other departments too when we needed help. When everything is great then it takes something really special to make something extraordinary. Arman did add that extra value to make the entire experience superb. I wish to thank the entire team for great time.

Very close to the airport. Amazing staff. Very helpful and polite. Check in check out was quick. I checked out early in the morning. There was a guest ahead of me. As soon as I got in the line the staff opened up an additional counter to help me check out which was a very nice gesture. Food was nice and warm. The hotel is close to the metro and travelling is easy from this place. The area around the is busy and safe area.

The hotel was amazing! I loved the room and the washroom. The bed was soft and comfortable and almost every amenity was provided. Though I wish they had also provided a microwave in the room. Another best part of the hotel was its swimming pool which was clean and well-maintained. It was also not deep, making it easy for everyone to swim in it. I loved the swimming pool and spent most of my time there. The gym was also great with all the modern equipments and a trainer. The best part was their service as they listened to you and were not negligent on safety and security. They also sometimes went out of their way to help and serve us which I loved. The view from my room was not so great, but that was okay. The location of hotel was good since it was near Mumbai Airport. The food was also amazing as you can see from the photos that I uploaded. Altogether, it was an amazing stay and I would love to stay there again one day.

It is always good to be a courtyard as it is just a stones throw away from my office. Nice copy room with master beds to just sink in after a day's and night's of working. They do have lavish spreads but what I always feel is the lack of the taste as many or most of the items have a bland pallet maybe for their international guest and probably the reason for a 4.5 rating from me. Dessert counter is a bit downsized due to the pandemic as those where my go to place always

The only reason I’m giving it a two star is because the front desk managers and team were helpful and courteous. They belong to a much superior hotel! House keeping and maintenance of the hotel is very poor. Room and shower areas were not cleaned from previous guests staring and we had had requested to shift to another room. Ultimately we left the hotel in a few hours and paid overrated price for it. Such a shame as this hotel brings the Marriott prestige name down

Location is very convenient for me and my family as we used both the international and domestic airports for travel to/from Mumbai and internally within India. We booked Ark2.0 for our corporate outing on our Company Founder’s Day. It was the worst ever experience. Price: (1 star) Prices are similar to other club/lounge packages. Quality not worth the price. DJ Music: (negative star) The songs played were super old. On our request for change, we were told that once special DJ arrives (started playing at 11:30pm), the place will vibe-up. To our nightmare the special DJ was 40s age Lady who continued playing the same Old music (ones that reminds you of a bus-trip) Food & Drinks: (1 star) We were told that kitchen for food will that be same of Marriott and we expected quality. Starters had a lot of salt in it. Chinese main course too had a lot of salt. We only liked Gulab-Jamun. We had booked a special area (to be separated by barricades) & 2 bouncers (1 male & 1 female) - after few hours, the barricade was gone & so were the bouncers. Walk-in crowd started getting into our zone where our food & drinks were kept. Worst, our team members lost 2 mobile phones as well. Conclusion: Please do not book Ark for corporate outings or any celebration. We booked it as a club; it is a lounge that gets converted to a club (there are better lounges which get converted into clubs). This should be the last option to choose (with a lot of compromises).

City view is slum view. No place to dry cloths. Receptionist should be polite and friendly. Not allowing checkin when all the persons booked for the room are not present, should allow. They are expected to customer friendly and should care comforts of customers more.

The accommodation and the services was very good. The breakfast every more is great too. Try out the cold coffee post breakfast. :) I've felt disappointed about the dinners there. Not upto the mark. Could be better. On feedback, the chef tried to fix the dish. So full marks for the intention.

It was wonderful going back to a 5* hotel after over 1.5 year of the lockdown. Warm, helpful and friendly staff. Add to it the huge, clean and well-maintained ambience, it was great. The lunch buffet is also boasts of huge spread of salads, chat, mains and desserts.

What's not to like here, apart from covid related shutdowns. The place offers good prompt service. The virtual mobile key was quite handy and 24*7 fromt desk definitely helped. Proximity to T2 and other happening places is a plus.

Had been here for a business meeting. I know the place as this is a regular spot for me. The staff has always been gracious and helpful. The security is never relaxed. They do an amazing job. The front desk is very polite and helpful. The facilities are good and in the pandemic situation they have really brought in the best ways to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast spread has been their strong hold and the service is good. It's a great place to caught up on some breakfast and meet a client. I strongly suggest this place for meetings over a coffee or a meal.

The location is very convenient as it is 2km from airport. The hotel overall is very pleasant the service is really fast and welcoming. The rooms are nice and airy with very nice quality of the materials inside. However do note that this is a non smoking hotel which was a bummer for me so I had to go out everytime I wanted a smoke. The breakfast spread is very nice you get a mix of continental and local food. However the dinner spread was not that great and the lack of non veg options was disappointing from Marriott . My overall stay was really great here.

As the image of Courtyard is outside, the experience is a bit different from inside. I always thought (I don’t know why) Courtyard is a little downgraded (Brand B) brand by the Marriott. But the first impression was pleasant, and it felt like being in a premium property. Starting from the entrance gate, to the lobby, to the cafe, to the washrooms. I could feel it was no less. Haven’t really got a chance to stay here, but whenever I do, I will share my experience here.

