Location is just in front of marine drive. Rooms are huge and old school type. You will feel you have entered some house of 70s era. Even thought Breakfast included. But in BF they generally give 1 cup of tea, 4 breads and 1 omlette or poha.. Do not expect buffet bf or huge quantity unlike other hotels which provide unlimited bf.

I stayed in Sea Green South hotel with my family in June 2022 for 2 nights. On first impression the property is looking old. The stairs require maintenance and the design of reception, corridors and rooms are old. On the other hand staff is very cooperative, room was big and spacious enough with great balcony with nice view of marine drive. Location of the hotel is excellent i.e. on the marine drive. Rooms has all facilities from tv, mini fridge, tea kettle and tea kit to the complimentary water bottles, soaps, shampoos etc. But if you expect luxury feeling don't book this hotel. Bathroom was neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast has bread slices and banana plus whatever you order along with tea or coffee and was served in the room. Satisfactory and fulfilling breakfast. Now let’s talk about the problems I faced. Lunch and dinner is not available in hotel, they only serve breakfast. So for lunch and dinner I found no good affordable option nearby. Samrat restaurant at the back and pizza at the bay nearby are too costly to eat daily. The hotel provide a third party menu (which will deliver) which was full of non-veg dishes. Wifi was poor so I didn’t used much. So I didn’t ordered from that. So overall a good comfortable stay.

Location is good. Staff’s are the best. They treat you so good, and look after you like anything. The infrastructure of this hotel is quite old still they have maintained it so well. Cleanliness is to the peak. Also just in-front of Marine drive, you just have to cross the road. Church gate is the nearest station from here. A km away from the hotel.

Retro styled big rooms with big bathroom and hotel. Super caring service by staff. Great location to see seaface and queen's Necklace at Marine drive. Slightly expensive but for the location it's fine.

Nice location bang on Marine drive, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms, old building but interiors are renovated, The TV has almost all the channels, brand new window ACs. The room has balcony but couldn't use it as it was very dusty and also water seepage from the window AC, pricing is a bit on the higher side but you have give it for the location.

Incredible hospitality at a perfect location right on Marine Drive. We stayed for two nights in this ideally situated hotel overlooking the bay. Room: The building is quite old (although it does have an elevator) . While everything was clean and working (AC, fan, fridge, water), it is very clear that things are ageing. The unfortunate kicker for me was that the bathroom was a wet room, although again clean. Comfortable beds and adequate lighting. Service: The staff really made the stay here, from concierge to cleaners, everyone was friendly and helpful. Water and snacks provided, bags carried and always ready to answer questions. They even stored our bags after check out until we were ready for our train. Secure and simple. Location: Within walking (or short cab ride) distance of the Gateway to India, The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum and the Beach. Great spot to stay in Mumbai, although it does take a while to get to from the station/airport.

Fantastic Location Room size good But it's a heritage property Basic only Breakfast very basic , all other very basic , it has not in-house restaurant. Overall for 3.5-4 k per day it's worth

The hotel is in old property. If you compare it with new hotels ambiance you won't like it . The location awesome. Rooms are neat and clean but as mentioned its old style hotel. From sea facing room you have a very scenic view. Overall a good and safe place to stay with family. Room rates are a bit higher side but for location you should pay.

A well maintained hotel facing the Marine Drive. Spacious rooms offering the best sea view. No restaurant though. You will get your food delivered to your room on request. The complimentary breakfast also gets served in your room.

Stayed in Queen Suite room. It has a balcony which opens sideways, but gives full view of marine drive. The view is awesome. A great feeling sitting in the room. Otherwise the room furniture is very old. You can literally feel the smell of old items. Breakfast is served in room. Either choice is Poha or Omelette with bread toast. Not the kind of breakfast one expects. Can be booked only if want to see the marine drive view. That's the only usp of hotel. If hotel interior and all matters, skip this one.

It's a great place if you are looking to stay right near the marine drive! It's a perfect blend of slightly old architecture with all the modern amenities. Few rooms overlook the beautiful Marine Drive and the backside rooms give the view of the Brabourne Stadium. Also, they allow to order food from all the food delivery apps. The only thing is, the rooms do not have a double bed! Also the breakfast quality could have been better!

The hotel is not modern nor luxury but it is clean with big rooms and great staff at an amazing location. I will definitely come back here again.

Across the road is Marine drive. Great location. Great view from the balcony. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Prompt service. Courteous staff. Decently priced. Overall nice place to stay, especially if you are there on business.

good location, but interior won't give hotel like feel, it's more like good home, stairs are like guesthouse, breakfast had no options to choose, cleanliness was ok ok.

Best location with a great price. Rooms are spacious but everything in the room are old fashioned. Overall if you want to enjoy Mumbai with budget deal at a great location must go for it.

