It was not a pleasant stay, both rooms had very bad odour, hot water was a problem every day, you had stand in the tub and have bath, it is dangerous to senior citizens. On the of exit the room boys, who did nothing, wait for tips, management should discourage this practice.

We had such a bad experience in Bawa Suits. We booked 2 nights but due to a change in our flight had to cancel the second night. They made us pay anyway, but not only that but also we asked for early check in the first day, because we landed in Mumbay at 7.00h, and we got charged one full night just to rest few hours. The room was available and we had to pay the full price. Most of the hotels in the world let you doing the early check in without extra charge if the room is available (that was the case). So finally, we end up sleeping one night and were charged 2 nights and a half, after a strong discussion, because they wanted to charge us 3 full nights. Not only that but also the hotel is quite tacky for you paid comparing it to the standards in India. Not recomended at all.

Had booked the room days prior for 3 people. The hotel didn’t say that 1 girl and 2 boys are not allowed. As we went there the receptionist were nice in the beginning. Later when they found out it’s 1 girl and 2 boys they didn’t allow us a room that made me a bit confused as they allow couples so why can’t just “FRIENDS” go. One receptionist was still nice the other one gave weird looks that made me uncomfortable. But in the end we went to a 5 star hotel cause the rates were good as this hotel didn’t give us a room. Nor only the hotel accept our booking they upgraded our room and they were polite too.

It is everything you would expect for a 3 star hotel. This place is clean, the staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The location couldn’t be better for me. The street outside and surrounding streets have everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The cafe and Bawa Kitchen room service is brilliant. Laundry service is affordable and convenient. I am loving my stay.

I had Booked room using happy easy go. Website took money and confirmed the booking. But the hotel staff refused to give me the room stating about some discrepancy about tariff and After 15 calls to happy easy go my booking was cancelled at 9.30 pm ....I had to wait at the reception from 3.30 pm to 9.30 pm waiting for my room... Kindly don't do business with such websites and just for 500 rs don't loose your customers...Terrible Experience.

My stay at the Bawa Suites hotel in Khar West was terrific. I stayed here for 3 weeks and to say I was treated with such kindness is an understatement. The staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk personnelle to the kitchen staff and room service waiters was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel for my stay in Mumbai. I was a little skeptical when I arrived, but was treated with kindness from Harish at the front desk. Even though it was late, he asked if I wanted something to eat and promptly ordered Chicken Biryani to be delivered to my room. It wasn't but about 10 minutes when my order arrived and it was delicious. If you need a hotel in the Khar West section of Mumbai, take a look at this place, you won't be disappointed.

One of the best hotel experience so far in Mumbai!!!! I had been to mumbai for my US visa interview! This hotel is located nearby US consulate!!! I had not booked the hotel earlier because of no proper knowledge regarding the place but the fabexpress customer executive helped me to find the hotel nd the staff were so good that they provided us early checkin around 4a.m there was hassle free checkin done by staff the guy from kundapur karnataka!!! The owner Mr. Ajit shetty was so down to earth!!! Helped us in so many ways!!! Explained about nearby places!! Also regarding US consulate!! We were late for breakfast due to interview still provided us tea nd snacks as per our request!! Later after the checkout helped alot to provide a room to get freshened up!!! As we had our train!!! Room was so good!! Only the problem was with geyser there was no continue flow of hot water!!!! Nd other thing is the huge mirror beside the bed please try to avoid that one not necessary! small mirror in the room is more than enough!!!other than that everything was great!!! I stayed at hotel bawa for two weeks getting dental surgery at dentzz. My room was always clean,the bed was good,the food was great,and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to any one wanting a good stay. They made me feel at home.

Reception staff seems friendly but too laid back in terms of providing service. Despite of giving them 5-6 reminders, room used to get cleaned at 5 pm. Room size is good and location too convenient

We’re do you start with a hotel under going renovations. Power tools from 7am- 7pm , make shift court yard on the Main Street very noisy hotel. Waiting staff amazing though they can’t do enjoy for you . Very average management, was offered no wifi and had to inquire restaurant hours . In all my stay very very average for the money spent

From the warm welcome at the Valet, (did not get his name) and front door (Bellhop Sanchit,) and then from the front desk (Mr Naninder Singh, Suresh & Harish.) The meticulous attention to detail by the housekeeping staff, such as: checking if we needed water bottles, towels, and toilet paper, went above and beyond expectations. We were in Mumbai just for a night and wanted a comfortable stay in the Bandra are. Google helped me as always and I booked this property. It was the correct decision as we had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely fantastic, being on the main road, one just can't miss this. The check on process was super smooth and the room was super nice, spacious and well designed. We had a wonderful time. The breakfast at their Origin cafe in the basement was a well laid out buffet with enough options, all of which were delicious and filling. That was the perfect meal after my long walk to the Carter Road Promenade. All in all, a memorable stay albeit very short but would remain fresh forever. Thanks to the entire team of Hotel Bawa Suites for their gracious service and hospitality.

Rooms were clean, no restautant but food was good. Geyser and TV werent working, when asked a person came to check but couldn't figure out the problem. He said he will arrange for a technician who never showed up nor we got any intimation.

Poor process of booking. We had booked multiple rooms and had paid more than half of the total amount, and one ce we reached there, they told us that the rooms aren't available. Took a lot of calls and chaos for hours to finally get the rooms. Even though we had spoken to all the managers, we were again asked to check out early since the other staff members weren't informed that we received our rooms very late. I still gave 2 stars for the ambience, the room service and most importantly amazing food.

Thieves!! The Valet Driver stole my car charger and complete hotel staff is denying it. The security agrees that the car was handled by multiple people! A lady abusing, screaming and shouting at 1am in the night. The hotel staff did nothing for about 1hour. Small rooms. Limited breakfast menu, with low taste.

The place is tiny , like you won't even know there's hotel Bawa here. But rooms were amazing for price, very neat and clean. Just one issue, they have a pathetic guy on counter, has no manners and talks to customers like they are asking for favour from him. I have visited Bawa in juhu which has comparatively better staff.

A special mention goes to the incredible kitchen downstairs that provides and serves the breakfast The range of food really lovely and staff happy to make our omelette and poached eggs each morning. The dining room is kept clean and fresh I really have to praise the staff highly in the dining room which was Dilip and Stephen and Oliver and Devram , all are such gentlemen and a credit to their employer, thank you all for being so lovely to us Overall a pleasant stay whilst dental work was being performed close by

Wonderful stay, would definitely go back. Be mindful that executive room is smaller than a deluxe room. And there are no king beds as advertised by the hotel.

My check in timing is 12 pn and they give me checking 45 minutes late and the receptionist was very arrogant and main thing was in the room the towels are very smelly unhygienic and the bathtub also very unclean so my experience was ok and the receptionist is very arrogant i ask him about my check in and he gives me casual reply so i am very disappointed
