Rooms can be far better maintained, especially bed can be placed better and changed as well. Breakfast spread needs immediate improvement.

I was in the hotel during covid times for my quarantine as per my company rules in sept 2021 . The hotel seems old and overcharging just for the location as it is near to the airport as it takes just 15 mins to the airport. As such the food was just okish nothing special about the food. I was under quarantine so I have to eat cheap food given by the hotel staff and frankly speaking 5 days of quarantine food was too much for me and definitely I won't go to this hotel for booking ever.

Check in and check out smooth, strictly a budget hotel with limited options.meals very spicy for me. Staff polite and cooperative. Rooms and furniture, AC TV old,sometimes malfunction. OK ok types.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite average. The staff was friendly but not particularly memorable, and the room was decent but nothing exceptional. I got to know about this hotel when i searched on google maps. Because it was near the airport, the price was affordable and had great reviews , i decided to book a room in this hotel for 2 people. My personal experience was really great with this hotel as the service provided by the staff is great, the rooms are clean and especially the washroom is very clean and hygienic. Still some little things need improvement , like the door of my bathroom needs to be changed as it has become old. But as the overall experience was really good, i would surely recommend this hotel to anyone if you want a hotel room near the airport.

Regent hotel is an affordable hotel, located very close to the Chakala metro station. Good behaviour of staff ,staff is very understanding and polite.Hotel staff are helpful and soft-spoken. Lunch was very good. The rooms are clean and hygienic , I recommend once you staff there. I highly recommend it please visit once Yes it's very comfortable.

Kind and friendly staff, from the moment I arrived they made me feel home. Special thanks to Chef Bharat Singh, Chef Madan Singh and Chef Ram singh, were so kind that they even arranged out of the menu food for my 3 year old kid. The location is also fantastic, just 3-4 kms away from the airport, and with easy access to nearby attractions. I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I cannot wait to return !

Bathroom lock don't work. Hot water only comes with high temperature no cold water. Breakfast here is only good. Near to airport. View feels like living in a concrete jungle

Very neat rooms. Convenient for a family. V have booked 3 rooms for 5 days. Our stay was so good. Airport pick up is available. Late night checkin also there. But only drawback is v have to book for previous day also. Becoz checkin time is 11 am. So 1 day payment is totally waste for us since we checked in at 1 am. The hotel surrounding location is not good. Nearby u have many tea shops, restaurants and street foods Neat and convenient room. Friendly staff in restaurants and for room service. They have fulfilled all the needs. Very good service overall

Honestly I was more than impressed with this hotel. We booked two rooms for 5 nights and both rooms were very well maintained (minus one imaginery star because the bathroom in one bedroom didn't have mirror and hair dryer like the other room did). All the staff was very friendly and helpful (the housekeeping esp and the man who heads the dining). What I was surprised with was the food. Most hotels I have observed, barring the 5 star ones, do not have very good dining or if they do they are super expensive. But whoever the chef was at Regent, please pay my compliments, they were very good. We esp enjoyed the breakfasts and all the chicken dishes. Food was very affordable too. It cost us only about 7k for 5 days (breakfast+dinner) for 4 people, it's unreal! We really got a steal deal at this hotel for the services they provided, esp during Diwali time. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay!

I have been staying in this property for more than 20 years, but lately the rooms are needing a lot of work, which they have started ( it seems so with the noise during the day. I guess the major culprit is the pandemic and the lockdowns Praying that it regains it's old charm and ambience.

Nothing fancy budget hotel in one of the prime areas of Mumbai. Rooms are small but we'll maintained. Best for budget conscious travellers and for business meet ups in the city.

Its a 3 Star hotel on Kondivita Lane. Staff is very helpful and cooperating. Wifi available. In house restaurant available. Rooms are neat,bright, clean with basic amenities like locker, personal fridge, coffee maker.

Classy three star hotel located in Andheri East just off Andheri-Kurla road. Parking available. Attention to hygiene was adequate and service was fairly quick. Staff is courteus. No gym or swimming pool. Some appliances in the room may not work, but if you inform the staff the issue is resolved quickly. All major credit and debit cards accepted. Check-in and check-out time is 12 pm.
