Location is very good. Dinning area is very nice. And area is clean and tidy. However, the rooms doesn't justify the price. Food was not upto mark. The reception was just okay, housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. And i think front office management has a lot of scope for improvement. My rooms has exposed wiring which needs to be addressed.

I have been staying in this hotel from more than 5 weeks. Below are my observations. 1. Rooms are good and clean. 2. Good room service. 3. You can get good sea facing - Worli sea link view from 4th & 5th floor. 4. Nice & co-operative staff. 5. Safe area; Near to to Police colony. 6. Good food. 7. Interiors/lobbies/lifts are clean & nice. Need to improve on. 1. Cleanliness of switch boards. 2. Few Bathroom are small and feels congested 3. No good restaurants near by. Need to order food online. 4. No medical shops or daily needs shop nearby. 5. Most rooms don't have charging points close to bed. So you cannot use laptop/ mobile from bed once discharged.

Worst hotel experience ever. The room lock was broken throughout my stay. Food wasn't good. AC remote didn't work and wasn't even repaired through all of my 3N stay. Didn't take my permission to enter the room when I was out to switch on some light. Absolutely don't recommend staying here

The best hotel I have come across, it was like a Heaven. The hotel was super clean and they treat you like King. The staff members were approachable and helpful. I will always visit this hotel whenever I'm here. Awesome place for families.

I stayed at the Hilltop hotel for just 2 days, but wished I could have had more time there. The Hilltop hospitality is Excellent from the driver and porter who came to recieve us at the airport to the Reception Staff and Manager, Mr Vernon, who gave us a Fabulous Briefing of the hotel and the Amenities provided. The rooms are Clean and Comfortable and appropriately equipped with an electric kettle for an early morning Chai and a fridge to keep perishables Fresh. One of my Colleagues Birthday fell on the day we were there and the Co operation of the Staff to agree to Deliver a cake to his room at midnight, on his families request and an additional Cake from their Fantastic Bakery in the Basement. Too much to Write ...☺️ , But to put in Short, Excellent place to stay. A home away from home. Thank you.

Surely this was absolutely neat and clean hotel with best of the hygiene. I stayed here for 8 days and my stay was very good. Breakfast was really amazing but dinner buffet was not up to mark. Place is very near to worli sea face you can walk from the small lane opposite the hotel and directly land on the sea face . Gym was also very good. They have table tennis facility also. However on the other hand toilet and bathroom area was too small. Housekeeping and restaurant Staff was amazing and delivered up to expectation. Guys on reception Mr. Mehta and Mr.Harish and one more guy all of them were very courteous and welcoming. Thank you team Hilltop for making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

I could not find anything good about this hotel except its location. Overpriced rooms with no justification for the same either in service or in the food. Breakfast was apalling. Just avoid this hotel.

Average, great location for Worli, the incoming car and outgoing and parking very crowded however it is assisted by the hotel staff. The reception experience is just fine. Rooms variable in quality, check before you take it. Food service average and a bit confused. Price high for the value.

Hiltop was a great experience! The rooms were spacious and the beds were probably some of the most comfortable out there. The location is amazing as it sits right outside the Worli Sea Link and it takes max 15-20 mins to go to and fro from the airport. The Parathas and Idlis were nice for breakfast, and the staff was quite friendly! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Mumbai.

Went for Sunday Buffet lunch. Got an amazing B1G1 deal on Nearby. Its a must try. Excellent service, the spread of dishes is fantastic, for both vegetarian and non vegetarians.

Fantastically located hotel with great rooms and a very courteous staff. The beds are soft and the breakfast and dinner (both included in the room!) are delicious. Honestly, free dinner is itself enough to make this place worth it, but the location is its absolute selling point. It's just off the Worli Sea Link so getting to and from the airport is a breeze, while being just a half an hour away from anywhere in Bombay proper. Honestly very, very few hotels in Mumbai can make this claim. Also, the roof is open and offers a fantastic view of the sea. Don't miss this hotel if you're coming to Mumbai with places to be!

Would highly recommend! My stay at Hotel Hilltop was great! Being in the nice Worli area, the experience was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff were always helpful and the morning breakfast was very tasty and had a wide variety of options. The rooms were always maintained well and freshened up for the evening, so you can come back to a cleaned room. Very good experience.

Hilltop Hotel is a very poor hotel. Here staff is also not smart enough to talk, the entire management is of lower class, no one knows how much rate the customer should pay, the customer does not have the ability, charges the rate of 3 stars, 5 stars like rooms is very dirty and service very bad hotel very dirty management

Surprising to note that still the ratings are maintained well. Stayed here multiple times 2 decades back ,since it was closer to our Mahindra worli office, had very good time and vivid memories here during our critical and important meeting times in our office.Right from the security guard we used to get the touch of hospitality homely.

One of most convenient budget hotel in central Mumbai. It's not a value for money, during season time. Like December it's priced heavily. Options wary from single occupancy deluxe room to execute room There is no alcohol in the restaurant, so makes it difficult for even socializing activities. Breakfast is complimentary