A wonderful stay at the prime location- Marine Lines. Walkable distance to Nariman Point, Girgaon Chowpatty, Churchgate Station. The hotel is pretty old, but the rooms are maintained well. This Review is for their sister hotel Sea Green South Hotel which is not listed on Google maps for unknown reasons!! Things to Consider: 1. Location- Marine Drive 2. Nearby Attractions- Short way to Colaba, Gateway of India, Fashion/ Commercial Street, Churchgate station 3. Limited option on the free breakfast- Either Poha or Egg omelette along side Toasted Bread, butter, Jam and Tea Overall a good stay considering the prime location!!

Location is to die for. The staff are very humble and courteous. Rooms are very well maintained. Picking a room facing the sea is the best choice here.

Hotel is clean and has a lovely view , amenities are very basic , just one soap nothing else. Staff could have a better behaviour and etiquettes. They don’t remember their own guests of the Hotel.

Very bad hotel and very bad management. We stayed in a room close to waiters and we heard they were spitting the whole day. In addition, at morning, their telephone is always ringing for breakfast. Air conditioning not working very well. Surely won't come back again.

A lovely quaint hotel on Marine Drive with a rustic look but beautifully maintained. You will love the old world charm it has which perfectly matches the surroundings. Room sizes and bathrooms are huge of what you typically find in Mumbai. Ample parking space on the premises is a boon. They do not have an in-house restaurant but breakfast is available. Service is really good and comparable to big chains.

Rooms are big, but there was a peculiar damp smell. Simple , clean good enough but not great. We got the complimentary breakfast of omlette and bread, was nice. A little expensive but it's their location which is the Trump card.

Night view of the famous Queens Nacklace from one of my favourite place in Mumbai. Had dreamt of staying in this place during my tenure in Mumbai at early part of my career. For me enjoying this enchanting view of Marine Drive from the balcony is like walking down the memory lane... Amazing experience all together...

It is a good hotel with decent amenities but it’s location is worth the price as it has sea views rooms and right on the marine drive. Breakfast is decent too but rooms can be improved. It is not luxury room but basic things fulfilled for sure. Staff was nice too.

Very nice place. Pleasant and helpful staff. Wonderful location across the sea. Surprisingly very homely atmosphere maintained by the staff. No issues at all. Even parking was very convenient Worth every penny paid for.

As the hotel building is very old, the architecture, lifts, furnitures are retro style. However, the stay was very comfortable. Staff is very cooperative. View from the Queen's Necklace Suit & Sea view rooms is stunning, specially at night. I think the price you pay for the rooms is worth only if you love the view from room. 5/5☆

The staff service is great! the food is also good! you can order from outside also! Just rooms need to be upgraded! they look a little dull! And most of all the balcony view is just amazing! Had a great time! I ll give the balcony view 10/10

Firstly it is important to point out that I had stayed in Hotel Sea Green South.. Which is in the same complex as Sea Green and there is not much of a difference between the two.. This hotel is housed in a building that was built probably in the 30s or so (as I understood from the staff) and before you think I am complaining, let me please tell you that for me this was the best selling point of the hotel. An amazing feel and retro vibe with amazing staff and service. Yes one can complain about the infrastructure being a bit old but then you don't get to experience it with a touch of lavishness these days. I would say that this is a good opportunity to have the feel of a building that has stood with the Marine drive through all these years. Amazing views of the sea and really easy to get down to the Marine drive and take a walk even at mod night. That was what I was sold for. They allow food delivery from outside and serve you the food in your room.. it is all pretty good.. should definitely give this a try if looking for not so expensive option to stay in Marine drive.

Best location of the hotel , facing Marine drive and Walkable distance from Nariman point. Looks very old construction but very well maintained property. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is available in the room. Outside food is allowed also.. u can order food from ZOMATO , SWIGGY they deliver till your room. Staff is very co-operative. Hotel is always in demand to book your stay well ahead before going there.

Amazing sea view from the sea facing rooms. The place may not be as modern as the others on Marine Drive but it is an option that one can try out. I even got a decent discount. They don't have a restaurant of their own though. Food is ordered from a neighbouring restaurant and has an average quality. The entrance to the rooms, especially the staircase had a musty smell. But once you enter the room you are transported to a different world. The rooms are extremely spacious. Balconies could have been kept cleaner. Overall it was a good deal.

Rooms could be better but the overall hotel is pretty decent and is located in the most perfect place possible. It's close to every hot spot in Mumbai. Would like cleaner bathrooms tho.

For the price and the location it was pretty good. Room was not as clean as I would have liked but it was very spacious. The hotel staff was very accommodating and nice.

The best part of the hotel is the amazing view of the sea from the room. The hotel is an old place, recently renovated. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are polite and courteous. They need to work on the breakfast options or just not have it in the package.