Very poor service and quality of food! I was there at the only restaurant option available with friends for a dinner. Because wedding in the hotel - lobby was too much chaotic! There were big signs all around about mask being compulsory in the lobby - it was possibly not applicable to the marriage party at all! O one had their mask on and hotel authorities were simply watching it! We order food - which was served after three people came to confirm what we ordered and food was served almost after one hour and ten minutes! Quality and taste was not at all expected at Marriott. Hot & Sour soup was so bad - one can hardly recognise it as to what it was! It was anything but Hot & Sour Soup! So were stir fried vegetables. Best part was only Fresh Lime with Soda and virtually all of us had multiple of it to complete our dinner! Please improve !

Nice place to be when in city, Although we were the for a Christmas staycation, but stay was very comfortable and memorable. Rooms are cozy and well maintained, staff is very friendly and food was awesome with good variety in breakfast, which was the most enjoyable part of our entire stay. Wonderful Place!!! We had a Team Lunch for about 50 people at the Momo Café and everyone absolutely loved the experience there. The food was delicious, wonderful spread, and great service. In keeping with the COVID norms, we had a well spaced out section allocated for us and we had a wonderful time mingling with each other. Thanks once again to the staff at Café momo!!!

Review of UMMRAO RESTAURANT IN COURTYARD BY MARRIOT Want to feel like royalty like the Awadhi Nawabs ? Or even better feast like them !? Then go to Ummrao , a beautiful restaurant tucked on the first floor of the Courtyard Marriot in Mumbai ! The interiors , the vibe and the whole set up was warm and inviting and our table was beautiful! I especially loved the pretty chandelier there ( yes I notice small details like this and the restaurant has given great attention to every detail !) Ambience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We had the full 6 course winter menu meal ! They have veg and non veg set menus as well as you can order A La Carte ! The whole meal has been well curated and tasted so good that the flavors are still lingering ! The mocktails were beautifully presented and my personal favorite was the Ba Dastoor — a muddled concoction of tamarind , lime, mint , and ginger ale ! We tried the Ananas gajar soup ( carrot pineapple soup ) which was the right tangy a little bit sweet and satisfying flavors ! The second course was the succulent Shalgam ( turnip ) tikki and the corn fenugreek Sheekh was my favorite! Then came the singhada khichda with the kairi paneer which I finished till the last bite ! The earthiness of the khichda and the raw mango flavor in the paneer came together so well ! Next course was the most perfect khameeri roti and naan along with melt in the mouth lauki peas koftas with garlic spinach dal !! So warm so homely ! The Kathal biryani will make even the hardcore nonveg lovers happy ! We are veg and we were super happy ! The dessert was the showstopper beetroot cranberry halwa and the kulfi which we loved ! Food 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The service was impeccable with attention to sanitization. The staff was courteous and attentive ! A special shout-out to Vardhan and Neha for being so good to us ! As soon as you enter this place, the decor already gives you a pleasant feeling. The rooms were neat too. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool area when I decided to take an early morning dip. The buffet spread was pretty diverse and tasty for most part of it. The service staff keeps checking in if you require any help from them, so that was another plus. This place is pretty close to terminal 2 and ideal for someone who needs to stay close to the airport.

Great place close to the airport. Rooms are nice, roomy and spacious. Breakfast is pretty good, with a wide spread, and tastes nice. Service is a bit slow at the rooms. TV remote wasn't working in the room, and despite calling reception, no one showed up. Even when I ordered ready desert, it took more than 40 mins for them to get it. Apart from this, everything was good.

We stayed here for 4 nights and liked it to quite an extent. The room we didn't get initially to our liking so they took a bit of time but changed it. Then the room that we got was OK too, with an OK sort of view. The problem was there was some smell in the corridor. The room was OK too. The bed the bath all ok. Nothing compared to the same brand which we witnessed in Baroda few days earlier. However the service both in room and specially at the breakfast table every morning was exceptionally efficient and we really loved the way they took care of not only us but all guests. The gym instructors were also very knowledgeable and well trained. Overall a good experience staying here and would consider staying here again too.

Attended a Party at their banquet "Amber". The food was OK, nothing great to speak about but palatable. Desserts were overtly sweet, They could have been a tad bit less sweet then they would have tasted better. Space was ample for about 250-300 guests. 500 guests became very crowded.

Courtyard by Marriott is one of the best hotels to stay in. Great food and ambience. Rooms are comfortable and hospitality is great. Do try the in house restaurant on the ground floor. Located in Andheri East next to the airport. It is my preferred choice for Business Hotels next to the airport.

Honestly, for the price it's being sold, the room looks quote simple. rest of the things are good. Near and clean, polite staffs, check in was smooth. The person at the t of check in explained everything in details....the buffet breakfast was elaborate. Airport is 20 min drive from the hotel.

This is a nice hotel, good staff, and very clean. The restaurants have a huge selection of food, the concierge took good care of my needs, and check-in/out process was as smooth as one could hope for. If I take another trip to Mumbai, I'll be staying here. My room had hot showers, wall outlets that accommodated my electric plugs, and plenty of bottled water.
